Thank you to all my 32562 strong supporters that have signed my petition to Ms Christine Holgate. I know that you all want justice for my family that has been denied for over FIFTEEN long years.
Today, I am providing documentary evidence of my letter to the Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP. No one cared to respond for the past 105 days. No response was received to my previous letters to the Prime Minister as well.
The protection Australia Post officials allegedly received from many in the Parliament House deserves national condemnation. This includes many successive Ministers for Communications. Australia Post is/was under their portfolio responsibilities. The successive Prime Ministers have also failed to act on Australia Post officials’ wrongdoings for many years.
Numerous Members of Parliament, Senators and my Local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon. Matt Thistlethwaite MP, representing Kingsford Smith electorate, have ignored documented corruption and crimes cover ups involving number of Australia Post officials over number of years. Brush off letters to allegedly protect wrongdoers from few bureaucrats in the Parliament House have been received. Numerous others just remained silent. Mr. Thistlethwaite, despite being my Local Federal Member of Parliament, is failing to help my family and raise this matter in the parliament from 2012. He was the Senator for NSW at that time. He then went on to become the Member for Kingsford Smith when the Hon Peter Garrett left politics after failing to expose corruption and cover ups in this matter. Brush off letters from Mr Garrett to me are on the record. These letters protected the wrongdoers.
The voice and platform given to Ms Holgate to play a victim card by the media, Members of Parliament and many Senators is very well documented.
These same people have never given me a voice. Each and every Senator for NSW has failed to represent me and my family in the parliament. Many responsible Ministers have failed to act. These elected representatives get paid to represent the people of this nation.
The decision of Ms Holgate to cut and run from Australia Post and then settle on One Million dollars as a Termination payment plus $100,000 in Legal Costs has exposed her more is my view.
Who will investigate the TRUE reasons of Ms Holgate’s and also her predecessor Mr. Ahmed Fahour’s resignations?
What was so compelling for them to resign? What was boiling in the background?
Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour’s silence on documented corruption and crimes cover ups involving numerous Australia Post officials under their leaderships deserves full scale investigations.
The resignation with “IMMEDIATE EFFECT” of Ms Holgate had nothing to do with the Cartier watches she gifted. This is my view and it is supported by her unacceptable silence on unacceptable gross misconduct of numerous Australia Post officials. Many have since left Australia Post jobs just like she did. Those who left were long term employees of Australia Post and knew the cover ups for many years prior to leaving their jobs.
Why there is no investigation by the successive governments on reckless use of taxpayers’ money by Australia Post officials to cover up corruption and crimes? Why there is no investigation on Australia Post for using their resources, human power, legal might and failure to provide documents that are hidden from us since June 2006? Australia Post accepted Indonesian Passport on my name to provide their services to the criminals and then covered up the matter.
Where is the honesty, integrity, values, fairness, accountability, responsibility and ethical standards of the successive Managing Directors and Groups CEOs of Australia Post gone?
The current Acting MD and CEO Mr Rodney Boys is no different. He ignored all my letters and documents sent to him.
If $19950 spent on Cartier watches by Ms Holgate for giving gifts to four employees of Australia Post was too much money for our PM then why is he silent on money spent by Australia Post to cover up corruption and crimes over 15 long years?
Who are the criminals that need to be protected? What was the motive behind using fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name at Australia Post as a Photo ID to redirect our mail and opening a PO Box on my name? Where is the envelope addressed to me with a Cheque inside? Who wrote the cheque? What was the amount on the cheque? This was the mail addressed to me. Why is this envelope not delivered to me from June 2006? Is it not criminal to deliberately hide the envelope for all these years?
Ms Holgate and Mr. Fahour allegedly protected Australia Post officials engaged in the cover ups and then they resigned. The combined period of their leadership failures in this matter is TEN long years. Seven years under Mr Fahour and three years under Ms Holgate.
These two resignations and the documented unacceptable conduct of numerous Australia Post officials deserves a Royal Commission to investigate is my view. There is no shortage of documents, letters, emails, gross misconduct evidence, breaches of rules, violations of ethical and moral responsibilities all along where Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour remained silent. Even a suicide of my contact person was hidden from me by Mr Fahour and his team. No new contact person was ever appointed. Why are the people in the Parliament House silent? Can we call it a TOXIC culture in this building? This building needs to be a symbol of excellent democracy. Honest, moral and ethical people representing the people of this nation are expected to work here with impeccable ethical and moral standards at all times. What I see is quite the opposite. Many elected representatives ignore corruption, remain silent on the criminal activities brought to their attention after Police fail to act, fail to help the victims of crimes like my family. Ignore the psychological torture inflicted by the Government Business Enterprise officials on my family. Ignore the reckless spending by Australia Post officials to cover up crimes. Ignore judicial and police corruption, ignore corrupt conduct of the watchdogs, corrupt conduct of the Information and FOI Commissioners, ignore fraudulent use of the letterheads of the elected representatives and then become the contributors of destruction of democracy in our country that they are expected to uphold and improve its quality.
The reputation of this building is getting tarnished and if the ordinary people do not denounce it nothing will change. It will only get worse.
When will the people in this building that helped Australia Post to cover up corruption and crimes will put their heads down in shame?
For our successive Ministers for Communications and the Prime Ministers to ignore this is unacceptable in every respect.
I requested a meeting with Ms Holgate numerous times but she ignored and remained silent. Are Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour above the law? The time will only tell. These two millionaires were ready to work for almost free for Australia Post. What happened then? RESIGNATIONS with baseless excuses is what happened and millions paid in remunerations and final payout and now termination payout to Ms Holgate of a million dollars.
Where is the so called independent and impartial media gone? Who are they really protecting? Where is “your ABC”?

The PM & C knows this matter for many years. Their job is to work with honesty, integrity and values. Are they breaching the rules governing their employment?

Dear Prime Minister,
I am of Indian origin. I came to Australia on an employer nomination due to shortage of people like me in the Textile Industry. I am here from November 1985 with my family. I am in the Textile Manufacturing from 1976. I have trained many people in Australia very successfully that had no knowledge at all of the fabric manufacturing.
When I became Australian Citizen, I gave up my Indian Citizenship. Australia is my country from 1985. I work hard, very hard, extremely hard all the time to educate, train and also manage a business so that this industry is not wiped out from our country for ever.
Now I come to the point where my family has been suffering from June 2006 due to unacceptable conduct of numerous Australia Post officials. I was informed by Mr Steve Gabell and Ms Roslyn of Australia Post that someone used fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID to Redirect my entire family's mail to a fraudulently opened PO Box on my name in Haymarket in the heart of Sydney city back in June 2006.
They also told me and my sons that there was an envelope addressed to me with a cheque inside that had a wrong house number 38 with other address correct. The Postman took it back to Mr Gabell saying "NO SUCH ADDRESS" as the houses in Randolph Street where we live end at 21.
The fraudulent/criminal activity was identified and within two days after that the cover ups started and have never ended.
The three successive Managing Directors and CEOs of Australia Post allegedly took part in the cover ups and failed to address the matter. The recent ones are Mr Fahour, Ms Holgate and the silence on the cover ups is now continued by Ms Rodney Boys who is the current Acting MD & CEO of Australia Post.
I used every democratic process in Australia that was available to get a resolution and that process has still NOT stopped.
It is very hard to accept that the democracy in our country has failed to get a resolution. Politicians from all sides of politics have ignored this matter and have failed to raise it in the parliament despite my numerous requests.
What I need from you is very simple. Please give me a meeting to hear me first hand as others have failed, including all your predecessors in the last 15 years. They all have quit politics and the two of them have now realised that our democracy is hit with a cancer. When I told them this, they ignored me while in office. Fortunately, it is all documented.
Ms Holgate's resignation and Mr Fahour's resignation has nothing to do with the well-publicised baseless reasons they provided. Mr Fahour said seven years was too long for being a CEO when his predecessor was in that position for around 15 years. Ms Holgate resigned with IMMEDIATE EFFECT after her paths to make a run from the corruption and crimes covers ups came to a dead end is my view.
She had no courage to respond to my letters and did not take any action on the cover ups that were put before her. She was given a voice in the Senate by the select few Senators that have failed to respond to my numerous concerns about Australia Post including Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour for number of years. These Senators have no regard to my serious concerns about Ms Holgate and then they have become her mouth piece in the Senate. The same Senators have ignored me all along and then are helping Ms Holgate in every possible way despite Ms Holgate's unacceptable gross misconduct of remaining silent on corruption and crimes cover ups is known to them.
Due to the failures of the due processes to get justice and resolution to my ID Theft I started a Petition to Ms Holgate on Change.org platform. That petition is now signed and supported by 28,575 people from every corner of Australia.
My family has been placed in perpetual psychological torture by those that want to keep the matters covered up for ever. Many are past and present employees of Australia Post. There are many people outside of Australia Post as well that are involved in the cover ups.
Please give me a meeting in Sydney to please listen to me. Monday or Friday are the most suitable days for me as I work away from home during the week.
This matter must be resolved. It will require Australia Post officials to come up with the REAL DOCUMENTS involved in this matter. I am entitled to have them. Australia Post officials have provided to me many falsified documents certified by a JP where that JP was the State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW. His name is Mr Alan Barwick. He left Australia Post long ago. The investigator in this matter was Mr Don Kane. He still works for Australia Post but does not respond to my letters and does not give me the copies of the REAL documents involved that were handed over to him by Mr Gabell.
This is an unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post and our country and must be resolved and fully investigated.
Due to the failures of the due processes followed by me without getting a resolution it is important for you to look at the toxic culture in Australia Post and also in the Parliament House where many people there had a good opportunity to help and assist me rather than protecting the people in Australia Post by sending me brush off letters.
Please see that this matter is addressed immediately. You do not have to go anywhere to see the documented corruption and cover ups because many documents are already shared on Change.org platform and they are also available on Google.
Please just type in Google "Petition Holgate Vasant" to see how my family has suffered and how we have been treated badly to protect the wrongdoers.
I have decided to fight for justice because I want our country to become corruption free and free society. Our international standing on corruption perception is not improving. With such a small population why we cannot eradicate corruption? Why our institutions are coming under spotlight for corruption all the time?
Prime Minister, please do not ignore this matter as I am not going anywhere. The people with deep pockets are NOT above the law and that includes Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour.
It was their responsibility and duty to do their jobs with honesty, integrity and values. They have failed and that failure was not a mistake. It was deliberate, calculated and intentional alleged abuse of power and authority is my view. Mr Fahour and his team also covered up a death of my contact person where the cause of that death is suicide.
If you can start an investigation on $20,000 spent on Cartier watches by Ms Holgate so quickly then why not start a full-scale investigation on the money spent, resources used, legal expertise used, falsified documented creation and use, FOI Act violations, cheating, lying, manipulations, fabrications, travel costs by Australia Post officials over a nearly FIFTEEN years period.
Please tell me Prime Minister what have we done wrong in Australia to be treated this way for this long?
No one is ready to tell us if there is any connection with my ID Theft with Randwick City Council where my wife was an employee and she was fighting against her poor treatment by her employer.
I asked this to many people including the Investigator Don Kane but he never responds. Who was caught within 48 hours? Why the cover ups that are not ending?
We have been taught from our childhood that the "TRUTH ALONE TRIUMPHS". I hope you know that in Sanskrit language is "Satyameva Jayate” and is the integral part of the Indian national emblem.
This fight for justice has exposed many big names in our country and that cannot be ignored by anyone.
If you say "NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW" then why not start from Australia Post officials as we all own Australia Post to see how the corruption cancer was allowed to spread by these officials.

Dear Supporters,
I hope you will get a fair idea that this matter is very serious and even the Prime Minister is silent on the documented unacceptable conduct of numerous people in Australia Post. We all own Australia Post and it is operated for us. Any dishonesty, corruption, crimes cover ups, reckless use of taxpayer’s money to cover up the truth by Australia Post officials must be exposed. There is no shortage of the documents to prove wrongdoings that are ongoing.
Please help my family to get justice. The first simple way to help is to sign this petition. It does not matter that Ms Holgate has now left. Her resignation doers not diminish her responsibility to come clean and this is also the case with Mr Fahour and many others that have left their long-term jobs with Australia Post. Mr. Rodney Boys was Chief Financial Officer before taking over as the Acting CEO. It will be very easy for him to find out how much money was spent to cover ups corruption and crimes, hiring external lawyer to hide the documents, FOI costs, resources used, travel costs from Melbourne to Sydney of the external lawyer and Australia Post’s National FOI Officer/Legal Officer to attend the AAT hearings in Sydney many times and so on.
These ongoing cover ups have to end. The fight to get the truth out will never stop.
This is the time to unite and denounce the highest-level corruption that is ongoing to hide the truth.
Please help because this single matter alone has the potential to wipe out corruption in our country on a massive scale is my view. The cancer of corruption has spread everywhere and we have the responsibility to stop its spread and then to eradicate it.
I am also seeking a meeting with the Prime Minister but he has not yet responded for the past 105 days. The people responsible in his PM & C also need to take notice that they may come under the spotlight if they ignore corruption and cover ups because as per our PM “Nobody is above the law”.
