Australia Post responds as Sunshine Coast residents shocked to find mail dumped in bin
A woman made the discovery before another local ‘leaned right in’ to the bin to retrieve the ‘pretty disgusting’ contents.
Australia Post may take serious actions on whoever is responsible for dumping mail in the bin in the above story. People believe it is the Postman that is responsible.
Investigating postman, a subcontractor or anyone else responsible will be essential and relatively easy because the mail could be for the local people and the person responsible for this mail delivery may have been already identified.
Now I come to my case that is known to numerous Australia Post officials where the POSTMAN did the RIGHT THING but everyone else including the past MDs and CEOs did the wrong thing. Instead of standing up against the corruption and cover ups in Australia Post they chose to leave by giving baseless reasons is my allegation.
The envelope addressed to me is not delivered from 14 June 2006 by Australia Post. This is a deliberate action despite it is my mail. This period is over Sixteen and a half years. This is a criminal offence as per Australia Post’s own rules. This envelope was with the postman for the delivery to my home. The postman came to our street but could not find the house No. 38 written on the envelope with my other address and name correctly written on this envelope. The houses in our street end at No.21.He took this envelope back to his supervisor Mr. Steve Gabell of Alexandria Delivery Facility-ADF in Sydney and said to him “No such address”.
The fact is I am the only person in whole of Australia with the name Vasant Wagh from November 1985. It was very easy to find me. I am the local resident for the past Thirty-Seven years.
The Supervisor left a message on my home phone number to call him back on 14 June 2006. He supplied his phone number in this message.
He told us that the envelope had a cheque inside and he asked if I was expecting any money. This was indicative that the cheque had a big amount on it. It was planned to end up in the PO Box opened on my name. This envelope is still with Australia Post because the documents involved in the fraud and crimes cannot be destroyed is my understanding. The documents are also required to be microfilmed.
It was discovered that someone used Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID and Redirected my entire family’s mail to PO Box in Haymarket in heart of Sydney city. This PO Box was also fraudulently opened on my name using Indonesian Passport as a Photo ID. Australia Post accepted this passport as a photo ID and allowed this mail redirection to proceed. Instead of accepting the blunder they decided to cover up the truth. Numerous officials are involved in the cover ups. Leaving their jobs should not protect them if the laws of Australia are breached.
All this was identified as a fraudulent activity almost straight away after the telephone conversations with Mr Gabell and subsequent meeting with him at ADF.
Many senior officials of Australia Post have left their lucrative Australia Post jobs after failing to stop me fighting for the truth and after failing to resolve this matter. Who will investigate the part they have played in covering up fraud/crime and the truth. The postman in my case did not dump the letter in the bin or destroyed it because there is no House No. 38 in Randolph Street, Rosebery, NSW 2018.
This matter was handed over to Australia Post Corporate Security Group NSW investigator Mr Don Kane by Mr. Gabell. Mr. Kane’s boss at the time was Mr Alan Barwick JP. The corruption to cover up this matter started on 15-16 June 2006 and has never ended after Mr. Don Kane was handed over the documents for investigation. CSG is like Australia Post’s own police. This is to make it simple for those who are not aware of the role of CSG.
The baseless reasons for the resignations provided by Ms Christine Holgate and Mr Ahmed Fahour- former MDs and Group CEOs of Australia Post were never investigated. The media remained silent despite my numerous contacts with them. This includes ABC-Your ABC.
The trust in the media is evaporating and that is affecting our nation. The Postman dumping the letters in the bin will be investigated is the news. Why the CEOs covering up the truth and not allowing the documents involved in the Redirection of our mail and opening of a PO Box on my name released to me are allowed to resign without any investigations? Why is my mail not delivered despite knowing that it was my mail with incorrect house number on the envelope?
Are the millionaires in our country above the law while the postman is not above the law? Should the Postman and CEO be treated the same when it comes to breaching the laws of Australia? Why the senior officials on high positions engaged in the cover ups any different than the postman?
The Cartier Watches gifted by Ms Holgate to four employees of Australia Post became the news that lasted for a very long time and still continues. Now that the dust is settled, will someone ask Ms Holgate to come clean about the cover ups of my ID theft that are ongoing from June 2006? These cover ups continued under Ms. Holgate’s leadership for three continuous years and under Mr Fahour’s leadership for seven long years. Both these CEOs resigned. The reasons for their resignations they gave will never add up is my view.
Many other Australia Post officials became brick walls to allegedly protect these two CEOs during their tenure at Australia Post and these officials need to be investigated as well. Many have left Australia Post jobs after working there for many years.
All those who want to protect the democracy in our country, protect and support ordinary people that become victims of crimes, all those that want independent, honest, efficient, fair and reasonable Commonwealth Integrity Commission, all those who want to make our Federal elected representatives accountable for their actions and also inactions that affect the people of our nation please take interest in this unprecedented ID Theft cover up story and please support my family.
Signing this petition is the first very easy step. The abolition of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal-AAT was necessary. Corruption in AAT is unacceptable. AAT protected Australia Post. What was their benefit? Who will investigate? Where is the media publishing AAT abolition and then ignoring my story about documented corruption in AAT in my matters?
Please find time to go through my numerous past updates to get an idea of the highest level corruption, dishonesty, records tampering, provision of JP certified falsified documents, where that JP was the State Manager of Australia Post CSG, politicians ignoring corruption, judicial corruption, Ombudsman closing file after looking at the level of corruption, Inaugural FOI Commissioner and Information Commissioner acting allegedly criminally and dismissing my matter as Lacking in Substance when the matter was overflowing with substance. These two former FOI Commissioner and Australian Information Commissioner are Dr James Popple and Prof. John McMillan respectively. Their unacceptable conduct is very well documented.
I thank all my 42,290 strong supporters for their support and signing my petition to Ms Holgate. This fight for justice will continue. The truth is known to many and that is important to note. All those hiding the truth may not remain silent for ever is my message to Ms Holgate and Mr. Fahour.
I hope this New Year will bring out the truth and the cover ups will end.
