This is to inform you that the silence of Ms Christine Holgate-MD & Group CEO of Australia Post on the matters of my identity theft cover ups, where numerous Australia Post officials are involved in the wrongdoings, has continued.

Numerous opportunities are given to her to meet me and also release the REAL documents involved in the fraud and crimes have been ignored by her.

Today, I am sharing one of my letters that I wrote to the former Freedom of Information Commissioner Dr James Popple. Today’s image shows the current and previous positions held by Dr. Popple.

There is every chance that Dr. Popple’s very high and important positions that he held in the past and the ones he is holding now have the potential to make him look like a symbol of honesty, integrity and values.

My experience with Dr Popple has exposed him as the person that was allegedly misbehaving all along while reviewing my FOI Review applications where the flawed decisions of Australia Post’s FOI review decision maker Mr Oliver Cousland and Australian Federal Police’s flawed review decision maker Mr Peter Whowell were before Dr. Popple.

All the dishonesty that went on in the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner-OAIC, while my applications were before them is very well documented.

The strength of my applications was enormous and the only way to dismiss my applications as “Lacking in Substance” for Dr. Popple was to take enormous risk and he took that risk with the hope that I will go away. Dr. Popple’s conduct was nothing short of alleged criminal misconduct where he falsified the date in my Review application that was in relation to Australia Post and in relation to AFP, Mr. Whowell had admitted that he did not fulfil my FOI request and I can go to Information Commissioner for reviewing his decision. This means my FOI Application to AFP could not be called as Lacking in Substance. Dr. Popple was assisted all along by others in the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. One person that stood out from the rest was Mr. David Azevedo.

Dr. Popple was then assisted by Prof. John McMillan AO to cover up Dr. Popple’s unacceptable conduct. Prof. McMillan was the Information Commissioner.

This is a long story of people wearing “Integrity Masks”. Inside that mask is a dark side and I have yet to meet anyone in the media that will take interest to expose these people for their documented unacceptable conduct.

It is very important to note that my serious concerns about Dr. Popple are brought to the attention of numerous elected representatives. They are all very silent. How could Dr. Popple work as the Official Secretary, Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety despite numerous politicians are aware for his gross misconduct?

I challenge Dr. Popple to answer my questions publicly. I am ready for that at any time. Mr Ahmed Fahour-former MD & Group CEO of Australia Post, automatically received help to stop the release of the documents and reveal the truth to us because of the unacceptable conduct of both Dr. Popple and Prof. McMillan.

Dr. Popple walked out of the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner-OAIC straight into the Administrative Appeals Tribunal as the Full Time Senior Member for three years. (2015-2017). Who announced this appointment? It was the former Attorney General George Brandis QC. Where is Mr Brandis now after quitting politics? He is Australia’s High Commissioner to United Kingdom. Who made this appointment? It was the former Prime Minister the Hon. Malcolm Turnbull. Mr. Turnbull knows about Australia Post’s corruption and cover ups since August 2011.

What to do when all these people helped Australia Post all along to keep the truth covered up?

The option is to alert the people of Australia about this matter and to get a voice with the help of People Power. Please help.

The following is one of my many letters to Dr. Popple that he did not care to respond.

Dear Dr. Popple,

I wrote many letters to you in the past but you had no courage to respond to any one of them. I am the same person that has been fighting against the highest-level systemic corruption in our country from June 2006. You are allegedly part of that systemic corruption. If you want to wake up before it is too late for you please tell me the truth about why you took the risk of engaging in alleged criminal misbehaviour while calling my Application to Review my FOI Application to Australia Post as “Lacking in Substance”? You did the same with my application to Review the FOI decision of AFP despite the Review official of AFP accepted that he did not fulfil my FOI request. My both these applications that were before you were overflowing with substance. You will never ever get away with what you have done to my family is my view.

The people of this country are in the mood of exposing corruption. You keep on getting the jobs in the positions that you should never be in is my view. Please look at why the Bank CEO’s are in the spotlight now and so are the abusers of children. The time will come when your alleged dark side will become public. Your friend and the former Information Commissioner Prof. John McMillan, who was appointed as the Acting NSW Ombudsman by the former Premier of NSW the Hon Mike Baird, after he finished his job as the Australian Information Commissioner, by watering down the rules for such appointment is no longer the Premier. The true reasons about why he had to go may also come out in the future. If he really wanted to spend time with his sick family members, he could have taken time off but he quit abruptly.

The other person that allegedly knows about the corruption and crimes cover ups has quit politics. He says he has retired. He is the former PM the Hon Malcolm Turnbull. Your friend that appointed you as the Senior Member of AAT, after you finished as the FOI Commissioner, has quit politics. He is the former Senator and the AG George Brandis QC. There are many others that have quit, resigned, demoted. shifted to other areas and possibly removed from the positions that they were in. This is the matter of over 12+ years of systemic documented corruption and crimes cover ups. The two highest paid officials of Australia Post on 5.6 Million and 1.5 Million also resigned. They are Mr Ahmed Fahour and Ms Christine Corbett respectively. Ms. Corbett categorically denied any corruption and crimes cover ups and then failed to respond to my letters that challenged her baseless statement.

My fight for justice has never stopped and your irresponsible, corrupt, morally bankrupt and outright allegedly criminal decision in regards to Australia Post will one day become public is my view because the people of this country have had enough. Will you hand yourself to the honest authorities accepting your wrongdoings and stand down from every position that you currently hold?

Our country is perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year on TI Corruption Perception Index. What responsibility will you be taking for that perception? We are ordinary people migrated to this country in 1985. We have seen the declining standards of democracy over the years. The people like you have no place to hold any public office at all is my view.

My supporter number on Change.org has now gone up to 6787 as on 27 October 2018 at 1:56 pm and I hope you will take notice. You had a golden opportunity to do your job with honesty, integrity and values but you failed and that failure was not a mistake, oversight, lack of knowledge or expertise. It was a calculated, intentional, deliberate, dishonest, corrupt and unacceptable act that deserves national condemnation is my view. You have affected four innocent lives for protecting criminals is my view. Your former workplace-Office of the Australian Information Commissioner was and is always the target for shutting down by the current government if they will have their way. It has been continued in a weak and dysfunctional state after the government failed to close it down.

We have been taught from our childhood in the country of our origin-India that Truth will always triumph. Your documented abuse of your power and authority that has resulted in this matter remaining unresolved is an all-time National Disgrace and one day you will face the people of this nation because they own AUSTRALIA POST.

Your own staff saw your unacceptable conduct and that of Prof. McMillan as well. The documents that are released to me by OAIC under the FOI Act are sufficient to prove your corrupt conduct and that of your friend Prof. McMillan as well is my view.

One person under the leadership of Mr Fahour was late Mr Bob Croxford. His cause of death is suicide. His name was provided to me twice by Mr Paul Burke of Australia Post as a contact person in these unresolved matters. The second time he provided this name to me was just 19 days prior to the unnatural death of Mr Croxford. My letter to Mr Fahour dated 18 September 2010 is marked NFA (No Further Action). This is the date of the funeral of Mr Croxford. This death was hidden from me by Mr Fahour and his team. Where are the values of Mr Fahour?

Many Australia Post officials have failed to display even the very basic requirements of honesty, integrity and values and they had all your support while holding the office of the FOI Commissioner. What a disgrace.

Please read my petition to Ms Holgate and all my updates and the supporters’ comments and reasons for signing and also my replies to my supporters. These supporters have come from all over Australia and some from outside of Australia. My petition to Ms Holgate is very easily accessible on Google just by typing “Petition Holgate Vasant”. The whole world can read and comment on it.

If you want to come clean it is never too late or some whistle-blowers may come to expose you and others in OAIC cannot be ruled out. I hope Ms Geri Ettinger-former Senior Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal is well known to you. Her criminal misbehaviour while dismissing my application before her to review the FOI Decision of Australia Post will shock the nation is my view.

Ms Holgate has failed to give me a meeting so far. I am providing the copy of this letter to her because you have failed to respond to my letters in the past. She must know the strength of this case and the power of truth is my view.

I hope you will not miss this opportunity to do the right thing.

The fight for justice will continue. The answer is the Royal Commission because the cancer of corruption has spread everywhere. It needs immediate eradication.

Dear Supporters,

This matter, where Ms Holgate has remained silent all along and failed to respond to my letters, emails, phone calls and documents sent in the mail has raised serious questions about her leadership, honesty and integrity.

The longer she continues to hide the truth and the release of the REAL documents involved in the fraudulent and criminal activities from my family her credibility to lead Australia Post may compromise to the point where she could become untrustworthy MD & Group CEO.

Her supporters may leave her like many Australia Post officials that were around her earlier is very much likely.

I request all my supporters to spread the word and all those that have not yet signed my petition to sign and support us. This will help us to make a difference as this matter is unresolved and ongoing from 15-16 June 2006.

Our country can not be allowed to spoil the way it is spoiling now and at the rate it is spoiling now. Any questions from my supporters are welcome that are related to this matter and what is written and posted so far by me.

This unprecedented matter in the history of our country has the potential to get rid of many bad apples so that those positions could be filled with honest, moral and ethical people.

We all have a part to play to make our country corruption free and free society. I am trying but I need your help and I am sure you will help.

My petition is now signed and supported by 18706 supporters from all over Australia. Many have commented to stop the corruption and reveal the truth. I hope Ms Christine Holgate will not ignore these 18706 people. I expect her to do her job with absolute honesty, integrity and values.
