The new year 2024 has just started. June 2006 to January 2024- my Identity theft cover ups have continued. Everyone from Australia Post that is aware and involved in keeping the truth covered up has played a part in keeping this matter unresolved. This includes the past and present employees of Australia Post.

The current MD & Group CEO of Australia Post Mr. Paul Graham has not responded to my letter that he received from me to resolve this matter for the past 130 days. He has remained silent for all this time.

On top of the silence my self-addressed Delivery Confirmation-Advice Receipt card attached to my Registered Post letter to Mr. Paul Graham has not been returned to me for the past 130 days. This conduct is allegedly considered as Mail Tampering which is a Commonwealth offence. It is a Criminal offence to interfere with the mail.

This letter was sent to Australia Post Head Quarters in a mail bag as a Bulk Delivery is my understanding. The usual procedure of detaching this card from the registered Post letter, signing this card by the Post official, handing it over after placing a Post Stamp and then the recipient signing this card at the Melbourne Post office allegedly did not take place as it was simply put in the big mail bag heading to Australia Post HQ.

This means my Private and Confidential letter to Mr Paul Graham landed on his desk with the Delivery Confirmation-Advice Receipt card still attached to this registered Post letter is highly likely.

What did Mr Paul Graham did with this card if it was still attached to my letter to him? If it was not attached who removed it? Why was it not returned to me?

The Bulk Delivery also resulted in Tracking Summery remaining incomplete. It did not show that this letter was delivered.

What is going on? Why was I charged for the service that was not honoured by Australia Post’s own systems? How many times this is happening to the customers? Who is going to address this?

For Mr. Paul Graham to take the similar path of his predecessors Mr. Ahmed Fahour and Ms. Christine Holgate to remain silent on documented corruption and cover ups is unacceptable and, in my view, he will take enormous risk by keeping the truth covered up for whatever reasons.

Today, I am providing the colour copy of the subject card with my own reference number which is called Sender’s Reference written by me as “PG 270823”. PG stands for Mr. Paul Graham and the other six digits is the date of my letter 27.08.2023. This letter was delivered around 30 August 2023 as a bulk delivery.

Dear Supporters, there are numerous Australia Post officials-past and present allegedly involved in the cover ups. Their names are known to many including numerous politicians.

For anyone to keep covering up the truth, hiding the documents, providing false documents, certifying false documents, remaining silent despite having the authority to disclose the truth and investigating the reasons behind the cover ups, hiding the motive of the premeditated criminal activities could come at a very high price is my view. Leaving the job and running away from the responsibility is not going to help those that have left Australia Post’s lucrative jobs after failing to address this matter is my view.

Ms Holgate and Mr. Fahour and numerous other Australia Post official-past and present are not above the law. Eventually they may face the full force of the law for playing part in covering up the truth is my confidence.

I have not gone anywhere and not backed off from fighting for justice and fighting against the corruption and fraud that was brought to my attention by Australia Post officials back in June 2006.

Mr. Paul Graham has all the authority and responsibility to expose the ongoing corruption and crimes cover ups involving numerous Australia Post officials. If he fails to act, he will, very quickly, lose his credibility to remain in his current position at Australia Post is my view. If he fails to resolve this matter, I will keep reminding politicians of my experience with Australia Post and the failures of successive MDs and CEOs of Australia Post to resolve this matter.

If politicians are helping Australia Post to keep the matters covered up, they will get exposed too. Successive Ministers for Communications have failed to hold Australia Post to account on this matter. Many in the Parliament actively gave voice to Ms. Holgate and Mr. Fahour in the Parliament but NOT to me. This is against the democratic values that we all expect from our politicians.

Many politicians, Australia Post officials, State and Commonwealth Ombudsman, State and Federal Police Commissioners and Ministers for Home Affairs from both sides of the politics have come and gone but I am still here and not going to stop fighting the unacceptable conduct of many involved in the cover ups.

No one has shown any courage to accept that they have contributed to my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture, financial loss, time and energy we need to fight corruption for all these years.

Fortunately for us there are numerous people aware of the truth and someone will say enough is enough and could become a whistleblower at some stage is very likely.

All those in the law enforcement must take notice that they are not above the law as well.

The lost trust in our politicians is detrimental to the proper functioning of our democracy. The parliament house is full of my letters and corruption and crimes cover ups concerns. My letters cannot be destroyed for ever because the matter involving criminal activities are mentioned and the matter is unresolved.

My Federal Local Member of Parliament is the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP. He is of Labor Party and represents the people of Kingsford Smith electorate. He is a family man. There is no shortage of my communication sent to him dating back to when he was the Senator for NSW back in 2012.

He has dismally failed to help me by raising this matter in the Parliament. He does not respond to my letters no matter how many people are engaged in documented corruption and cover ups.

Is he protecting the criminals? Why he fails to take up this matter despite my whole family is affected from June 2006? Who is stopping him to do his job for which he gets paid for?

Copy of this update will be sent to many politicians including Mr. Thistlethwaite.

Please keep supporting and signing my petition in large numbers. I hope Mr. Paul Graham does not breach Australia Post’s own Moral and Ethical Standards and corruption and crimes reporting responsibilities especially when his own Australia Post officials are involved in the cover ups.
