The newly appointed Group CEO and Managing Director of Australia Post Mr Paul Graham has now commenced work is my view. Before I contact him here is the documentary evidence of the failures of Mr Rodney Boys to address this matter while he was the Acting Group CEO and MD.
Mr Rodney Boys was appointed as the Acting Group CEO and Managing Director of Australia Post shortly before the resignation with “Immediate Effect” of Ms Christine Holgate on 2 November 2020. He carried on with the unresolved matter of my ID Theft just like Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour did by remaining silent on corruption and crimes cover ups.
I wrote to him many times to get this matter resolved but he ignored me during the entire period he was the Acting Group CEO and MD. Now he has gone back to his former full-time position of Chief Financial Officer-CFO.
Recent development:
16 September 2021:
I called Mr Boys’ office directly. The call was taken by Ms Beth. She said she is the EA-Executive Assistant of Mr Rodney Boys. I explained to her about my unresolved matters and pointed out to her that Mr. Boys has not responded to any of my letters. I also requested her to pass on the message to Mr Boys that I will wait for further SEVEN days for his response to my letters.
Ms Beth agreed to pass on the message. The call lasted for around seven minutes as I was explaining to her about how the matter is ongoing and how so many Australia Post officials are aware and involved.
21 September 2021:
I called the office of the Hon Paul Fletcher MP to find out when was the newly appointed CEO Mr Paul Graham is going to commence work. I was told that they have no information about the start date yet. It could be at the end of September or early October 2021.
22 September 2021:
I thought the officials in the Department of Communication would know the exact start date of Mr Paul Graham. Once again, I was informed that they have no information provided to them about the start date of Mr Paul Graham.
25 September 2021.
I went to Australia Post website and Mr Boys is now CFO and no longer acting Group CEO and MD. Mr Paul Graham is now the Group CEO and MD. There is no mention about when Mr. Graham took over and commenced in this role. What is the secrecy for? Why no one in the office of Mr Fletcher or in the Department of Communications knew when Mr Graham was going to start work?
23 September 2021:
My deadline of seven days to respond to Mr Boys was finished on 23 September 2021. He failed to respond and it appears that Mr Graham took over on or around 23 September 2021. No date of his commencement as the Group CEO and MD is made available to look at by Australia Post Board for the public to see.

Mr. Boys should not have any difficulty to put together the expenses incurred, resources used, time used to cover up the truth, time used to supply falsified documents, legal costs, air travel costs, external lawyer hire costs, FOI responses cost, times and money spent to cover up corruption and crimes, Administrative Appeals Tribunal-AAT appearances costs of three lawyers and so on. The expenses incurred by Australia Post over a very long FIFTEEN-year period are expected to be staggering. What will force Mr. Boys to do this is the parliamentary enquiry but who will take a lead to initiate such enquiry?
With so many politicians openly protecting Ms Holgate, despite their knowledge of her alleged gross wrongdoings, what hope is there for the democracy to work and the Parliamentary enquiry set up for investigating corruption and crimes cover ups by Australia Post officials?
This is why we need PEOPLE POWER to make this happen.

Dear Mr Boys,
The above is the information about the same Mr Paul Gardner that worked for Australia Post. You did not inform me that he is no longer working for Australia Post. I have enquired with you and many others about his suspected forged signature on the letter to my solicitor. You did not respond.
In my view this could be considered as against the basic moral and ethical standards that you are expected to follow.
My many emails sent to Mr Paul Gardner are going through fine on the email address as follows:
paul.gardner@auspost.com.au
This means his Australia Post email address is active and if not Mr Gardner, someone else is able to access those emails.
This is also the case with Ms Erin Kelly, Mr. Paul Burke, Mr Evan Henley, Ms Christine Corbett and Ms Christine Holgate.
I need an immediate response from you as to how my emails to the former employees of Australia Post are still going through and who receives them?
For how long the former employees are allowed to keep their email addresses active?
It is a serious matter because my letters to Ms Holgate on her email address previously ended up with Mr. Andrew Ballantyne and one other person as well.
This is, in my view, a serious breach of privacy as the people other than the recipient are directly receiving emails of the intended recipient.
Is this how Australia Post operates?
Also, today completes the 15th year of the answering machine message left on my home phone number by Mr Steve Gabell about the Redirection of Mail. This call changed our lives because the corruption and cover ups of my ID theft have not ended. You will pay the price if you continue to hide the truth is my view.
This letter is not confidential therefore as a starting point please make the copy available to the Chair Mr Lucio Di Bartolomeo and also the Board Members Mr Tony Nutt and the Hon. Michael Ronaldson.

I am not sure if you have decided to continue with Australia Post in your role as CFO or leave Australia Post altogether like many others have chosen to do. For me, your failure to respond will mean your failure to do your job. This matter will only intensify as the corruption and crimes cover ups have no expiry dates.
I hope you will do the right thing where many others have dismally failed. This will mean telling the truth to me and my family.
Please do not allow this unresolved corruption and cover ups matter to stick to your name for ever just like it has with Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate.

The following is the link to my update dated 5 September 2021. The title was:
Ms Holgate, AusPost used taxpayers’ money to cover up corruption and crimes but the PM is silent.
Mr Boys was given numerous opportunities to come clean and respond but he failed. He is expected to know the highest-level corruption in this matter. As the CFO he is also responsible to see that Australia Post officials do not use Taxpayer’s money to cover up corruption and crimes. Despite bringing this matter to his attention he remained silent while being the Acting Group CEO and MD.
I have not written to Mr. Paul Graham because he has just taken over. He will be contacted by me very soon to give him a golden opportunity to show leadership with the evidence of documented corruption and crimes cover ups involving many past and present Australia Post officials.
Mr Boys allegedly took a very wrong path of continuing the cover ups and not coming up with the truth.
He failed to tell me if the signature on the letter to my solicitor of Mr Paul Gardner is genuine or it was a forgery. He was given the chance to come up with the truth and the documents involved in the crimes and cover ups. He failed and that failure will come at a price for him is my view.
If he resigns from Australia Post like many others have done in the past it will hardly matter. He still has the opportunity to use his position of CFO to tell me the truth about Australia Post employees using Taxpayers’ money to cover up corruption and crimes.
This update will be sent to many in the Parliament House so as to make them aware of how Mr. Boys allegedly helped to keep the matters covered up. It is needless to say that this conduct does not fit anywhere with Australia Post’s own rules and ethical standards.
I hope Mr Boys will get strength to expose corruption in Australia Post and comes up with the truth before it becomes too late for him to keep his job at Australia Post.
My concerns about Mr Boys will be raised with the appropriate people very soon if he fails to respond to my letters. This update will be sent to him as well.
The above two emails are from among many others sent to him. Many other employees of Australia Post are aware of my contact with Mr Boys.
My petition to Ms Holgate is now signed and supported by 33,708 people from every corner of Australia. I thank each and every supporter for this ongoing support and for giving us strength to fight corruption and crimes.
Australia Post officials covering up the truth from June 2006 and all the others that joined the wrongdoers to keep the corruption and crimes covered up is contributing to the lost trust in Australia Post officials. Most of them are in Australia Post HQ in Melbourne.
I hope the new leader Mr. Paul Graham takes notice of this unprecedented corruption and cover up matter and resolves it very soon.
The documents posted so far and my letters shared so far are the proof of the truth and that is not challenged by anyone at all. Ducking for a cover is not going to help anyone and resigning is not going to protect anyone involved in the wrongdoing from getting exposed.
It is time for all the big names in our country to come clean and accept their failures without any further delay. The longer they remain silent the worse may it get for all of them is my confidence.
Please help us to fight corruption. Let us please start from Australia Post. Mr Fahour, Ms Holgate, Ms Corbett, Mr Boys and numerous other Australia Post officials- past and present had excellent opportunities given to them to come clean. They have all failed dismally and allegedly intentionally.
Please unite to denounce this unacceptable conduct by signing my petition. It is that simple. One day this fight for justice will benefit millions of other people that could be suffering in silence because they may not have the ability to stand up and say NO to corruption.
I am also helping all those that have limitations for standing up and demand answers to their ID Thefts cover ups. My fight for justice for my family is expected to help millions of other people that have given up on demanding answers to their ID theft cover ups. The corrupt people must never win. I will never rest till the truth is revealed and the motive behind the documented criminal activities is revealed to my family.
Ms Holgate cannot hide anymore no matter how many in the media and the Parliament House try to protect her. She may have done nothing wrong in giving away four Cartier watches but she has done everything wrong by allowing this matter to remain covered up for the past over fifteen years and three years under her own direct leadership.
Her failure to respond to my letters was not a mistake. It was in my view a deliberate act that has protected criminals. Mr Fahour, Mr Boys and Ms Corbett must take notice as well.
Where are all the honest people in Australia Post gone? Who is stopping them from blowing the whistle? My message to them is simple. Please do not allow your workplace to become lawless, untrustworthy, full of corruption, dishonesty, unfairness and with lost values. Please sign my petition and do not be afraid to say you have had enough. Please tell your new leader to stand up and say no to corruption no matter who is involved. He must address unacceptable and unethical conduct of many past and present employees of Australia Post to start a new beginning by giving me a voice.
A big clean up of many sitting in your headquarters in Melbourne is necessary. Many have already left but that is not enough. Those that have left after participating in the cover ups will never escape the scrutiny. The time will come for those involved in the cover ups, in any way whatsoever, to answer my questions is my view.
As per Ms Holgate she stood up to her workplace bulling but she failed to stand up against corruption and cover ups involving numerous people in Australia Post. That dismal failure deserves to become a national knowledge and then international as well to hold her to account along with many others including Mr Fahour. This is my view.
The damage that Ms Holgate contributed to inflict on my family by keeping the truth covered up is unacceptable. By remaining silent on the matter is also unacceptable by any standards. Her lost credibility to remain in office as the Australia Post Group CEO and MD is documented. She needs to be exposed for her unacceptable conduct in my matters and that matter has NOTHING to do with Cartier watches she gifted. Her resignation linked to Cartier watches she gifted to four employees of Australia Post was a No.1 FAKE NEWS of the year 2020. This is why no media has any courage to give me a voice to prove their story wrong and that includes ABC.
My fight to get justice for my family will continue. This update will be sent to Mr Paul Graham to alert him to stay away from all those involved in the cover ups. These are the people from within and also from outside of Australia Post that have allegedly taken part in the cover ups.
Please help us to get the voice using people power because those who get paid to give voice to the people like us have all failed. They sit in the Parliament House. One such MP is my Federal Member of Parliament. He has no courage to represent us in the Parliament despite that is what he gets paid for.
They have no courage to expose corruption despite talking about a Federal ICAC establishment. Where is the honesty, integrity and values of many politicians gone?
I will name many of them in the future starting with the Senators for New South Wales-past and present.
