Murderer Mark Henderson Should Serve His Full Sentence
The Issue
On January 30th, 1982, Mark C. Henderson shot and killed Steve and Diane Francis execution style as he sat back seat of their car. Their 11 month old child was with them in the front seat. The child was found in the front floor board when their bodies were discovered the next morning.
Mark C. Henderson was convicted of Capital Felony Murder and sentenced to life without parole for the killings. He was spared the death penalty by the jury.
Henderson has never expressed any remorse for these killings, but is now seeking clemency for time served. Henderson has been disciplined over 187 times during his incarceration, including major disciplinary violations such as assault, disruptive behavior, manufacture of contraband, just to name a few.
We feel that Henderson should serve his FULL SENTENCE of life without parole for these crimes. By signing this petition, we ask that you DENY his request for clemency.
