To get resolution to my ID theft I asked for the documents and information from Australia Post under the FOI Act. The flawed decisions made by Australia Post officials were then sent for a Review to the AAT. Please go back to my update posted on March 24, 2019 to read the details. The link is below.
The corruption, deliberate delays, not allowing me to cross refer even a single Australia Post official during the entire period of around one and a half years the matter was before the AAT was unfair, unreasonable and unjust.
The decision made by the Senior Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal-AAT was allegedly corrupt, wrong and there were all the signs of protecting Australia Post all along. Her name is Ms Geri Ettinger. The lawyer hired by Australia Post was Mr. Mick Batskos. He runs a business called FOI Solutions from Melbourne. Australia Post’s HQ is also in Melbourne.
While my matters were before AAT, Mr. Batskos was allowed to breach numerous AAT rules, AAT itself breached its own rules and the alleged corruption in AAT never stopped. Mr Batskos was instructed by Australia Post’s National FOI Officer/Legal Officer Mr Andy Caprackas. The hearings were also attended by another Sydney based lawyer of Australia Post Mr. Steve Brotherson.
After few years I asked for the transcript of the hearings that I did not attend due to unacceptable conduct of the Senior Member Ms Geri Ettinger. Despite being party to the hearings I was denied CD of the Audio recordings of the hearings. I was ready to pay for the CD. The cost was $20.00. Ms Ettinger was violating the rules of AAT herself and allowing Australia Post lawyer also to breach rules without any ramifications is my allegation. The Tribunal did not want me know what they did at the hearing when I was not present. The decision was not only flawed but something that did not take place at the hearing was included in the written decision. The decision was unsigned.
The transcript revealed that the part of the decision had material included that did not take place at the hearing. It was in relation to the telephone number provided by my imposter on the Application to redirect our mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney. My request was to summons Telstra to provide that number to the AAT because Australia Post would not reveal that number to me. Ms Ettinger declined to approve that summons. That number was a mobile number and Australia Post’s landline used by Australia Post official to call that number will be on the bill for that landline number. This important information would have identified the person owning that mobile number. The cover ups had already started and everyone involved was helping each other to cover up the matter is very likely.
The corruption to cover up my ID theft has continued to this day. Ordinary people rely on honesty, integrity, independence and impartiality of the AAT. In my case the alleged criminal misconduct of the AAT Senior Member Ms Geri Ettinger is documented. Many staff members at AAT also acted improperly while the matter was handled by them.
Who will investigate the documented unacceptable conduct of AAT officials and also Australia Post officials?
Why did numerous Australia Post officials have taken the wrong path of remaining silent on what was unacceptable conduct of many including the former CEOs of Australia Post. That includes Mr Ahmed Fahour and Ms Christine Holgate.
This matter will continue because abolishing the AAT is not going to resolve the matter. Investigating the alleged corruption in AAT may throw a very bright light on AAT and also Australia Post is my view. Millions of dollars of taxpayer’s money were spent on AAT to work with independence and impartiality. How much of that money was used by AAT to cover up corruption? We need a Royal Commission to investigate is my view.
I request all those cheated by AAT to join me to expose the unacceptable conduct of AAT officials in their cases if they have solid evidence of the wrongdoings of the officials involved in their matters.
I have evidence of alleged criminal misconduct but the lost trust in the judiciary stops me from spending any more money to get justice through judicial processes at this point in time. This is why corruption eradication is very important for the survival of a decent democracy in our country is my view. People power is required to make our country corruption free. The lost trust in the media contributes to the lost trust in Democracy as well.
All the names of the people involved in my matters that have acted dishonestly are available.
The media has not shown any courage to expose corruption in these matters that is ongoing from June 2006. Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour- former MDs and Group CEOs of Australia Post dismally failed to address corrupt conduct of many Australia Post officials for ten years between them and then resigned by giving, what I consider were baseless reasons.
Please keep supporting because truth coming out is very important. The news of people getting their records compromised in Optus data hacking, Medibank records hacking got all the coverage and that continues. The victims are informed and supported and promised help. What is wrong with the successive governments in helping my family where our lives have been seriously affected because of the cover ups that are not ending. Why is Australia Post protected? Are millionaires in our country above the law?
What was the benefit of AAT officials including the Senior Member Ms Geri Ettinger and the President of the AAT at the time to protect Australia Post? What was their reward for breaching their own rules and allowing Australia Post to breach AAT rules?
Why the people responsible for telling me and my family the truth are silent? What about the truth being covered up about the use of Indonesian passport on my name at Australia Post to commit offences? Why the person/s that used Indonesian passport on my name is/are protected despite they are allegedly identified by Australia Post and others? Who are they? What is the motive?
Please help my family fighting corruption that is known to numerous people in our country. This Christmas will complete SIXTEEN years of my fighting corruption where democracy has constantly failed to get a resolution. This matter has exposed corruption in many places and therefore the silence on the TRUTH has continued to protect all those hiding the truth is my view.
The lack of honesty, integrity and values is seen by me every step of the way. The failures of the democratic processes used by me to get justice and the truth out were not a mistake, oversight, error of judgement, lack of expertise or lack of resources. It was intentional, calculated and deliberate action of many to keep the truth hidden from my family is my view. This is ongoing from 15-16 June 2006.

I hope the new Labor government will show by their actions that they will eradicate corruption in our country. I am ready to help. All the honest elected Members of Parliament and the Senators are expected to support corruption fighters to make Australia corruption free. Not a single MP, Minister or a Senator has put their hand up to help my family by giving us a voice. This includes successive Prime Ministers, Ministers for Communications, Attorney Generals and Ministers of Home Affairs. This also includes each and every Senator for NSW and many other Senators, Independents and the Greens as well.
Numerous people in the Parliament House know my fight for justice for many years. I want them to break their silence on why this matter is covered up and how are they going to resolve it.
Numerous employees of Australia Post involved in these matters have allegedly run away from their jobs after working for many years at Australia Post. I believe they all were highly paid. Some are still there but they never respond to my letters. These unprecedented corruption cover ups that are ongoing for sixteen long years deserves a Royal Commission to get to the bottom of the matter and that will need people power to demonstrate that we are not going to allow corruption in our country to continue just because too many people are involved in the alleged wrongdoings. Protecting our democracy is more important than protecting the wrongdoers.
