Further to my previous updated posted on 25 February 2024 it is very important for me to keep everyone updated about my Registered Post letter to Mr Paul Graham-MD and Group CEO of Australia Post. As per the tracking Summary it is still awaiting collection from 9 February 2024 and as per the very questionable Delivery Confirmation-Advice Receipt card it is delivered on 9 February 2024.
No response from Mr Paul Graham to my letter is received if it was delivered on 9 February 2024.
As per Australia Post’s own rules if the Registered Post letter is not picked up in thirty (30) days it will be returned to the sender. I will see if I get this letter back after 30 days if not picked up by Mr. Paul Graham. If he has picked up my letter or whenever he picks up this letter the tracking summary should be updated as “Delivered” with the date of delivery mentioned on the tracking summary.

It was sent away for security check, as per what is told to me by Australia Post official who took my call, and now at the PO Box location as per the Tracking Summary and Chat transcript which is shared here.
Why the letters cannot be security checked in the Headquarters of Australia Post Mr Graham?

Now please read my email below to Mr. Paul Graham sent on 17 February 2024. It is provided here without the attachments. Please refer to my previous update for Delivery Confirmation-Advice Receipt card.

Dear Mr Graham,
I wrote a letter to you dated 4 February 2024. It is sent by Registered Post. The Registered Post Number is 517359435013. According to my telephone conversation after calling 137678 I was told that this letter is awaiting collection. This happened few times. I was told that they cannot force people to collect the letter. I explained that this was a letter to you after the concerns were raised about the non-collection of the letter. Then on 14 February 2024 I received the Delivery Confirmation-Advice Receipt card in the mail where my address is filled by me. Both sides of this card are attached here.
My concerns about this card are as follows:
1. Next to the Signature of Addressee or Agent someone has signed this card. I do not believe this is your signature. Correct me please if this is wrong and you did sign this card.
2. Office Post Mark is missing. The Delivery Officer who delivered the letter was expected to place the “Office Post Mark” on this card. This is a Post office Stamp at which the letter was held for collection. I paid $2.95 for this service.
3. If you have not signed this card then the person who was handed over my Registered Post letter was expected to show his/her Photo ID to the Delivery Officer delivering my letter to him/her.
4. This person, to whom the letter was supposedly handed over, is expected to have official delegated authority from you to collect the letters addressed to you especially when they are Person to Person.
5. There is a Signature of Delivery Officer on the card. You can easily find out the name of this person who did not place the Office Post Mark on this card.
6. My letter was “Person to Person”. I paid for this service. The condition on the card is “Registered Post articles sent Person to Person must be signed by the addressee only.
7. It is clear that this card was detached from my letter and placed in the mail by someone for sending back to me despite it is awaiting collection as per the Tracking Summery and also as per my phone conventions with Australia Post officials. Even today, on 17 February 2024 the letter is “Awaiting Collection” on a tracking Summery. It is ready for collection from 9 February 2024.
8. It appears from the stamp “DLC CFCP 452” and the date 13.02.24 on this card it did not get posted back to me straight away on the 9 February 2024 when it was supposedly delivered.
I am the SENDER of this letter and I am getting reminder to pick this letter, with a five-days deadline, from Collins Street East Box Room, 15 Southern Cross Lane, Melbourne, Vic 3000 and then it is 10 March 2024 deadline on the message. What is going on Mr. Graham? I am in Sydney. Who is behind all this activity?
Mr. Graham, can you please pick up this letter and respond urgently. If my receiving this card showing the letter is delivered on 9 February 2024 while my letter to you is awaiting collection is not adding up at all. If this is a deliberate, dishonest and corrupt actively please investigate why the sender is asked to collect letter from your Melbourne facility.
If you have delegated authority to collect letters sent to you to those with vested interest in covering up corruption and crimes in my matters, please take utmost care to safeguard your integrity is my suggestion.
I await your immediate response to this letter and my Register Post letter of the above reference. The documentary evidence here is serious matter which please note.
This letter has a good potential to identify the wrongdoers if my letter to you is still awaiting collection.

This is the end of my email dated 17 February 2024 to Mr Paul Graham.

As I was not getting any proper response to my enquiries about my Registered Post letter to Mr. Paul Graham, I wrote the above email to him. I have not received any response so far.
After the dismal failures of Mr. Paul Graham to act and respond I decided to place a full copy of my Registered Post letter along with the signed copy of the above email in an Express Post letter and sent to Mr. Graham. As per the tracking summary that letter is Delivered. It did not require any signature on delivery. Below is the proof that it was delivered.

I am keeping you all informed because we all own Australia Post. We do not want corruption to continue to hide the truth anywhere including Australia Post.
If Mr. Graham fails to act, fails to respond, fails to address corruption and cover ups, fails to hold past and present employees of Australia Post to account that are allegedly hiding the truth and aware of this matter, fails to supply the REAL documents involved in this matter to me, fails to accept that I was provided with many falsified documents certified by their own former State Manager-Australia Post Corporate Security Group NSW/ACT Mr. Alan Barwick who was JP at the time, Mr Graham may lose his credibility to run Australia Post very quickly is my view.
Mr. Barwick breached his own responsibility as the Justice of the Peace-JP by NOT disclosing his conflict of interest in this matter on every document he certified. He was the boss of Mr. Don Kane-Investigator into this matter. Mr. Kane still works for Australia Post but far away from his Strawberry Hills office in Sydney where he worked at the time. Mr. Kane has never responded to my communications despite he was handed over the REAL documents by Mr Steve Gabell of Australia Post’s Alexandria Delivery Facility in Ralph Street, Alexandria in Sydney, NSW in June 2006.
My simple message to Mr. Paul Graham is to tell me the truth, give me the documents, hold the corrupt people to account and protect his position.
Any failure to do this will make him part of the corrupt people in Australia Post is my view and that will make him very unfit to carry on as the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post no matter how many in the Parliament House try to protect him.
Mr. Graham’s decision to close numerous Post Offices is already affecting many people in the communities. Lambton Post Office in NSW is one such example where their Local Federal Member for Newcastle the Hon. Sharon Claydon MP has tabled the petition in the parliament to stop this closure.
One day all the corruption will be exposed and all those that tried to hide the truth and continue to hide the truth will be exposed to the people of this nation is my confidence.
This corruption fight started back in June 2006 and has never stopped. I request all those interested in making Australia corruption free to support all the corruption fighters including me and to make serious efforts to hold corrupt people to account. It does not matter who they are, how much money they have, what positions they held or hold and where they come from.
We start from Australia Post because it is as Government Business Enterprise-GBE and Australian government is a major Shareholder of Australia Post. This means all the citizens of Australia are the OWNERS of Australia Post.
I challenge Mr. Paul Graham to answer my questions publicly to justify his stand of remaining silent on corruption and crimes cover ups that were initiated by Australia Post officials. Who are the criminals that must be protected? What was the motive? How much money was and is being spent by Australia Post to cover up this matter? This is taxpayers’ money which please note.
Mr. Graham has so far followed the same wrong path of hiding the truth that was taken by his three predecessors. They are Mr Graeme T. John, Mr. Ahmed Fahour and Ms Christine Holgate.
No one in the media has shown any interest to hold anyone to account despite my numerous contacts with them. This includes “Your ABC” as well. There is no shortage of corruption evidence so what are they afraid of?
One day the honest actors, actresses, directors and producers may look at the gross injustice inflicted on my family by the corrupt people in our country to protect the democracy in our country by making a multiple episode documentary is possible.
I have the material and they will have the talent to do it if they take interest.
This could wake up the corrupt people and also ordinary people of Australia by looking at the single-handed efforts for almost EIGHTEEN years to expose systemic corruption in our country.
Identity thefts is a worldwide problem but my ID theft was not a part of a mass scale random operation. It was premeditated and specifically targeted to harm us. Fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name was successfully used at Australia Post as a Photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to a fraudulently opened PO Box on my name. When the fraud was identified the cover ups started immediately by Australia Post officials. These cover ups have never ended to this day-3 March 2024.
The fake news about the reasons behind the resignations of Mr. Ahmed Fahour and Ms. Holgate is a national disgrace because no media has shown any independence and impartiality despite my story has all the potential to expose these two former MDs and Group CEOs of Australia Post very easily for their inaction and silence on corruption and crimes cover ups. There are numerous others in Australia Post as well that have participated in the cover ups. The exodus from Australia Post of many highly paid and long-term officials was never investigated despite their participation and silence on the cover ups. Many politicians were supplied with numerous names but they did nothing to resolve this matter.
I am not going anywhere Mr. Graham. Please do the right thing and please come up with the truth before you will be questioned about your silence on corruption and covers ups is my request.
To all my 44112 supporters from every corner of Australia I say Thank You for your support and encouragement to fight against injustice. I request everyone in our country to help my family to get justice because due processes in place to address this matter and injustice have failed dismally to deliver any justice, truth and resolution.

My goal is to start from Australia Post to start eradicating corruption and please help me and my family who have suffered enough already. Fighting against the highest-level corruption has derailed our lives from June 2006 and we will never allow the corrupt people to get away from what they have done over the years to us to protect the corrupt people. No one helped us despite getting paid to help the ordinary people.
Australia Post officials have breached their own rules to hide the truth and to protect their own employees over the years. Who will investigate the reasons behind the cover ups?
Despite sitting on the documented corruption and cover ups in this matter for almost the entire seven years he was the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post Mr. Fahour was honoured with Officer of the Order of Australia-AO. My concerns about Mr Fahour were known to many in the Parliament House. I hope he will be stripped off this honour one day for allegedly allowing corruption to continue to protect the wrongdoers and ruining my family’s life by hiding the truth from my family. He even hid the death of my contact person where the cause was suicide.
Who will investigate this suicide?
Those who still believe Mr. Fahour for his baseless reason for resigning from Australia Post that seven years were too long to be a CEO please think again. Ms. Holgate’s resignation with immediate effect for giving away $20000 worth of cartier watches as gifts is another unfounded and baseless reason for resigning. At no stage she told the people of this nation that she was sitting on corruption and crimes cover ups during almost all the three years she was the MD and Group CEO. For her $20000 was possibly peanuts and she could have given it back to keep the job she loved and keep earning millions in remuneration but she left. Who will investigate the hidden truth?
Where are our award-winning journalists gone when it comes to highest level corruption in this matter to cover up the truth?
