In the recent weeks there is a lot of talk about the toxic culture in the Parliament House. As per my experience in the matter, where I am fighting for justice and against the highest level systemic documented corruption and cover ups, the toxic culture of protecting the wrongdoers at any cost is very well documented. The toxic culture is also identified in Australia Post headquarters in Melbourne under the leaderships of Mr Graeme T. John, Mr Ahmed Fahour, Ms Christine Holgate and now under the leadership of Mr Rodney Boys. Numerous big names have allegedly acted to protect the wrongdoers. These people are from within and also from outside of Australia Post. The cover ups are not ending for the past over 14 and a half years.
Many big names are identified as the wrongdoers. No Minister, no Senator, no Member of Parliament, no Attorney General, no Prime Minister, no Minister for Communications and no Minister for Home Affairs has shown any courage to raise this unresolved matter in the Parliament to get the answers from the wrongdoers. The same is the case with the people in the opposition. These elected representatives simply ignored my letters and very rarely used their staff members in the Parliament House to respond to the letters to brush me off. They engaged in passing the buck, tell me that they are not responsible to address the matter, tell me to go somewhere else and when their silence on the documented wrongdoings, corrupt conduct, breaches of the rules by the wrongdoers became too much to handle or too much to ignore they simply quit the politics. There were no ramifications for their failures to do their jobs with honesty, integrity and values. This is happening and will continue to happen unless people of our nation denounce this toxic culture with one voice. Very recently all the elected representatives have been alerted by the AFP Commissioner for reporting any criminal conduct to police without any delay. Numerous elected representatives are aware of the corruption and crimes cover ups in my family’s matters where Indonesian passport on my name was used to commit crimes using Australia Post services very successfully. No one has helped my family to get it out in the open by raising it in the parliament.
Mr Rodney Boys, who is the current Acting Group CEO of Australia Post, has failed to respond to my many letters after he was appointed in this role when Ms Holgate stopped going to work. The reasons for Ms Holgate’s decision of not going to work are not very clear. Is it the resignation as per her statement? Is it the stepping down or is it the personal leave? Senator the Honourable Pauline Hanson wants to know this when the investigations will be carried out using Parliamentary process about what is the status of Ms Holgate’s employment with Australia Post.
It is reported in the news that Mr Rodney Boys now wants the top job and so is Ms Nicole Sheffield who is currently Executive General Manager Community & Consumer at Australia Post Headquarters.
The following email was sent by me to many Australia Post officials with the copy to many politicians. It is self-explanatory. Please read it. Not a single person from Australia Post to whom my email was addressed to responded. The cover ups have continued.

You are all aware of my fight for justice and against the systemic documented cover ups that are ongoing from June 2006 to hide the truth from my family about the REAL story and REAL documents involved. The part that you may have played in keeping the truth covered up may vary from person to person. The fact that this matter is ongoing and unresolved is the proof that Australia Post has failed dismally to come clean. Provision of fabricated documents to me by Australia Post officials is a separate unacceptable activity.
Your former boss Mr Fahour and his team failed to resolve this matter despite Mr Fahour was sitting on this matter for the entire over seven years this matter was before him. Under his leadership there is one unnatural death as well. The cause of the death is suicide. The name of the person who passed away is Mr Bob Croxford. He was known to most of you is my view. He was my contact person. After his death no new person was appointed as my contact person. My letter to Mr Fahour dated 18 September 2010, which was the date of the funeral of Mr Croxford, was in response to the review conducted on this unresolved matter, four years after it remained unresolved. That letter is marked NFA (No Further Action) by Mr Geoff Williams. That is a separate story of gross misconduct. Then there is letter to my then solicitor Mr Vincent Pelosi of Pelosi & Associates with alleged forged signature of Mr Paul Gardner. No one responds about the authenticity of not only the signature but the letter itself with a false date and no reference number of any kind. Then there are many JP certified fabricated documents where the JP was one of Australia Post’s own. He is Mr Alan Barwick JP. He was responsible to help me as the State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group for NSW. He said to me on the phone that his signature is a forgery. Well, it is not a forgery. What was he trying to hide? Then your own investigator is silent on the documents and what did he do with those after picking them up from Mr Gabell of ADF. He is Mr Don Kane. This email is also sent to him without hiding from him. He failed to respond to my numerous letters. Then the people in Mr Fahour’s inner circle like Mr Paul Burke and Ms Erin Kelly are now gone without getting investigated is my view. Then Mr Oliver Cousland, Mr Evan Henley, Ms Christine Corbett are gone but they cannot hide where they are working now. Mr Fahour is gone. Does anyone of you have plans to leave or stick to each other as a team to keep the truth covered up?
Where is your honesty, integrity and values? What about the cover ups that are ongoing? What about the corrupt FOI decisions? The longer you all keep the truth covered up, it will only expose you all as the people that have no place to work for Australia Post. I have no plans to give up and if you have plans to keep the way you all are going, I will consider sharing my experiences with each one of you, one at a time in detail with the people of my choice and at the time that suits me.
If you all remain silent or trying to shut people up that want to disclose the truth, if that is the case, then it will only compromise your credibility is my view. This matter will complete 14 years of non-stop cover ups on 15 June 2020 if not resolved by then.
This matter has uncovered dishonesty, immoral and unethical activities, tampering of records, creation of fabricated documents, unauthorised cashing of my Money Order and recording it as the compensation paid for the uninsured postal article, cheating, lying, legal threats to me, cheating elected representatives, cheating AAT, unsuccessful attempts to stop me fighting to get justice and for the truth, protecting people identified as involved in our mail redirection, PO Box opening and so on.
Ms Holgate is the THIRD Managing Director failing to come clean and the risk that she is taking is enormous is my view. Is anyone of you helping her to keep the truth covered up? Is anyone of you is in the close circle of Ms Holgate? Is anyone of you has shut up any potential whistle-blower?
There are many people inside and outside of Australia Post as well that are expected to know the truth. How many of those you are going to control to shut them up in the future? This matter has already blown out of proportions. You all will be named as the ones that I contacted but failed to get a response. It is a National Disgrace for this matter to have remained unresolved.
You all may not get many more opportunities to come clean which please note. The copy of this letter is provided to my Local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP, Senator the Hon Kristina Keneally-Labor Senator for NSW, the Hon Peter Dutton MP-the Minister for Home Affairs and the Hon Paul Fletcher MP- Minister for Communications and also Ms Christine Holgate as well.
The fight for justice will intensify more in the coming weeks and documentary evidence will be shared with as many people as possible.
Please do not take any risk of covering up the truth because the ramifications of that could be worse than disclosing the truth now.
Ms Nicole Sheffield is expected to work either for Australia Post or ABC and not for both at the same time. If she ignores this, I may have to write about her alleged massive conflict of interest in simultaneously working for Australia Post and ABC. She has failed to respond to my single letter after taking over from Ms Christine Corbett who baselessly and categorically denied any corruption and cover ups by Australia Post and then made a run, leaving her 1.5 Million a year job with Australia Post, without responding to my letters in response to her such baseless denial.
I expect individual prompt responses from each one of you to this letter. Please read your ethics guide and please follow your own rules while responding.

It is very important for all the people in Australia and around the world to stop ignoring corruption cover ups when they are evident.
The corruption cover up culture in the Parliament House and Australia Post deserve full scale investigations.
After Ms Christine Corbett resigned and left Australia Post job after 27 years, Ms Sheffield took over and since that time Ms Sheffield has never responded to my letters to address this unresolved matter. This conduct of Ms Sheffield is in the violation of the responsibilities that go with her position is my view.
Her acceptance of a job with ABC while working for Australia Post is questionable. Neither ABC nor any other media has taken the conflict-of-interest issue in this matter into consideration is my view.
My petition is now signed and supported by 25100 people from across Australia. I thank all my supporters for their encouragement to fight for justice and for the truth to be revealed.
I challenge Ms Sheffield to justify her silence on documented corruption and crimes cover ups in the matters that are brought to her attention by me many times.
