It is now clear that the Prime Minister of our country the Honourable Scott Morrison MP does not want a Federal ICAC with teeth ever appointed under his leadership. He wants weaker version that will make people complaining going in circles without much impact on the wrongdoers is my view.

Please look at the ongoing corruption and crimes cover ups that Australia Post is engaged in from June 2006. Australia Post’s unacceptable conduct will fall under the Federal ICAC jurisdiction.

The toxic culture in the Parliament House allegedly protected number of Australia Post officials over number of years under successive Ministers for Communications and also the successive Prime Ministers as well. This is happening under successive governments.

Our Prime Minister Mr Morrison wants criminal conduct allegations investigated by Federal ICAC. In case of Australia Post and their protectors there is no shortage of alleged criminal activities that are documented.

The cover ups are known to numerous elected representatives including the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP who is my Federal Local Labor Member for Kingsford Smith electorate and his leader as well who wants to become the PM at the next election. He is the Hon Anthony Albanese MP-Leader of the Opposition. Mr Albanese wants a Federal ICAC similar to that of NSW ICAC but he has not responded to my letters with documented corruption and crimes covert ups involving numerous Australia Post officials.

In fact, my petition and updates have many documents to prove alleged criminal activities that were never addressed and no help from the politicians was received to resolve this matter.

The Federal ICAC with NO TEETH will be a waste of Taxpayers money is my view. I have seen corrupt conduct with alleged criminal element to it on an ongoing basis.

The lost trust in many elected representatives affects us all. The successive governments have failed to hold Australia Post officials to account, despite lot of evidence was provided to many of them about the ongoing cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials from June 2006 to this day. This is a period of Fifteen and a Half years of non-stop corruption and cover ups.

The elections are lost and won. That is a democratic process. The Prime Minister and the Communications Minister the Hon Paul Fletcher MP had serious concerns about Ms Holgate spending $20,000 on Cartier watches she gifted. They have not shown any interest to find out how much money, time, resources, legal and travel costs were incurred by Australia Post officials to cover ups corruption and crimes identified by them. This is a fifteen and half years’ period.

In my fight for justice, I have seen judicial corruption, police corruption, corruption in the office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman, Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, Corruption in NSW Information and Privacy Commission, corruption in Australia Post Corporate Security Group and unacceptable wrongdoings of number of Australia Post officials.

Please note that if the Federal ICAC WITH TEETH was in place it is highly likely that lot of criminal activities involving many people could have been exposed on a very large scale if that body was truly independent and impartial.

My many letters to the PM have not been responded by anyone.

On one hand it is claimed by the former Group CEO and Managing Director of Australia Post Ms Christine Holgate that she was humiliated by the Prime Minister in the Parliament. She is expected to know that the same Prime Minister is allegedly protecting her unacceptable conduct of remaining silent on corruption and crimes cover ups by ignoring my serious concerns about her and other Australia Post officials as well.

The following are some of the alleged criminal activities that Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour and many others were responsible to address and resolve. They dismally failed.

1.       Australia Post provided falsified documents to me to cheat me in the matters of Mail Redirection and PO Box opening on my name by the criminals.

2.       Australia Post officials are hiding the envelope addressed to me with a cheque inside on my name for the past fifteen and a half years and thereby protecting criminals. Not delivering my mail deliberately is also criminal.

3.       Australia Post officials have created a Field Receipt with only two fabricated documents listed on it. This was to hide the Real documents involved.

4.       Australia Post officials have failed to respond to my numerous letters where alleged criminal activities were brought to their attention. This equated to covering up crimes.

5.       Australia Post has provided to me many JP certified fabricated documents where that JP- Mr Alan Barwick was the State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW.

This JP failed to mention his conflict of interest on the documents he certified. This is against the rules applicable to JPs. He was protected by NSW Attorney General’s Department.

6.       Australia Post’s many in-house lawyers have covered up the real matter which was of the criminal nature.

7.       Australia Post’s National FOI Officer/Legal Officer was sitting next to me in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal with the fabricated documents before the Tribunal without accepting that they were fabricated despite he had many opportunities to come up with the truth and the REAL documents involved in the criminal activities. He has left long ago.

8.       Australia Post official cashed my Money Order by taking cash from the Post office near their CSG office in Strawberry Hills in Sydney and then that amount of $30 sent by me for processing my FOI application was recorded as the compensation paid out for the uninsured postal article. Another criminal activity.

9.       Australia Post’s National FOI officer and Legal Officer appointed external Lawyer of the business called “FOI Solutions” to represent them in the AAT. During the proceeding numerous rules of AAT were breached by this external lawyer with the full knowledge that he was not complying with production of documents involved in the criminal activities. He was instructed by the National FOI officer/Legal Officer of Australia Post.

10.   Australia Post’s investigator had only one telephone conversation with me. He said helping me was his job. He never helped me and never ever responded to my numerous messages, one comprehensive letter and numerous emails. He is one of the signatories on the Field Receipt where two fabricated documents are listed as the only ones he was given.

11.   Australia Post’s Lawyer based in Strawberry Hills, NSW at the time was the one that received my first FOI Application to provide documents. This was the procedure at the time. My Money order was inside my FOI application. No one is telling me who cashed my money order by taking $30 cash and not depositing the money into appropriate account. That lawyer is Mr. Steve Brotherson. He also attended AAT hearings.

12.   Australia Post officials were going to watch who is opening the PO Box opened on my name to get that cheque in the envelope addressed to me. Everyone is silent about what happened to the cheque and the envelope and who was caught in the act. I am told that this envelope was given to Mr Gabell by the postman and it was not sent to the PO Box on my name as the crimes were identified because of the wrong house number on the envelope.

13.   Australia Post’s many senior officials left their jobs after remaining silent on the corruption and crimes cover ups despite my repeated requests to tell me the truth. One of them is Mr Paul Gardner. His alleged forged signature is on the letter to my former solicitor. Mr Gardner is silent all along about the authenticity of that signature despite numerous requests to tell me the truth.

14.   Australia Post provided me the name of the person who was their State Manager CSG Head Quarters in Melbourne as my contact person. This person passed away and the cause of death is suicide. This death could have been avoided is highly likely. Mr Ahmed Fahour-former Group CEO and MD before Ms Holgate and his team hide this death from me and no new contact person was ever appointed. The person with the name Mr Geoff Williams accessed my confidential letter to Mr Fahour and wrote NFA (No Further Action) on the top of the front page of my letter and it was filed without a response. This further covered up corruption and crimes.

15.   Two former Corporate Secretaries of Australia Post left Australia Post jobs after failing to tell me the truth about the cover ups and crimes. One of them Ms Erin Kelly. She gave me legal threats for stopping me to fight for the truth. Now she has left Australia Post. The newspaper report said she was made redundant. She was in the inner circle of Mr. Fahour.

16.   The National Resolutions Manager of Australia Post failed to respond to any of my letters with serious concerns about the corruption and crimes cover ups.

17.   The Supervisor who told me about the Indonesian Passport on my name used to commit crimes then went onto sign the Field Receipt with only two fabricated documents listed on it as the ones he gave to the investigator. There were many other documents including the envelope, cheque, Mail redirection action sheet etc. that were not on this Field Receipt.

18.   This matter is known to numerous Australia Post Officials-Past and present. They failed to act, tell the truth, failed to resolve the matter, failed to respond to my letters and failed to address corruption and crimes despite their knowledge of the delays, cheating, fabrications, breaches of the rules and ethical standards and the laws of Australia.

The above 18 points is just a small number to give you an idea of the corruption and crimes involving Australia Post officials. Only few names are mentioned above. There are many more involved in the alleged cover ups and they have remained silent on the cover ups. This is a serious breach of the standards they are expected to follow.

Dear Supporters,

It is probably clear to you now, why the most in the government do not want a Federal ICAC with teeth. You are now probably convinced that the Toxic Culture in the Parliament is not restricted to the treatment of women in the Parliament House. After the report prepared by the Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins we expect the parliament house to become safe workplace for women and others.

If a similar independent report is made about the corruption and crimes covering up culture in the Parliament House there will be no shortage of the examples of that as well. This is my view.

The baseless letters, non-response to letters, avoidance of responsibilities, protection of wrongdoers, protection given to the people in Australia Post and the watchdogs, ignoring criminal judicial decisions, police dishonesty and fabrications is all known to many in this so-called symbol of DEMOCRACY. The PARLIAMENT HOUSE. Those that want to keep our country that way must go voluntarily is my suggestion to them. Please do not put your hand up to get elected.

The people of this nation have the golden opportunity to denounce this conduct and expose this conduct.

The PM had numerous opportunities to direct others to investigate Australia Post but he failed and continues to fail. He himself failed to act on fifteen and a half years of continuous corrupt conduct of many inside and also outside of Australia Post.

If this matter is investigated it can change the Toxic Culture in many places outside of the Parliament House as well.

If Ms Holgate believes she is fully protected by the alleged Toxic culture in many places including Australia Post, then she could soon realise that no one may come for her rescue if the matter becomes widely discussed and exposed. Time for her to come clean before she gets exposed for her unacceptable silence has already passed but she can always say sorry and tell the truth about the cover ups and her silence on the cover ups as a starting point.

This is also the case with Mr Ahmed Fahour and numerous other officials of Australia Post and many officials that allegedly participated to protect the wrongdoers.

Dear Supporters, please help my family to get justice because one day it could happen to anyone anywhere in our country and the victims will suffer if the criminals are allowed to get away with their crimes. If the protectors of criminals are protected by the very people making decisions in our country the democracy will suffer more.

Those who want to put their hands up to get elected must know that they will become the servants of the people of this nation if elected. Any elected representative covering up corruption and crimes or remain silent on the material provided to them of serious criminal nature, then they are failing in their duties is my view.

I request the Honourable Scott Morrison MP-Prime Minister of Australia to see me and listen to me. The people of this nation are fed up about the Toxic Culture in the Parliament House and if the Leader is not ready to expose it and failing to listen to the ordinary people like my family then he is unfit for the top job is my view.

If he gets elected again and my matters still remain covered up, I will keep contacting him till he understands the depth of the corruption and crimes cover ups.

The Leader of the Opposition the Hon Anthony Albanese who wants a Federal ICAC with teeth has dismally failed to act on the corruption and crimes cover ups involving numerous Australia Post officials. What is wrong with him? Why is he protecting my Local Federal Member of his Labor party who is failing to raise this matter in the parliament from the year 2012? Why is Mr. Thistlethwaite avoiding exposing corruption and crimes? Who is controlling him if that is the case?

The lost trust in many politicians is destroying our democracy. We see this loss of trust all the time no matter who is in the government. THIS MUST CHANGE and CHANGE NOW.

The following link is relevant and I admire Independent MP Dr. Helen Haines and Tasmanian Liberal MP Bridget Archer for their efforts to do the right thing for the people of this nation and that is to get the process of establishing the Federal ICAC with teeth underway. The success will come eventually with people power is my view.

I hope the Prime Minister will listen to the majority of Australians and not hesitate to establish a Federal ICAC with TEETH and not compromise the ability of such a body to investigate corruption independently and impartially.

Australia Post- a Government Business Enterprise-GBE must be exposed for their ongoing corruption and crimes cover ups and we do not have to wait for a Federal ICAC for that. There is lot of evidence to prove corruption and crimes cover ups spanning over fifteen and a half years.

Where are all those honest employees of Australia Post gone? Why are they silent?

The alleged corrupt conduct of few employees of PwC has come to light. PwC is hired by Australia Post to take disclosures from the whistleblowers. A flawed process where the subject employees have displayed alleged gross misconduct deserves public naming and shaming is my view.   

How much money is paid to PwC by Australia Post should be disclosed publicly is my view. If that taxpayers’ money is getting wasted or not can be judged by the independent experts. If these people in PwC are paid to protect Australia Post’s corruption, then they need to be investigated. The transparency of Australia Post about PwC is almost non-existent.

Dear Supporters,

I am grateful for all the support and help given to my family by 37496 supporters from every corner of Australia. It is time to wake up our PM for listening to us and not ignoring us.

Time and again people of this nation have expressed their view that they want a Federal ICAC with teeth and not the one like a toothless tiger.

My request to the PM is simple.

It is time that you give me a voice and help us to eradicate corruption in our country and we start from AUSTRALIA POST because we own Australia Post.

I request every concerned citizen and resident of our country to help us because eradication of corruption equates to billions of dollars in savings, satisfied people, prosperity, happiness, confidence, more jobs, heathy people and proud people. Corruption free country is the foundation for the future prosperity and good life for the generations to come.

Australia Post’s corruption and the motive to cover up crimes deserves a Royal Commission. Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour needs to be investigated because they resigned with baseless excuses is my view.

A corruption free country attracts investments and that brings stable and long-term jobs. A corruption free country also results in confidence in the country and the respect for the people running the country. With many of the politicians on the bottom of the scale of trustworthiness we cannot eradicate corruption fast. This is why people power is necessary to make an urgent change.

Australia, with the small population compared to many other countries has a potential to become a corruption free country if we all say NO to corruption with one voice.

My family has suffered fighting corruption and fighting for justice. That suffering has to end after fifteen and a half years of injustice, corruption, discrimination, unfairness, cheating, deception, cover ups and silence on all this by all those that knew about this injustice. No one asked Ms Holgate to resign. The PM has no authority to either appoint or terminate the CEO of Australia Post.

All those millionaires out there that allegedly took part in the cover ups or have remained silent on the cover ups and crimes are reminded that their money cannot buy trust, morals and ethics. They will have to earn these things. Covering up crimes is also a crime.

My family deserves justice and I deserve the voice that has been denied by the very people that get paid to give me a voice. My Local Federal Member the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP deserves to be investigated because he could not provide any evidence to me about what he wrote to me. He said my matters were investigated by the Police, Ombudsman and ICAC. His baseless statement exposed him because he was unable to provide any evidence. He also failed to tell me who told him this.

The question now is who is controlling him for not raising this matter in the parliament from 2012? He gets paid to represent the people of Kingsford Smith electorate. In 2012 he was the Senator for NSW. I was his constituent as the resident of NSW.

Thanks again to all my current and future supporters. We, together, can make a change because our country needs a change, people of Australia deserve a change. The change will not come if we fail to demand it and if we fail to unite to denounce corruption. The people power is the answer.

I hope the PM will listen. I request Mr Morrison to listen to me and help me to address the people of this nation because the media is silent on my matters of immense Public Interest. One Million people in Australia alone suffer each and every year due to their identities compromised is a rough estimate. The eroding trust in the media is another blow to democracy. No one has cared to give me a voice after giving a platform to Ms Holgate. That is not called independence and impartiality while reporting.

My fight for justice will continue. Our country should not be allowed to spoil the way it is spoiling now and at the rate our democracy is destroyed now.

Please help all those fighting corruption and all those blowing the whistle against the corruption.

The upcoming festive season in December will be my SIXTEENTH Christmas period fighting corruption. I hope the people of our country will take notice that this is our dedication to make Australia corruption free and free society.

If the PM says “Nobody is above the Law” then he needs to prove this by starting investigating Australia Post first. Australia Post officials started the cover ups and the current officials must end those cover ups and come up with the truth and the REAL documents first.
