We all watch T.V at some point, so we can all fulfillthis pledge. I being a young teen and knowing that I'm effected by the commercials telling me to lose weight or change my appearance really want you to help me with this. Not a lot of people like the commercials anyway so this isn'ta big sacrifice on your part. By just muting the adds when your show takes a brake you limit the harmful steps their telling you to take. If your ever babysitting a child, visiting a young family member or anything like that its especially important. Your perfect the way your are and you don't need to see how some lady from Kansas lost fifty pounds by taking some pill that in the side effects say might cause death. Or how your a little sad so you should take a pill that stops depression but might cause thoughts of suicide! Just trust me on this one, all those voices saying to cahnge yourself can't be helping you. But I'm trying to help you, just push mute!
