My fourteen years’ of fight for justice for my family and to get the TRUTH out from Australia Post will continue because Ms Christine Holgate-MD & Group CEO of Australia Post has ignored my numerous letters so far and failed to show any interest to give me a meeting, when it is her job to give me a voice. This is allegedly in a clear violation and breach of Australia Post’s own well publicised ethical standards, corporate governance, corruption, and crimes reporting and resolving obligations. Ms Holgate’s continued silence has become a matter of serious concerns.
Today I am sharing one of my letters that I wrote to the former Prime Minister the Hon Malcolm Turnbull on “Contact your PM” facility. No response was ever received to my letter with serious concerns on number of issues. My serious concerns were nothing new to Mr Turnbull as he was made aware of those from August 2011. He was the Shadow Minister for Communications at that time. He was contacted when he became the Minister for Communications and then as the Prime Minister as well. Mr Turnbull failed to act and failed to represent me and my family when he had all the authority and portfolio responsibility to do so as Australia Post comes under the Minister for Communications.
Many of Australia Post’s Senior officials have left their long term and possibly extraordinarily highly paid jobs in recent times. Mr. Ahmed Fahour and Ms Christine Corbett are two of many others. They were on 5.6 Million and 1.5 Million a year remuneration respectively but failed to resolve this matter. Mr Corbett was contacted numerous times, but she failed to resolve this matter as the Chief Customer Officer and then as the EGM Community and Consumer and even as the Acting MD & Group CEO after Mr Fahour left and before Ms Holgate took over.
Below is my letter to the former PM the Hon Malcolm Turnbull as mentioned above with the acknowledgement in the image posted above.

Dear Prime Minister,
My identity theft cover up will enter into ELEVENTH YEAR on 14 June 2016. The list of people who are aware of the cover ups and those who participated in cover ups has been growing steadily over the past almost ten years.
What has gone wrong? When will we have a Royal Commission to address this national and international problem? Can we please start from corruption that is ongoing in Australia Post to cover up the corruption? You, as the Communications Minister had close contact with Mr Ahmed Fahour. Under his leadership the corruption in Australia Post has not only grown but has also become of criminal nature in my matters. This criminal activity is ignored by AFP, NSW Police Force. ACLEI, Justice Minister the Hon Michael Keenan MP, OAIC, OCO, AAT, former ADT and Attorney Generals in both NSW and Federal jurisdictions over many years is my view. Who is responsible to address corrupt conduct of Mr Scott J Staunton? He is the General Manager of Security and Investigations but previously when he engaged in making a flawed FOI Review decision on my FOI Application, he was the Deputy General Counsel. Then he was head of Legal and then Manager of Security and Investigations and now in his current position of General Manager in Australia Post.
His corrupt conduct is not acceptable as he is supposed to work with utmost honesty and integrity and expected to be highly regarded. He has been given delegated authority by Mr Fahour to act as a Authorised Officer to receive information from Whistle-blowers under the PID Act 2013. What about the people who want to report corrupt conduct of Mr Staunton under the PID Act? Will it go to him to assess those disclosures about his own corrupt conduct?
You are expected to know as you have a very close association with Mr Fahour due to your previous portfolio of Minister for Communications.
Our country needs drastic measures to eradicate corruption on the highest levels is my view. Identity thefts all over the world cost billions of dollars every year. My fight for justice is known to you from August 2011 and it is a long time for you to have known this unresolved matter that has contributed to destroy my family's normal way of life and inflict pain and suffering and psychological torture for all these years.
The criminals were identified in as little as 48 hours is my view. All the cover ups that started from the officials of Australia Post Corporate Security Group is a NATIONAL disgrace and you were provided numerous documents including the letter that Mr Fahour did not respond to back in August 2011.
This matter has not gone away for that long and there is no chance that it will go away soon is my view. My family has done nothing wrong and all that we have done is fight the corruption because our county is perceived as becoming more and more corrupt every year for the past many years. I have seen and experienced that corruption first hand.
I am writing to you once again after failing to get any response from you to my many letters because you have asked people to TRUST you. The trust cannot be bought. It has to be earned. You will earn the trust of the masses only if you start addressing the corruption on the highest levels so that people have confidence in the DEMOCRACY. This is not going to happen between now and the election because that is a very short time even if the elections are held in September/October 2016.
I expect you to tell Mr Fahour to release all the documents involved in the REAL crimes to me for which I am entitled to. Australia Post has provided fabricated documents to me under the FOI Act and those documents have resulted in a separate crime.
If Mr Fahour does not want to do this please tell that to Australia Post Board Chairman Mr John Stanhope. It is now time to hold Mr Fahour to account to allow this corruption to continue.
We all own Australia Post. The Board appoints the Managing Director and CEO therefore they can also terminate Mr Fahour if found dishonest and corrupt is my view.
There is no shortage of documentary evidence of Australia Post's corruption that is ongoing which please note. If Senator Fifield is failing to respond to my letters, I am, in my view, entitled to approach you to get answers from Mr Fahour.
It is time for Mr Fahour to come clean and if he has done nothing wrong then he should say so and prove so to me and my family who are the victims of crimes that started from the corrupt conduct of Australia Post Corporate Security Group Officials and then the corruption spread to other state and federal government agencies who got involved in covering up the corruptions and crimes is my view. Numerous documents are available and after Panama Papers this corruption could be very easily considered as calling AUSTRALIA PAPERS is my view.
I hope you will promptly respond. Please do not rely on people with lost values in Attorney General's Department, your own Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Department of Communications as they had all the opportunity to show their honesty and integrity for a very long time in the past but all of them have failed. Unfortunately, they keep their jobs no matter who is in the government. One such person who has recently written to me in response to my letter to the Hon Barnaby Joyce MP-Deputy Prime Minister is Mr Anthony Coles. He had in the past written to me how the Hon Jason Clare MP, while in the government and while he was the Minister for Home Affairs has the confidence in Customs Review Board when I raised my serious concerns about Mr Ken Moroney and Mr David Mortimer on this Board. Both of them had failed to address corruption in NSW Police Force and Australia Post at the time in my matters.
My family is affected due to Systemic Corruption and that needs addressing immediately and this is why I am writing to you to give you one more chance in your new role as the Prime Minister after the failure of the Hon Tony Abbott MP while he was the Prime Minister to address this matter. The Hon Peter Dutton MP has failed to tell me what has happened to the Customs Reform Board and other matter of Australia Post and its jurisdiction. You were provided that letter, but you have not responded as well.

As you can see here that the support that Australia Post is getting from people in the positions of power and authority has encouraged them to cover up corruption and crimes. Ms Holgate’s failure to address this matter deserves national condemnation because the buck stops with her.
My petition is now signed and supported by 18500 people from every corner of Australia. I thank each one of my supporters for their encouragement to fight for justice and for the TRUTH to be revealed.
This is a Public Interest matter because close to a million people in Australia alone become the victims of Identity thefts each year. My ID theft however was unusual because there was a Passport of Indonesia on my name involved that Australia Post accepted to provide their services where our mail was redirected and PO Box was opened in Haymarket, Sydney using that passport as a photo ID on my name. Australia Post officials then covered up the truth from 15-16 June 2006 and have kept on covering it up for over FOURTEEN years now. This is an all-time NATIONAL DISGRACE. It will compromise the credibility of Ms Holgate and numerous others in Australia Post to hold onto their jobs. Many have already allegedly made a run after assisting to keep the corruption and crimes covered up.
If nobody is above the law, then why these people are not facing the full force of the law?
Why is Ms Holgate ignoring my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture?
Why is Ms Holgate silent? Who are her advisors? Are these advisors part of the cover ups themselves?
What is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Australia Post Mr Nick Macdonald doing? He is a long-term employee of Australia Post and expected to be fully aware of the corruption and crimes cover ups.
Please help to spread the word and please keep helping by supporting in large numbers so that we get a voice that we are entitled to.
