Each one of the twelve Senators for NSW in the photos above has failed to represent me in the Senate despite knowing the wrongdoings of many in Australia Post.
Numerous people in our country have lost trust with the people we elect to run Australia with honesty, integrity and values. Today I am sharing two of my letters from many more I wrote to twelve Senators for New South Wales.
I am their constituent. These Senators get paid to represent the people of New South Wales in the Parliament. Their silence and complete reluctance to expose ongoing corruption, alleged criminal activities, holding Ms Christine Holgate, Mr. Ahmed Fahour and numerous other Australia Post officials to account is unacceptable.
Many Senators for NSW have left politics. The following two Senators know about my fight for justice since 2012. They are:
1. Senator the Hon Concetta Fierravanti-Wells
2. Senator the Hon Marise Payne
The rest have become Senators over the years. Not a single past and present Senator since 2012 has asked even a single question to any of Australia Post official involved in these matters that I have been made aware of. What is the problem of the Senators for NSW to raise this matter in the Parliament despite it is ongoing and unresolved from June 2006? Why are they failing to represent my family?
I have contacted many other Senators as well that are the Senators for other states including Senator the Hon. Pauline Hanson, Senator the Hon Sarah Hanson-Young, Senator the Hon Jacqui Lambie and Senator the Hon. Kimberley Kitching to name a few. They have also remained silent on the alleged dark side of numerous Australia Post officials including Ms. Holgate and Mr. Fahour-former Group CEOs and MDs while they were heading Australia Post. Why?
Ms Holgate was before the Senate not long ago to answer questions regarding money spent by her for gifts of Cartier watches, pot plants, Australia Post’s image advisors and so on where Taxpayers’ money was used.
My concerns about Australia Post officials, including Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour are known to numerous Senators from long before this Cartier watches story came to light. Why did they fail to ask her questions about her silence on Australia Post officials allegedly using taxpayers’ money to cover up corruption and crimes?
The lost trust in our politicians is not at all good for our country and our democracy to remain healthy. The wide spread dissatisfaction and the Toxic culture in the Parliament House is a matter of serious concerns to millions of ordinary Australians.
Please read the following letters to get an idea about how Australia Post is protected by the Senators by not raising this matter in the Senate.

The Honourable Senators for New South Wales,
The following letter was sent to you all more than four months ago. None of you have responded to my request for help and representation in the Parliament. Please let me know the reasons for your absolute silence on documented wrongdoings of numerous people in Australia Post.
My fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups is never going to stop. When criminal activities are mentioned in the correspondence you receive it could be your moral, if not legal, responsibility to act when there is enough supporting evidence to raise this matter in the parliament.
Why are you all silent on this serious matter? Many of you were not the Senators when this all started back in June 2006. Is there anyone stopping you to work in the interest of the victims and the democracy? If yes, who are those people that are stopping you to represent my family in the Senate? If this is the case then why are you listening to them by compromising your own credibility?
Ms Holgate was given voice in the Senate. What have I done for not getting a voice when it is your job to exactly do that? This means giving me a voice.
Please respond immediately is my request. My latest update posted on 2 October 2021 is in the link below. The fight for justice will only intensify. I do not expect anyone of you to protect the wrongdoers. This matter has a potential to bring many wrongdoers to justice. If no one is above the law then why not find out the truth behind the cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials?

Dear Senators for New South Wales,
My family is fighting against injustice, psychological torture, deception, cheating, silence on documented corruption and crimes cover ups, judicial corruption, corrupt conduct of the people in the watchdogs, Australian Office of the Information Commissioner, NSW and Federal Police, fabrication of records, tampering of documents, supply of fabricated documents and inaction of many high-ranking officials in many places. I have contacted many of you many times but most of you have ignored my requests for help, assistance and for raising this matter in the Senate.
If some of you are not aware of my fight for justice then this is your chance and the opportunity to know it and act on it so that we start the process of resolution.
What started as an Identity theft matter cover up, initiated by Australia Post officials, has spread like a cancer in numerous other places over the past almost fifteen years. The cover ups started from 15-16 June 2006 and have never ended. Many other Senators for NSW have left politics over the years. They are also aware of my family’s fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups.
Each and every democratic process used by me to get a resolution has failed and that failure was intentional, calculated and deliberate.
After all the attempts to get help and assistance from the appropriate due processes, people, authorities and elected representatives failed continuously, I had no choice left than to bring to the attention of people of this nation and the world about our fight for justice that is ongoing.
Numerous people in Australia Post have quit their long term and highly paid jobs over the years after failing to address the corruption and cover ups initiated by their own people from 15-16 June 2006.
Australia Post employees were not asked even a single question by anyone about their failures, their unacceptable conduct, the cover ups, fabrications, cheating, provision of fabricated documents, failures to provide information under the FOI Act and so on.
The toxic culture in the Parliament House and Australia Post is now getting exposed. Ordinary people are losing trust with the democracy, many elected representatives and Australia Post as well.
I am and my family members have always lived in NSW from 1985. I am of Indian origin. As a Australian Citizen I have given up my Indian Citizenship because this is what is required because Indian government does not allow dual citizenship. I have decided to expose corruption and crimes cover ups because I have experienced them first hand. The country that my family calls home from November 1985 will never be allowed to spoil the way it is spoiling now and at the rate it is spoiling now.
The Identity thefts is a worldwide problem and when I was told by Australia Post officials that someone used fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID, while I was Indian Citizen, to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney, I allowed them to take their time to investigate. What I believe is the people involved were identified in as little as 48 hours and the cover ups started by Australia Post Corporate Security Group officials in NSW.
Australia Post has spent fifteen years to cover ups this matter, used their own and outside lawyers to cover up this matter, spent and are still spending money recklessly to cover up corruption and crimes identified by them. Used their resources, time, money power, authority, high-ranking officials, Authorised Officers responsible to help and take information from the Whistleblowers to cover up corruption and crimes and they continue to do so.
The previous three Managing Directors and CEOs failed to respond to my letters, documents, requests for meetings, request for help and assistance and that is continued by the current Acting CEO as well. They are Mr. Graeme T. John, Mr. Ahmed Fahour, Ms Christine Holgate and the current Acting CEO Mr Rodney Boys.
The documented corruption, crimes, breaches of the laws, falsifying records, silence on the wrongdoings is all against our democratic values.
Ms. Holgate and Mr. Fahour sat on this matter for TEN years between them without resolving it. If $19950 spent on Cartier watches by Ms Holgate was unacceptable then how could her silence of corruption and crimes cover ups is acceptable?
She is given a voice in the Senate. What has my family done to not get a voice in the Senate?
After all the efforts to get a resolution failed, I started a Petition to Ms Holgate on Change.org platform with the title “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS”. This petition is now signed and supported by 28,522 people from every corner of Australia. This support will keep growing is my confidence. People want the truth told to us. People want justice for my family.
Please do not ignore my fight for justice that is unstoppable. Numerous people in the Parliament House are aware of my fight for justice but they remained silent. Some brush off letters received by me made the matter worse.
I request you all to give me a VOICE immediately because we have suffered enough.
If nobody is above the law then why not test that by giving me a voice?
My petition has numerous updates and some documents are shared as well. My petition speaks volumes and is full of truth. No one has dared to come forward to question me about what is posted so far.
We all expect you to enhance the quality of democracy in our country.
The power of TRUTH is unlimited. The power of money has great limitations. If anyone believes that Ms Holgate resigned on the issue of Cartier Watches she gifted then they need to read my petition and all the updates so far to see what is the truth behind her resignation with “Immediate Effect”.

Dear Senators for New South Wales,
The power of truth is more than all the wealth the alleged wrongdoers may have. If they are not above the law and they have covered up corruption and crimes then they have breached the laws of Australia. With the full knowledge of the possible serious gross misconduct of the big names in our country your silence is unacceptable.
I hope you will adhere to your expected values and serve the people of New South Wales with absolute honesty, integrity and values.
Any deliberate deviation from your responsibilities to serve the people like my family will be unfair, unjust and unreasonable.
How many of you want the Federal ICAC established immediately or you are worried that such a body could expose many politicians for various reasons.
The biggest problem the wrongdoers have is my passion to eradicate corruption in the country that my family calls home. If you fail to help to eradicate documented corruption it will compromise your credibility to remain as a Senator is highly likely.

Dear Supporters,
Now you can see why the trust in many politicians is evaporating. They see corruption, read about corruption and they have ignored the corruption and crimes cover ups by Australia Post officials and many others outside of Australia Post as well in this matter.
Where is their courage to make our country corruption free? Where is their honesty, integrity and values? Where is their passion to represent people like my family? Where is their dedication to the job, they get paid for to do?
I will come to the Ministers responsible for Australia Post a little later including the current one the Hon Paul Fletcher MP in detail. He initiated the investigation on Ms Holgate for spending $19950 on Cartier Watches she gave as gifts. He is however very reluctant to ask any questions to her on documented corruption and crimes cover ups in my ID theft cover up matters and how much was spent to cover up corruption and crimes over a fifteen-year period. What is his problem?
Any reluctance by the Ministers responsible for Australia Post-past and present to expose corruption and crimes brought to their attention is not only unacceptable but it could be abuse of power and authority while holding the office is highly likely. Why are they silent and that includes the Hon Malcolm Turnbull while he was the shadow minister for Communications and then the Minister for Communications and then the Prime Minister.
Now Mr Turnbull has joined hands with the former PM the Hon Kevin Rudd to talk about the declining standards of democracy in our country. Mr Rudd also failed to respond to my many letters and then left the country to go to USA without giving any interviews after quitting politics just after winning his seat in Griffith Electorate in Queensland. This decision forced a by-election costing taxpayer possibly over a million dollars. Why did he quit? Who will investigate?
No wonder the trust is lost and the democracy is suffering. Who will stand up and denounce the corruption, lost trust, unacceptable silence of the elected representatives on the corruption and crimes cover ups?
Please help my family to get justice. My petition to Ms Holgate has been signed and supported by 34664 people from every corner of Australia. It is very close to reaching the next milestone of 35,000 signatures. With that number, this petition will become one of the top signed on Change.org. platform.
The media is obviously silent despite my numerous contacts with them. What are they afraid of? Why they give voice to Ms. Holgate and Mr. Fahour and not to me? Is the media scared of these two millionaires as they possibly know the toxic culture in the Parliament House better than many others? They had close contacts with the Ministers for Communications while in office. Did all of them decided to cover up this matter jointly? Who will investigate?
The People Power is required after all the democratic processes have failed to get a resolution. This fight for justice has a potential to wipe out corruption from the highest levels. We start from Australia Post. Leaving the jobs and allegedly running away is not expected to help anyone. That includes Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour as well.
Thanks for your support. We, together, must fight to eradicate corruption in our country to make it the best democracy in the world where the people have confidence in their elected representatives, watchdogs, police and their Local Members of Parliament.
In my case my Local Member the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP has dismally failed to act and help to eradicate corruption and his leader is saying we need a Federal ICAC when he himself has failed to respond to my many letters where he can fight to eradicate corruption WITHOUT the Federal ICAC. He is the Hon Anthony Albanese MP-Leader of the Opposition. Why is he failing to give me a voice? Why is he failing to hold the government to account on the documented corruption and cover ups? Is it because this went on under the six years of Labor government too? What is he afraid of?
Successive governments have failed to act and this is where the democracy is getting hit with a wrecking ball all the time.
The people of this nation have every right to expose corruption and that is what we need today- People Power. Please help and sign my petition in large numbers and please share it with many others as well. Ms Holgate’s leaving job does not really matter for my petition to progress to a victory.
Your help so far is invaluable. The very strong foundation is laid to eradicate corruption and it is time to build a decent democracy on that unbreakable foundation by eradicating the corruption from everywhere. This is what our country needs today and this is what will make us great.
If nobody is above the law then why not start from Australia Post officials that started the cover ups?

Please note that Mr Paul Graham is the new Group CEO and MD of Australia Post. He has just commenced work sometime in the last week of September 2021. He will be given a golden opportunity to resolve this matter as well after the failures to resolve it by all his predecessors from June 2006.
