Today I am sharing my letter to the Independent MP for Kooyong the Honorable Monique Ryan MP. This update has nothing to do with the current court case between the chief of staff of Dr. Monique Ryan Ms. Sally Rugg and Dr. Monique Ryan MP at all. My letter to Dr. Monique Ryan MP is dated 16 October 2022 as you can see below. This is almost four months ago.
During the entire three and a half years Ms. Sally Rugg was the Australian Executive Director of Change.org I contacted Change.org numerous times. You can not contact Australian team directly is what I was told by their Help Centre in USA.
Due to the dismal failures of the successive governments, my local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP, successive Ministers for Communications including the current one-the Hon Michelle Rowland MP to assist me in getting resolution to my fight for justice, I wrote to the Independent MP Dr. Monique Ryan. Ms. Sally Rugg was appointed as her chief of staff by Dr. Monique Ryan MP sometime around July 2022.
I am not aware if the emails written to Dr. Ryan on 'Monique.Ryan.MP@aph.gov.au' were accessed by Ms. Rugg as she is her chief of staff. Was she allowed to act on those and/or advise Dr. Ryan on them?
Ms. Rugg had a golden opportunity to act on my Change.org petition because this was a matter that is affecting our nation and the whole world on an ongoing basis. She remained silent all along for the entire three and a half years she was the Executive Director of Change.org and then left. Here is what she wrote:

Will anyone find out the truth behind Ms. Sally Rugg leaving Change.org?
Will Dr. Ryan tell the people of this nation how her emails are handled? Was Ms. Rugg authorised to act on those without the knowledge of Dr. Ryan?
Ms. Rugg’s failure to act on my petition to Ms. Christine Holgate compromised her position as the Executive Director of Change.org is my view. Documented dishonesty, corruption, failures of all the available democratic processes used by me to resolve the matter, corruption in AAT, politicians failing to act, Prime Ministers, Attorney Generals failing to act, Ministers for Communications failing to act where Australia Post falls under their responsibilities is all documented.
Ms. Sally Rugg’s access to media as the Executive Director of Change.org was very easy and she went to many media outlets all the time. What was her problem to act on the matter where the Change.org platform was used by me and she was in charge.
My petition is now signed and supported by 42,447 people from across Australia. At 50,000 signatures it will be one of the highest signed petitions on Change.org.
Who will investigate why Ms. Sally Rugg decided to leave Change.org or was she terminated quietly by Change.org HQ?
I request Dr. Monique Ryan to look at my fight for justice very closely and give me a voice. It is almost four months and the following email has not received any response. Dr. Ryan has a golden opportunity to make a change. I am here to help her to raise this matter in the Parliament as it is my goal to make Australia corruption free no matter how long it takes and no matter how many brick walls need to be demolished to reach that goal.

Dear Dr. Ryan,
I have never written to you in the past. Please accept my congratulations for your exceptional win where the country’s Treasurer lost his seat. This was the clear indication that people were fed up that the politicians are not listening. They want honesty, integrity and values. Your win has started a new era and we hope that it will help our country to become corruption free.
To seek your help, I need not be your constituent because my issues are of national significance and are in the public interest. In fact, they affect the whole world. The recent data breach by Optus where 10 million people were affected was taken seriously to help the people that were very badly affected. My identity is stolen and I am fighting for justice from June 2006. After the failures of all the due democratic processes to get a resolution, I started a petition to Ms Christine Holgate while she was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post using Change.org platform. My petition is now signed and supported by 41888 people from across Australia. The title is “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS”. This petition and all the updates are available for anyone to read just by typing in Google “Petition Holgate Vasant”.
Numerous elected representatives from the successive governments are aware of my fight to get the truth out for many years. They have not shown any courage to address documented corruption and cover ups. My family has suffered because of the systemic documented corruption and cover ups that are not ending. Numerous Australia Post officials were given many opportunities to tell us the truth but they preferred to leave their jobs at Australia Post rather than telling us the truth.
This matter was not resolved by Ms Holgate and her two predecessors as well. They are Mr. Ahmed Fahour and Mr. Graeme T. John. As you are aware the government is telling us that we will have a strong Federal ICAC soon. I am after the documents involved in this matter that Australia Post officials are hiding from us.
My family is placed in a perpetual pain and suffering and psychological torture by hiding the truth where Indonesian passport on my name was used as a Photo ID at Australia Post to Redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney. This PO Box was also opened using that passport as a Photo ID.
I want a voice that has been denied for all these years by the elected representatives. If you are ready to speak with me, we can talk over the phone. I work away from home therefore I am not at home during the week. If you visit Sydney we can even meet. I have been in Australia from 1985. I was allowed to come here as there is a shortage of people in my profession. My employer nominated me to come here. I am of Indian origin but worked in Nigeria for few years prior to coming to Sydney. I am in the Textile fabric manufacturing. I train local people all the time as there are hardly any experienced people available.

This was the end of my letter to Dr. Monique Ryan MP.
Ms Holgate did not show any courage to address corruption that was ongoing in Australia Post during the entire three years she was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post. This was also the case with Mr. Ahmed Fahour for seven long years he was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post prior to Ms Holgate.
Resignation reasons given by both Mr Fahour and Ms. Holgate will never add up is my view.
No one in the media has investigated why Ms. Sally Rugg left Change.org is my view.
No one in the media has any courage to investigate why my identity theft matters have still remained unresolved despite the due processes were used by me to get the resolution.

This was also the case with me. I used Change.org platform as the last resort. I will continue to fight for justice. Ms. Sally Rugg leaving Change.org without even caring to see that I am contacted by her or her team during her entire tenure at Change.org may come under the spotlight one day is my view.
What we need is the people power. My fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption from June 2006 has exposed deep rooted corruption to cover up the truth. That corruption deserves to be exposed and addressed.
I request people of Australia and around the world to see that the corruption fighters are supported and not ignored.
Supporting this petition is just a start of showing that support. Please sign and share this update with as many others a possible.
We, together, can make a change. The unacceptable culture in the Parliament House and in Australia Post must be exposed to make our country corruption free and free society.
The lost values, honesty and integrity displayed by many politicians and numerous past and present employees of Australia Post over the past over 16 long years is a national disgrace.
Leaving jobs after failing to act will not protect anyone from answering my questions is my view.
I hope the current team at Change.org will take up this matter to show to the world that they will help corruption fighters no matter who is involved in the corruption if the due processes of Australia have failed dismally to get a resolution. The cancer of corruption has been detected and it needs to be treated with full force of people power to protect our democracy. Covering up ID thefts intentionally only encourages criminals to continue their activities for whatever reasons.
This matter is unprecedented in the history of Australia Post and perhaps the whole of Australia where the fight for the truth has never stopped for the past over sixteen and a half years. It is important to prove that nobody is above the law.
On the Corruption Perception Index-CPI published by Transparency International for 2022 Australia has remained on Rank 13. There is no improvement in the international ranking at all. This ranking will not improve if the people power does not demand corruption eradication. If those in the public sector had shown honesty, integrity and values in my ID theft cover ups matter it could have been easily resolved. Instead, they allegedly protected Australia Post all along. What was their benefit for protecting Australia Post and ruining our lives? Australia’s score out of 100 has improved just by 2 points in Transparency International survey. It was 73/100 previously. Now it is 75/100. The people of our nation deserve better.
Anyone that wants to challenge anything that is presented by me so far please come forward now is my request.
I thank all my 42447 strong supporters for their ongoing support and help. One day all those covering up the truth will regret for their silence is my confidence. Ms Holgate and Mr. Fahour are among those that have failed to tell me the truth.
Why is our media silent? Who are the criminals that must be protected?
I remind you all that we own Australia Post and we must make it CORRUPTION FREE.
A postman throwing the letters in the bin will be investigated but the CEOs remaining silent on numerous wrongdoers allegedly covering up the crimes while working for Australia Post on high salaries and high positions will be protected. Why?
