Everyday hundreds of amateur runners and equal number of athletes run in Surat city on its tar roads amongst heavy traffic at the risk of their lives and health hazards of road running. They need a proper synthetic track for their safety and improvised performance. Please provide a synthetic running track of at least 10 kms. This is a need of every city in India. Let's start it from Surat.
