Ms Holgate’s silence on documented corruption and cover ups has continued.
I am not sure if you have any experience in dealing with the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman, Office of the Australian Information Commissioner that includes Freedom of Information Commissioner and the NSW Ombudsman at any time.
If the big names are involved in your complaint or concerns with these offices, it is highly likely that you will hit the brick walls with these offices.
Ms Holgate is not responding and the cover ups have continued. The support that Australia Post received from the people on very high positions to cover up their wrongdoings was shocking, unacceptable and intolerable.
One such person that breached his own rules, responsibilities and even the basic requirements of working independently and Impartially is Prof John McMillan AO.
Prof McMillan was the Commonwealth Ombudsman when Australia Post’s corruption and cover ups were brought to his attention back in the year 2008. After finishing as the Commonwealth Ombudsman, he was made Australian Information Commissioner. His unacceptable conduct continued in that role as well. When he finished as the Information Commissioner, he was made Acting NSW Ombudsman by the then Premier the Hon Mike Baird. It was mainly to complete the long-term unfinished investigations by the former NSW Ombudsman Mr Bruce Barbour into NSW Police telephone bugging matter.
When I read about this Acting NSW Ombudsman position created by Mr Baird, by bending rules for such appointments, I raised my serious concerns with the former Premier the Hon Mike Baird. There is a lot of evidence of that correspondence which could be shared in the future. Mr Baird quit politics abruptly. Prof McMillan continued and completed the report on this long running NSW Police Force’s telephone bugging investigations.
The selection of Prof. McMillan by Mr Baird was fundamentally flawed. It became very concerning when I got a letter from the General Counsel for Mr Baird to contact Federal Attorney General, former Senator George Brandis QC because my concerns about Prof McMillan were from the federal jurisdiction.
My concerns were about the unacceptable conduct of Prof. McMillan that made him unsuitable to be given the position of Acting NSW Ombudsman. More about that will be shared later.
The following emails sent to Prof. McMillan, after he took office as the Acting NSW Ombudsman, speak volumes. He had no courage to respond because he was caught in deliberate alleged criminal misconduct in the documents released to me under the FOI Act by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. My many letters to him went unanswered. Those letters are worth sharing in the future.
No one investigated why Premier Baird quit politics. In my view his resignation had nothing to do with the NSW Council amalgamations or Greyhound racing industry ban. Mr Baird had no intention or courage to stand down Prof McMillan as the Acting NSW Ombudsman because it was his decision to water down the rules when he made this appointment. Mr Baird’s sudden decision to spend time with his family members by quitting as the Premier and quitting politics altogether was highly suspicious.
Where are our award-winning journalists gone? Where are our Investigative reporters and TV programmes gone? They are not interested because they have lost their own independence and impartiality. They want easy targets. Touching rich and powerful is difficult for them these days.

Dear Prof. McMillan,
This is to bring to your attention that I have not received any response to the following letter. It is now ONE MONTH and there is no response at all. I have no intention to give you any more chances to respond. My concerns about your non response will be raised with others if you fail to respond. There will be a request for standing you down immediately until you can prove that you are a honest, moral, ethical, transparent, independent and impartial person and you have not acted dishonestly, corruptly and even engaged in a criminal misbehaviour and supported Criminal Misbehaviour of others at any time in the past at all since you were the Commonwealth Ombudsman that was followed by your position as the Australian Information Commissioner.
I will wait until Friday 5 August 2016 for your comprehensive response. I expect you to immediately remove yourself as NSW Ombudsman and also not consider any tax payers funded position either in the State or Federal jurisdictions for ever no matter how much clean you want to come in the future. I wish you good luck to have courage and strength to remove yourself as NSW Ombudsman and give true reasons for doing so and not engage in a behaviour like that of Mr Allan Asher when he resigned to protect the integrity of his office-the Office of Commonwealth Ombudsman.
The people in the other organisation could help and support you to hide your wrongdoings until such time that they themselves become the subject of allegations of documented corruption is my view. It is time for you to tell my family the TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH about your knowledge of the SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION to cover up the crimes that involves my and my family’s fight from June 2006 for getting justice and finding the truth about the matters that you are aware of since they were brought to your attention when you were the Commonwealth Ombudsman and then again as the Information Commissioner.
Former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd is in the news recently in relation to his bid for becoming the Secretary General of the United Nations and the decision of the Prime Minister the Hon Malcolm Turnbull MP to decline government nomination of Mr Rudd for that position. Do you know why Mr Rudd quit the politics? Why did he not give a single interview after he resigned immediately after winning his Griffith seat? Why did he leave the country? All the truth may come out one day is my view. Mr Rudd promised that he will serve the people of Griffith for three years if elected in the elections held on 7 September 2013. Did he keep that promise?
Anyone that abuses his or her power and authority will eventually lose that power and authority is a universal fact. You are no different to this reality is my view. As long as you remain in your current position you will do more harm than good to the integrity of your office is my view. All the work that you do could be considered compromised and will have hardly any value is also my view. Your actions and inactions have contributed to destroy my family is also my view. I am still fighting against the highest-level corruption that I have seen and experienced and you are part of that systemic corruption is also my view.
To remove yourself as the NSW Ombudsman immediately is in your best interest is also my view and I hope you will not put yourself in a position that will force others to remove you as the NSW Ombudsman.

Please read the attached response from your office of NSW Ombudsman to my reminder to you about the Ten Years’ of systemic corruption. Are you going to use junior people in your office in this way? If my letter to you becomes public nobody in this country will consider that it was a complaint against NSW Police Force. Obviously, someone got an idea to convert my letter to you into a complaint and then end the matter without even knowing what is the matter.
This is nothing new to me. When the corruption on the highest level is already known to you, of which you are a part, this type of conduct of your junior employees only reflects on your leadership is my view. It will be difficult to believe that you are unaware of this response.
If you start building walls around you like what I believe Mr Ahmed Fahour MD and Group CEO of Australia Post has done over the years those walls will crash because not even twenty-four hours had passed and the baseless apology from your official followed by a baseless complaint creation out of nowhere is now evident. Whoever is behind this will not win because you do not have TRUTH on your side.
You are in my view unfit for this job because you have lost your credibility no matter how much expertise you have to do this job is my view. You were unwanted by the Attorney General George Brandis as the Information Commissioner and just like he found work for Dr James Popple- the former FOI Commissioner as the AAT Senior Member he was probably looking for work for you as well, on your terms, cannot be ruled out. This is my view. The Coalition government in NSW came up with helping hand and you got this job is a simple explanation. The rules were bent in many ways and now the people of NSW have to put up with you at least for some time until you leave or you are removed is my view.
It is my goal to put people like you informed that your voluntary departure from your current position could turn out to be less painful than your removal by force if your corruption in your previous roles becomes public.
You get paid from public purse to be independent and impartial, honest, moral and ethical. You promote your values, you say that you give careful consideration to the complaints and then breach all these promises made to the people who pay you-the Tax Payers when it comes to corruption on the highest levels that is brought to your attention is my view. You are the recipient of the Officer of the Order of Australia. What will happen if your AO is taken away from you like the former Judge Marcus Einfeld?
You have backdated letter written to me with the full knowledge it was backdated. This single corrupt activity is enough to remove you from your office is my view. Then there are numerous other corrupt activities of Dr. Popple that you accepted and endorsed. These corrupt activities are all documented and released by your own people under the FOI Act possibly because they were fed up of your corruption and the corruption of others in your Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
The following information is expected to wake you up is my view.

The ICAC found in 2011 the former Labor minister acted corruptly over the state government's purchase of the union retreat Currawong on Pittwater.
The corruption watchdog recommended the former lands minister be prosecuted for corruptly signing and backdating a letter to mislead investigators and give the impression that he had given ministerial authorisation to the public servant who made the purchase.
But the Director of Public Prosecutions said he did not believe there was sufficient evidence for the charges to hold up in court.”
I sincerely request you to speak with Premier Mike Baird and tell him “it is all over I have to go”.
In my view engaging in wilful blindness has not helped anyone in the past ten years. It will be in your best interest to respond without involving others and trying to build another brick wall around you. Your unacceptable conduct while you were Commonwealth Ombudsman and then the Information Commissioner has contributed to destroy my two adult son’s lives, their careers, my wife’s life and my life is my view. Before there is a public outrage about all the corruption that went on in your Office of the Information Commissioner it will be a good idea for you to just leave and retire and not find any work where the Tax Payers will pay you. If you want to go into Private Sector to make a living I will probably not worry much.
Please ask the former NSW inaugural Information Commissioner Ms Deirdre O'Donnell why she left prematurely. She probably will tell you the truth and about out of control corruption in NSW Police Force that she could not handle in my matters and my family members’ matters. Instead of exposing herself as corrupt by supporting Police corruption in our matters she probably gave up her job. Was it a $300 000 a year job? She was also allowed to work from Home by The Hon Greg Smith SC MP- Former NSW Attorney General and Minister for Justice who quit the politics. Mr Smith was demoted by the same Premier that made you NSW Ombudsman. All the dishonest activities of Mr Smith in my matters are known to many people within the NSW government is my view. They are also very well documented which please keep in mind.
You have lost your credibility and so is the case with many others. If you want to show your arrogance and keep remaining in your position, I may have to intensify my efforts to remove you from your office as well by the power of TRUTH and your documented corruption.
I hope you will leave without giving me any further chance to provide more evidence against you to you and others. I will try my best to see that you will not be allowed to start with a clean slate as NSW Ombudsman after all that corruption in your previous roles.
Additional Information of another corruption issue: The people of this nation are also entitled to know why the Customs Reform Board was scrapped and why it was done without any announcements for the people of this nation.

Dear Supporters,
If people entrusted to work with honesty, integrity and values and for working with independence and impartiality engage in unacceptable conduct and then keep getting and accepting the highly paid jobs, we cannot remain silent and do nothing.
If politicians are appointing or recommending morally bankrupt people in the positions, where they are expected to be fully independent and impartial, then sharing your experiences is vital. With a solid documentary evidence that I have been sharing with you all you can see why this matter has become so important to get a resolution.
If Ms Holgate decides to rely on the people with lost values, she may lose the respect and trust of the people of this nation as the citizens of Australia are the owners of Australia Post. They do not want the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post engaged in alleged cover ups herself or protecting the wrongdoers where documentary evidence of unacceptable corrupt conduct is unchallengeable.
My petition is now signed and supported by people across Australia. That number is steadily increasing and stands at 18603. I request you all to help and spread the word because we cannot allow our watchdogs to be morally bankrupt and corrupt people. We, the taxpayers, pay them to do their job with absolute honesty and integrity at all times.
If “Nobody is above the law”, including the decision makers, then why they get jobs despite showing all the signs of breaching the laws themselves?
I thank you all and if you have any bad experiences with the watchdogs where you were treated badly and if you were told that “We review the matter only once” where both initial decision and the review decision was flawed, please share it. We do not want corrupt people appointed in the watchdogs to help corrupt people in the government and the government agencies and also the Government Business Enterprises like Australia Post.
The fight for justice will continue and the fight for the truth to be revealed will never stop.
I hope Ms Holgate and her team will wake up.
