Today I am providing documentary evidence for the whole of Australia to see. The Delivery Confirmation-Advice Receipt card is with the signature of the Addressee. This addressee was Mr. Paul Graham. He is the Managing Director and Group CEO of Australia Post.

As per the requirement printed on the card the Registered Post articles sent Person to Person must be signed by the addressee only. In this case the addressee is Mr Paul Graham. My letter was “Person to Person” and I paid for that service. This Optional Extras of Person to Person plus Delivery Confirmation Advice Receipt card charge was $9.45. ($6.50 for Person to Person and $2.95 for Delivery Confirmation Card = $9.45). A Blue colour Sticker “Person to Person” was stuck on my Registered Post letter to Mr. Paul Grahm at the Post office. This Blue colour sticker had a clear instruction that read as follows:

“Must be signed for by the person named in the address”.

This signature was in addition to the signature on the Delivery Confirmation Advice Receipt card. This card was received by me on 14 February 2024. My registered Post letter with the number 517359435013, as per the hand written date on this card, was delivered to the addressee on 9 February 2024. The card has the signature of the Delivery Officer. This Delivery Officer was required to place ‘Office Post Mark” on this card. He did not do this. This Post Mark must show the Post Office location and the date on which the letter was handed over to the addressee.

Now please look at the following evidence that my letter is awaiting collection from 9 February 2024. This is Tracking Summery evidence and also Chat transcript evidence received today on 25 February 2024 on my email. I have many other Chat transcripts about this letter. All those are showing Awaiting Collection.

I also called Australia Post and every time I called, I was told that the letter is awaiting collection. One of the employees called Janne, who answered the phone said it must have been delivered. The other employee named Kodie said the letter is awaiting collection and when I explained that the Delivery Confirmation Card is received by me and explained the seriousness, he allegedly hung up the phone.

This is the situation with Private and Confidential letter written to the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post to his Headquarters address which is 111 Bourke Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000. The Transcript of the Chat has come to my email from the same address.

Dear Supporters,

I have requested a face-to-face meeting with Mr. Paul Graham but he has never responded to my letters sent to him. I have brought to his attention my concerns many times. He is the successor of Ms Christine Holgate who failed to respond to my letters. Before her it was Mr. Ahmed Fahour who failed as well.

It is important to note that we all own Australia Post and no one should ignore any corruption, cover ups, dishonesty, records tampering, provision of falsified documents, cheating, lying, deception, psychological torture, unfair, unjust and unreasonable conduct by anyone working in Australia Post.

My sincere request to all those from within and also from outside of Australia Post is to check if the signature on the card above in my update copy is that of Mr Paul Graham or it is no way even close to the signature of Mr. Paul Graham from what is on the records.                                              

If Mr. Paul Graham is allowed to appoint others to collect the letters that are “Person to Person” on his name and address then that person must have official written authority from him to go to the Post Office/Post Box to collect them. As the requirement was “Signature on Delivery” that person with such authority was required to show his/her photo ID to the Delivery Officer that handed over this letter to him/her.

I have requested Mr. Graham to provide these details to me and I hope he responds. If this signature is a forged signature or it is of the person that had no authority to collect my letter to Mr. Paul Graham from the Post office then it will become an unacceptable corrupt/fraudulent activity is my view.

This fight for justice is ongoing from June 2006. It is not going to stop. My Identity theft matter has remained unresolved due to highest level systemic documented corruption and cover ups. There are people outside of Australia Post also involved in the wrongdoings. Many senior employees of Australia Post have left their lucrative jobs over the years after ignoring me and after allegedly hiding the truth from my family about who was involved in obtaining Indonesian passport on my name to commit offenses. This passport was successfully used at Australia Post to redirect our mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney. This PO Box was fraudulently opened on my name using this passport as a Photo ID and the fraudster told Australia Post official that they are changing home and therefore requesting a mail redirection.

Now I request everyone to watch Mr. Bates vs The Post Office. This documentary is based on a true story and the unprecedented gross miscarriage of justice in British legal history.

Australia Post official in the past has admitted that my matters are unprecedented in the history of Australia Post. Large number of past and present Australia Post officials had a golden opportunity to come up with the truth but they failed and this includes former heads of Australia Post. They are Mr Graeme T. John, Mr. Ahmed Fahour and Ms Christine Holgate. Mr. Fahour, despite sitting on documented corruption and cover ups for seven long years on this matter, was awarded Officer of the Order of Australia-AO. This only devalued the awards is my view. Many people in the Parliament House are aware of Mr. Fahour’s alleged unacceptable conduct on this matter. One Corporate Security Group State Manager of Australia Post based in Melbourne has passed away. The cause of death is suicide. He was my Contact person. Mr. Fahour and his insider team members kept this death hidden from me and no new person was ever appointed as my Contact person by Mr. Fahour. Any enquiry by Coroner’s Court of Victoria, where the death was reported, will never be complete unless I am called to give evidence is my view.    

One day if the honest people in the media wake up, they will have a long corruption cover up story to work on. If some actors/actresses get inspiration from Mr. Bates vs The Post Office then here is the corruption cover up story in Australia that could have multiple episodes of documentary that could go on and on. Numerous things are documented. I would like this to happen to wake up corrupt people in the Parliament House, Australia Post, former AAT, former ADT, Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman, former Office of the Information Commissioner, NSW and Federal Police, NSW Information and Privacy Commission and my Local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon. Matt Thistlethwaite MP and the Hon Michelle Rowland MP- Minister for Communications and all the PMs after June 2006. The protection that Australia Post received is a blot on our democracy is my view. Our many elected representatives have failed to raise this matter in the parliament despite my numerous requests to them to act on this unresolved matter. What are they afraid of?

We are ordinary people and have respected the laws of Australia all the time despite being cheated and psychologically tortured by the very people that had the authority to do the right thing. We followed the due processes all the time.

Millionaires in this country should have known better to obey the laws of Australia after migrating from other parts of the world. Those with power and authority that protected and keep protecting Australia Post officials will eventually get exposed is my confidence.

I sincerely thank my 44080 supporters from every corner of Australia for their support and encouragement to fight against the injustice and corruption that is ongoing.

I hope Mr Paul Graham will wake up before he is exposed for remaining silent on corruption and cover ups that were initiated by Australia Post officials.

My recent Express Post letter to Mr. Paul Graham has reached him as there is a proof of it being delivered with me. This letter has all the material that was inside my Registered Post letter that is awaiting collection but the card in the image here shows it is delivered. What is going on Mr Graham? The buck stops with him as he the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post.

If the signature on this card is NOT that of Mr. Paul Graham, then it will be very easy for him to find out who is involved in this activity of detaching this card from my Registered Post letter to him and dropping it in the mailbox for sending it back to me by falsifying his signature.

I will keep my supporters informed. I need help from everyone in Australia to fight corruption without breaching the laws and rules of this country. It is important to bring the corrupt people to justice and we start from Australia Post to begin that process because we OWN Australia Post.
