Today I am sharing my letter to the Honourable Scott Morrison MP- Prime Minister of Australia.
It is very important to inform you that the Prime Minister or anyone else on his behalf has not responded to my letters. I made few calls to the Office of the PM to raise my concerns that I am not receiving any response to the letters I am writing to the PM.
I was informed that my letters to the Prime Ministers were forwarded to the Minister for Communication as the matters raised involves Australia Post and Minister for Communications is responsible to act on those.
At no stage I was informed that this was the case either from the Office of the PM, Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet or the Minister for Communications or his department. This means there was no action and Australia Post officials continued to cover up corruption and crimes.
I have serious concerns that the ABC has failed to show their independence and impartiality in my matters of immense Public Interest despite they are ongoing for over fifteen years.
ABC has also failed to acknowledge that my petition to Ms Holgate with the title:
“Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS” is now signed and supported by over 37,000 people from across Australia. That number stands at 37213 as I write this update.
My Identity is used on a Passport of Indonesia. This Passport was accepted by Australia Post as a Photo ID and the criminals were allowed to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket, Sydney back in June 2006. Australia Post was criminally cheated by my imposter by telling them we were moving out of our home. This means my Imposter was moving out of the home.
The crimes were identified quickly because there was an envelope addressed to me with a CHEQUE inside on my name that the postman could not deliver because the house number on the envelope was 38. This house number does not exist in the street we live in as the houses end at No. 21. The envelope was taken back to Alexandria Delivery Facility-ADF by the Postman. He told his supervisor that there is no such address as 38 Randolph Street, Rosebery, NSW 2018. The fraud/crime was identified as there was a live PO Box operating on my name at Haymarket. Red flags were put on this mail redirection.
What happened next was unacceptable. The cover ups started and have never ended to this day in November 2021. Ms. Christine Holgate, Mr Ahmed Fahour and many others have left Australia Post after failing to act on the unacceptable cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials.
The strong demand for a Federal ICAC with teeth has been rejected by the Prime Minister very recently. Why? The wrongdoings of numerous Australia Post officials are under the Federal Jurisdiction and those wrongdoings are documented.
If the PM and the Minister for Communications the Hon Paul Fletcher MP were so much concerned about the $20,000 spent on Cartier watches by Ms. Holgate, why are they silent on Australia Post spending money, resources and time for the past over fifteen years to cover ups corruption and crimes? Why are they not even ready to ask why the truth is covered up and how much of the Taxpayers’ money was used by Australia Post to cover up the corruption and crimes? Why Australia Post is allowed to continue to cover up the TRUTH?
The baseless resignation reasons provided by Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour have NEVER added up. The media supported Ms Holgate by giving her voice. The same media is not ready to investigate the dark sides of Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour and many others as well.
Now please read my letter to the Prime Minister sent recently. Normally the copy of the letter written to the PM on the government funded website is provided to the sender. It appears that this practice is now suspended or stopped. I have not received the copy of my following letter and the one written before this one as well. I informed PM & C about this but they have not sent me the copy or made arrangements to see that I get a copy of what I wrote.
My Letter to the Prime Minister:
I have sent the following letter to ABC Chair Ms Ita Buttrose AC OBE. I need a voice that has been denied so far. I request you to raise this matter in the parliament immediately. We want ABC that is independent and impartial. Ms Holgate was given a voice by ABC but they have not cared to give me voice.
The following letter was sent to 'investigations@abc.net.au'. Earlier I sent a letter to Ms Buttrose and made few calls that went to answering machine. No one has contacted me in response.

Dear Ms Buttrose,
Your decision to appoint Prof John McMillan AO is questionable. He needs to be investigated by ABC for his alleged wrongdoings but instead you appointed him to look into your complaint handling. You wrote:
“The ABC’s independent review is well under way, headed up by former Commonwealth and NSW Ombudsman Professor John McMillan AO and Jim Carroll, former SBS Director. It’s the first official review of the complaints handling process at the ABC in 12 years, and findings will be released in April 2022.”

You failed to mention that Prof. McMillan was also inaugural Australian Information Commissioner and he was Acting NSW Ombudsman.
Prof. McMillan will be paid by the tax-payers for the job that you have given to him. Please correct me if this is wrong.
Ms Christine Holgate was given voice by ABC but the same ABC is NOT giving me a voice to expose corruption and cover ups. Why?
The following is my petition update posted on August 8, 2020. My petition is to Ms Christine Holgate. Her resignation with “immediate effect” needs thorough investigations. Her baseless excuses for her resignation supported by ABC is unacceptable.

I have no options left than to send the copy of this letter to many elected representatives from all sides of politics because “Your ABC” has failed to give me a voice.
I hope you will respond. If you cannot handle this please leave before it is too late for you to maintain your credibility to hold the position of Chair of ABC.
My petition to Ms Holgate is now signed and supported by 37081 people from across Australia but “your ABC” does not care. They have shown absolute disregard to be independent and impartial.
Why is Ms Leigh Sales silent? Why is Ms Laura Tingle silent? They had no hesitation to give voice to Ms Holgate but not me. Why? Why is Four Corners silent? Why are you silent?

This was the end of my letter to the Prime Minister dated 21 November 2021.
I am awaiting response from both Ms Buttrose and also the Prime Minister.
Numerous people in our country are not aware that Prof. John McMillan AO has allegedly acted criminally, dishonestly and corruptly in my ID Theft cover ups matters since he was the Commonwealth Ombudsman. Then he was made Australian Information Commissioner. In that position he allegedly protected Dr. James Popple who had acted allegedly criminally to protect Australia Post while he was the FOI Commissioner.
In my view both of them are a NATIONAL DISGRACE. I challenge both of them to answer my questions about my documented allegations about their unacceptable conduct. The former Premier of NSW the Hon Mike Baird appointed Prof McMillan as the Acting NSW Ombudsman by bending many rules. I wrote to him few times to terminate this appointment immediately on the basis of unacceptable conduct of Prof McMillan. Mr. Baird did not terminate Prof. McMillan’s appointment as the Acting NSW Ombudsman.
My serious concerns about Mr Baird are known to few people. Mr Baird is another person that quit politics abruptly. No one investigated why he left. Spending time with the sick family members for quitting politics was as baseless as the reasons given by Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour for their resignations. My concerns about Mr Baird are documented. Mr. Baird then took a million dollars a year job with NAB.
The above additional information is relevant because Ms Buttrose is now doing the same thing as Mr Baird by giving a taxpayer funded job to Prof. John McMillan AO.
My fight for justice has continued because it involves highest-level documented corruption and cover ups. This culture must stop.
The PM openly accusing NSW ICAC by giving the example of the Hon Gladys Berejiklian-former Premier of NSW needs to be investigated. Protecting Australia Post has been ongoing under the successive governments. The Labor party wants a Federal ICAC with teeth but many in the Labor have participated in the cover ups by remaining silent on Australia Post’s corruption and crimes cover ups for number of years and that includes my Local Labor Member of Parliament the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP and the Leader of the Opposition is also not responding. He is the Hon. Anthony Albanese MP. How can they demand a Federal ICAC and then remain silent on the corruption and crimes cover ups themselves?
If anyone is under the impression that the people in the Labor demanding a Federal ICAC with teeth will not fall on their own sword then they are mistaken. My matters were before Labor for SIX years while in the government. They also failed dismally to act and resolve this matter.
This unprecedented matter has exposed corruption everywhere. The more this matter remains covered up the more people will get implicated is highly likely.
Please help my family to get justice. Please denounce corrupt people getting appointed as independent people by anyone. Prof. McMillan allegedly has massive conflict of interest because ABC will try to protect him from his documented corrupt conduct after using him as an independent reviewer of their complaints handling.
I hope Ms Ita Buttrose will not ignore me because people of this nation are smart and intelligent enough to know if the appointment of Prof McMillan to review complaints procedure of ABC is appropriate or not after reading my and my family’s experience with him.
It is time to investigate number of Australia Post officials for allegedly keeping the corruption and crimes in my ID theft matters covered up from June 2006.
Truth will eventually come out because our PM says “Nobody is above the law”. It is time that he proves this because he has lot of material before him for a very long time about my ID theft and Australia Post covering up the truth.
Mr. Morrison appointed Ms Buttrose which please remember. The time will come to investigate her and question her in the Parliament about her blaming the government of interfering with the independence of ABC.
Her decision to appoint Prof. McMillan- the so-called independent reviewer deserves investigations. I will not be surprised if she resigns like Mr. Baird.
Many of my supporters said go to ABC, Four Corners, 7:30 Report because they thought ABC is independent and impartial. I did go to ABC but they have dismally failed to show to me that they are independent and impartial.
The breaches while handling my matters by Australia Post and their protectors at PwC have continued. More about that a little later.
