You are aware that I am fighting for justice for my family since June 2006. This matter started with my ID theft cover ups where Australia Post accepted fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID and allowed criminals to Redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney. This PO Box was also opened using this passport on my name as a Photo ID.
There was an envelope with a cheque inside on my name with an incorrect house number 38 that does not exist in the Randolph Street, Rosebery, NSW 2018. Postman took it back to his supervisor Mr. Steve Gabell saying “No such address”. The crimes were identified and the matter was handed over to the investigator Mr Don Kane of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG. The cover ups started and have never ended. Please read my petition and numerous updates and how numerous Australia Post officials joined hands to cover up the truth. This includes the boss of Mr. Don Kane at the time Mr Alan Barwick JP. He was the State Manager of CSG NSW based in Strawberry Hills in NSW near the City of Sydney.
Today I am sharing my letter to Ms Nicole Sheffield with you all. There are many other letters jointly written with many others to her but this one was written only to her. She did not respond at all to any of my letters. She is now leaving Australia Post to join Wesfarmers according to the news. She is sitting on documented corruption and crimes cover ups for all these years. It appears that she cannot handle her silence on the crimes and cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials anymore.
Nicole Sheffield was appointed Executive General Manager, Community & Consumer with effect from 6 August 2018 after Ms Christine Corbett left on 13 July 2018. Ms Sheffield is now going to Wesfarmers in November 2021.
Christine Holgate was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director on 30 October 2017. She resigned on 2 November 2020. She has taken up job with Global Express.
Christine Corbett was appointed Acting Group Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director between 29 July 2017 to 29 October 2017 and ceased employment with Australia Post with effect from 13 July 2018. She worked for 27 years for Australia Post. Ms Sheffield was given Ms Corbett’s job.

Dear Ms Sheffield,
The following is my latest update on Change.org platform. It is self-explanatory. The envelope address to me with a cheque inside is my mail. It is NOT delivered therefore alleged criminal activity has taken place. What is your role and responsibility to deliver this mail to me? What is your responsibility towards investigating internally within Australia Post about the non-delivery of this envelope to me with all its contents? It was opened by Mr Gabell as the postman took it back to him due to non-existent house number 38 in Randolph Street, Rosebery on the envelope despite my other address including the name was correct.
Ms Roslyn of ADF said that the “Envelope had your name on it you see”.
Mr Don Kane, investigator, was handed over all the documents by Mr Steve Gabell on 16 June 2006 at Australia Post’s Alexandria Delivery Facility. His boss at the time was Mr Alan Barwick JP who was the State Manager NSW of Australia Post Corporate Security Group based in Strawberry Hills in Sydney. The other person working at that office was Mr Chris Lenton who could be Operations Manager working under Mr Barwick. When Mr Barwick left Mr Lenton took over Mr Barwick’s position. All these CSG officials including Mr Paul Gardner are expected to know the truth behind this matter.
The certified Australia Post documents provided to me under the FOI Act by Mr Andy Caprackas-Former National FOI Officer and Legal Officer at the HQ, where the JP that certified many documents that are now confirmed as fabricated documents was Mr Alan Barwick himself. He did not disclose his conflict of interest on any of the documents he certified. He and Mr Kane were supposed to help me to resolve this matter. This never happened.
There is expected to be something in the rules of Australia Post that the letters to you such as this one need to be taken seriously and actions taken to resolve the matter. Please correct me if I am wrong. You are aware of this unresolved matter for a considerable length of time.
I need the photo copies of the front and the back of the envelope that is still not delivered to me and the copy of the front and back of the cheque delivered to me in the mail by Registered Post and prior to that scanned and sent to me at my email address xxxxxxxxxxxxx immediately.
This letter is not confidential and it could be sent to other Australia Post official/s by you if they could help you to get the required copies of the envelope and cheque sent to me either directly or via you.
My fight for the truth has never stopped and many new names are coming to light from within Australia Post that could be involved in the cover ups as well.
You are expected to follow your own applicable Code of Conduct and also your well published Ethical Standards as well.
My supporter number is slowly increasing and if this matter gets some publicity in the media the support could skyrocket anytime. With your massive conflict of interest in ABC job I am not sure if ABC will even consider my story but there are others that may at some stage. Your connection with News Limited’s Daily Telegraph may also affect me is likely but that will only expose them is my view. I stopped my subscription of Daily Telegraph some time ago in protest. Australia Post may get exposed for the past 14 plus years of corruption is very much likely as we never expected even five years ago that the banks and the corruption went on there will be exposed. This is also the case with the Aged Care, Child abuse in Churches and so on. You need to realise that the longer you keep the corruption and crimes covered up the worse may it get for you. Despite being the EGM of Community & Consumer, you have dismally failed to respond to my single letter so far. I consider this as your unacceptable conduct and abuse of power.
I need the documents involved in the REAL crimes and I am entitled for them. Fabricated documents supplied to me is a separate criminal activity and hiding the truth behind those will also be criminal as per your own rules.
If you decide to remain silent and not respond to this letter it will be provided to many elected representatives for raising the matter in the parliament with the request of establishing some sort of enquiry and your name will be added to those others involved in this matter to appear before such enquiry. This will be my request to the numerous elected representatives. Your silence is considered by me as a breach of your responsibilities because the truth is hidden from me.
Your predecessor had no courage to continue in Australia Post and then with PwC as well. With PwC job, she had a massive conflict of interest as they are appointed to take information from the Whistle-blowers. She did not respond to my single letter sent to her when working for PwC. You know her very well. She was a 1.5-million-dollar remuneration employee of Australia Post- Ms Christine Corbett. She was promoted from four levels down by Mr Fahour was in the news. Mr Fahour also had no courage to resolve this matter. Mr Bob Croxford’s death, where the cause is suicide, happened under Mr Fahour’s leadership. Mr Croxford was my contact person just 19 days prior to his death. Then Mr Fahour and his loyal team covered up that death from me. They have many questions to answer. Two of them have made a run from Australia Post. They are Mr Paul Burke and Ms Erin Kelly. You know where they have gone after leaving Australia Post’s long-term jobs. Baseless positions were created for them. For Ms Kelly it was Corporate Secretary Office of the Managing Director and for Mr Burke General Manager Office of the Managing Director. These were the two brick walls that were erected by Mr Fahour for his own protection. These positions were later abolished. Now we have General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. A position unheard of earlier. This is for the protection of Ms Holgate. Now Mr Nick Macdonald, holding this position, is not responding to my letters. Did he tell you not to respond to my letters or it is your own initiative?
Ms Kelly’s alleged collusion with the former Shadow Minister for Communications is documented. He is the Hon Jason Clare MP. He got his portfolio changed with the help of Mr Shorten who lost the unlosable election.
My family has been affected adversely because of the ongoing cover ups that started by Australia Post officials from 15-16 June 2006.
My at length telephone conversation with Mr Kane on 16 June 2006 is as fresh in my mind as it was on 16 June 2006. He has failed to respond to my numerous letters and messages sent to him as well.
\He knows about the part that he is playing in hiding the truth very well. He has even signed a fabricated Field Receipt with just two fabricated documents listed on it with Mr Gabell.
No one, including Mr Gardner, is ready to tell me if the signature on the letter to my then solicitor Mr Vincent Pelosi is a genuine signature or a forgery. What type of conduct is that? He talks about fraud control in public forums and does not want to say anything about his own suspected forged signature. How does that fit with his position at Australia Post? His signature is attached here that was on the letter to my solicitor. That letter had a false date, no reference number and baseless content. You know about it. If not, I will send the copy of that letter again.
Ms Lucy Tehan- your former Corporate Lawyer has now left Australia Post’s job. She sent me a letter on Australia Post letterhead without any of her contact details. She wanted to come to my home in Sydney with one other person. No reasons were provided about what was on the agenda. My family was not ready to allow people that we cannot trust to visit our home. My many offers to see me at the ADF Board Room in Sydney have been ignored by Ms Holgate. What is she afraid of? Do you want to join her? I have no problems to meet you with her and others directly involved in the matter.
I await your immediate acknowledgement of this letter and a comprehensive response by 2 October 2020.

Ms Sheffield, you may show this letter to Ms Christine Holgate. Please do not take any risk of compromising your position as this matter will not rest until the truth is revealed. If you cannot handle it then please find something worthwhile to do instead of destroying your credibility by remaining silent at Australia Post. This is my suggestion because your silence is against your own rules that you need to follow.

The two executives- Ms Corbett and Ms Sheffield earning over a million dollars and Ms Holgate earning over 2 million dollars and Mr. Fahour earning 5.6 million dollars did not address corruption and crimes cover ups despite knowing that we are suffering, we are fighting for justice and we are entitled for the TRUTH and the documents involved in the fraud and crimes. This includes the cheque and the envelope addressed to me that is still hidden from us.
All of them remained silent on the REAL crimes and ignored the unacceptable conduct of numerous Australia Post officials. This unacceptable conduct of these Australia Post executives along with many others is known to numerous politicians but they have no courage to hold these people to account. They have no courage to start any sort of Parliamentary enquiry despite the unacceptable conduct of numerous Australia Post officials is documented.
Not a single media is ready to give me a voice including “our ABC”. They have no problem giving a platform to Ms Holgate but they have no courage to be independent and impartial when the unacceptable conduct of many in Australia Post is known to them.
Many politicians have left politics after allegedly protecting Australia Post for number of years.
The above documentary evidence is enough to start investigations as to why these senior executives are leaving Australia Post jobs after allegedly participating in the cover ups themselves and failing to act and resolve the matter.
Where is our Prime Minister? Where is our Minister for Communications? Where are our Senators? Why are they silent on Australia Post officials recklessly spending their time, resources and taxpayers’ money to cover up corruption and crimes over a FIFTEEN-year period?
Who are the criminals that need to be protected? What is the benefit of all these people that know about the corruption and cover ups for number of years? Why are they allegedly contributing to destroy democracy in our country? Who is controlling them?
Please help my family to get justice. Please sign and support my petition to Ms Holgate. It does not matter that she has left Australia Post. People cannot engage in the cover ups and then leave their jobs after failing in their duties. It does not matter where they go and it does not matter what position they hold and it does not matter how many millions they have. NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW. This is what everyone knows and our Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP says it all the time.
If $20,000 spent on Cartier watches by Ms Holgate was too much money for the government then why fifteen years of corruption and cover ups expenses incurred by Australia Post is ignored by the successive governments, both sides of politics, the Greens and the Independents as well for all these years?
Why the bureaucrats in the Prime Minister & Cabinet, Department of Communications and the Attorney Generals Department are silent on this matter? Where is their honesty, integrity and values gone?
This fight for justice is unprecedented and has the potential to eradicate corruption on a massive scale. This is why we need PEOPLE POWER to make a change and that change is possible.

The corruption in our country must stop and we start from Australia Post to eradicate corruption in our country because we all own Australia Post and It is operated for us. We do not want morally bankrupt and outright corrupt people anywhere in Australia Post.
The new Group CEO and MD Mr Paul Graham has just commenced work is my view. I will contact him in due course because Mr Rodney Boys also remained silent while he was Acting Group CEO and MD after Ms Holgate stepped aside and then resigned.
This matter has a potential to stop identity theft cover ups by the authorities. This has always been a Public Interest matter because in our country alone close to a Million people suffer every year because their identities are used by the criminals.
I have not given up because Australia Post officials and many others have decided to cover up the truth. They are leaving their jobs but not telling the truth that they know. This conduct is unacceptable, immoral, unethical, unjust and unfair. This needs to be denounced with one voice. This is where the people of Australia need to unite and say enough is enough.
