As expected, this matter around Ms Christine Holgate’s resignation is not going away and it should not go away unless the facts are made public around her unwarranted resignation. The Cartier Watches gifted by her to four employees of Australia Post is in my view No.1 FAKE NEWS of the year 2020.

Senator the Hon Pauline Hanson’s success in getting her Senate inquiry motion passed is an excellent news but she needs to be impartial while giving voice to the people. This inquiry may shed some light on the facts surrounding this resignation or what could be considered as a constructive dismissal of Ms Holgate from her job by her employer. Her employer is the Board of Australia Post.

Brief Note on my fight for justice that is ongoing from June 2006:

Australia Post officials informed us that someone used Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney back in June 2006. Then their own Corporate Security Group officials decided to cover up this matter and not tell us the truth behind this Identity theft. The matter has remained unresolved. The cover ups after cover ups have spread like a cancer. Australia Post officials have joined hands to hide the truth. This is an all-time National Disgrace. Ms Holgate’s resignation has nothing to do with Cartier watches story is my view.

Please read my petition and numerous updates that followed. Ms Christine Holgate failed to resolve this matter and then resigned. The unreliable and untrustworthy media then linked her resignation to this story of Cartier watches gifted by her. This was fuelled by our Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP and also the Communications Minister the Hon Paul Fletcher MP. The Finance Minister at the time was Senator the Hon Mathias Cormann. He was responsible as the Portfolio Minister for getting our matters addressed. He has recently quit politics without responding to my letters. His resignation deserves investigations as well. The resignation of the former Senator and the Minister for Communications the Hon Mitch Fifield also deserves full scale investigations.

Senator Hanson will be praised by millions of Australians for successfully getting the following motion passed with the help of Labor party Senators. Well, Labor party was not singing praise of Ms Christine Holgate when this Cartier watches story became public. In fact, Ms Holgate was questioned in the Senate by Labor’s own Senator the Hon Kimberley Kitching. Labor members denounced this conduct of Ms Holgate publicly. The same Labor is now supporting Senator Hanson to start an inquiry. The same Labor, while in the government for six years, ignored Australia Post’s corruption and cover ups. Are they going to learn that the honesty is the best policy? Liberals are no different.  

So, what is going on now? Is this a political stunt of the Labor Party to score some points against the government? Please read my updates after updates on this matter where Ms Holgate has not responded to my numerous letters on the documented corruption and cover ups involving numerous Australia Post officials.

This Senate enquiry is expected to uncover the unacceptable conduct of many people and that will be very good to hold the people to account including our Prime Minister on this matter is my view.

Most of the people in our country are not aware that numerous politicians from all sides of politics are aware of the documented corruption and cover ups that are ongoing in Australia Post on my Identity theft cover ups for number of years and that includes Senator Hanson.

It is good to have an inquiry surrounding the treatment of Ms Holgate by the government and also the Opposition and many others but at the same time it is also important to find out why Ms Holgate failed to resolve the matter during the entire period of THREE YEARS she was MD & Group CEO of Australia Post about my family’s fight to get the truth out about the documented cover ups by Australia Post officials. There is a documented evidence of corruption and crimes cover ups by the officials of Australia Post for a long period of over 14 and a half years.

It will be important to investigate Ms Holgate’s two predecessors Mr Graeme T. John and Mr Ahmed Fahour and her successor in the Acting role Mr Rodney Boys as well for failing to address this matter of cover ups.

Ms Holgate, for whatever reasons, has dismally failed to show any leadership on denouncing the corruption culture in Australia Post Headquarters involving many senior officials. She remained silent on abuse of power and authority by her senior officials, corrupt conduct of her officials, complete violations of the ethical standards of Australia Post by her officials, fabrications, manipulations and records tampering by her officials. Lack of responses by her officials on the serious matters of allegations of corruption and crimes cover ups that are all documented. I challenge Ms Holgate to respond to my numerous letters that she failed to respond and also failed to act on those while in the office.     

Senator Hanson was contacted by me numerous times for helping and raising this matter in the Parliament. She did not respond. I am not her constituent. Does that really matter when Australia Post is also owned by and operated for her constituents in Queensland as well? Ms Holgate is also NOT her constituent but she wants to give her a voice. Is that not called discrimination?

I challenge Senator Hanson to show absolute honesty, integrity and values and see that I am also given the voice. She wants Ms Holgate to be given the voice while protecting her and ignoring her wrongdoings that involves protecting Australia Post officials that have engaged in the cover ups. Senator Hanson’s silence on my request to give me a voice is not at all justified. Senator Hanson cannot ignore Ms Holgate’s unacceptable silence on the cover ups and then try to make her as the victim of unfair treatment by many including the Prime Minister. Ms Holgate has all the capacity to fight injustice. There is no shortage of money to pay to the lawyers at all. What is the deal, if any, with Ms Hanson then?

Ms Holgate has allegedly contributed to destroy my family’s normal way of life while she had all the powers and authority to see me and give me a voice. My numerous requests to Ms Holgate to hear me and give me a voice are very well documented. Her actions and inaction protected the wrongdoers in Australia Post and also many others outside of Australia Post as well is my view.

Senator Hanson needs to answer my questions as to why she remained silent on the matters put before her about Ms Holgate’s failure as a leader to hold the wrongdoers to account.

The following motion of Senator Hanson is now passed in the Senate. It is provided below for the ease of reference of my current and future supporters and the others as well.

Leader of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation (Senator Hanson): To move—That the following matter be referred to the Environment and Communications References Committee for inquiry and report by 30 April 2021:

1.The circumstances leading to the direction by the Minister for Communications to the Chair of Australia Post on 22 October 2020, that the Chief Executive Officer of Australia Post, Christine Holgate, be stood down pending an investigation into her gifting in 2018 of watches to four managers who secured a $225 million investment into the organisation, with particular reference to:

(a) if the gift of the watches was with the knowledge of the then Australia Post Chair and within existing Australia Post policy;

(b) how the gifting of four watches compares with bonuses and gifts provided during the term of the previous Chief Executive Officers and within other government owned corporations such as the National Broadband Network;

(c) actions of the Board of Australia Post following Ms Holgate’s offer of resignation on 2 November 2020 leading up to the Chair’s request for her to sign an amendment to her contract which would mean the immediate termination of her employment without any benefits, as against the $11 million bonus paid to her predecessor when he stepped down;

(d) the veracity of evidence provided by the Chair of Australia Post to the Environment and Communications Legislation Committee during an estimates hearing on 9 November 2020;

(e) the current status of Ms Holgate’s employment with Australia Post;

(f) the issues surrounding the secret review of Australia Post by the Boston Consulting Group leading to the introduction of changes to Australia Post’s service model;

(g) the future of reductions to Australia Post’s service model; and

I am not sure if you are aware of the dark side of Mr Fahour who quit his job abruptly. When Ms Holgate took over, I hoped she will not carry on like Mr Fahour but she did and that is disappointing and unacceptable by any standards.

The above update was also sent to many others including Senator Hanson. She did not respond at all.

Just like the above Senate inquiry motion put forward by Senator Hanson was passed I need help from any elected representative to put forward motion to start inquiry about this unresolved matter.

I am ready to help anyone in the Parliament to get to the bottom of these cover ups by raising the matter in the Parliament.

Ms Holgate has obviously provided information to Senator Hanson about her meeting with the Chair of Australia Post Mr Lucio Di Bartolomeo about her statement. I have responded to her resignation statement with my comments in one of the previous updates point by point.

This unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post and also Australia involves many big names and we have suffered while these big names are getting protected by the people in the power.

The culture in the Parliament House has come under the spot light in the recent weeks. I am not surprised at all. I have been experiencing dishonesty, brush off letters, silence on my letters, protection of the big names inside and also outside of Australia Post by the people working in the Parliament House.

This culture is not restricted to the bad treatment of women. It appears to be wide spread in many departments while responding to the letters where corruption and crimes allegations are put before the elected representatives. Why do they ignore the allegations? I have experienced it in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Department of Communications and Attorney General’s Department on an ongoing basis.

I have the evidence with the names of the authors that have sent me brush off letters. Those brush off letters could be shared with you in the future. My last update has one from Ms Rebecca Rush on behalf of the Hon Paul Fletcher MP who is the Minister for Communications and therefore responsible for the conduct of Australia Post.

The Parliament House needs a “deep clean” otherwise the corruption virus will destroy the democracy in our country very quickly.

Numerous Labor Senators and Members of Parliament and Shadow Ministers that are aware of this matter and failed to hold the Ministers, Senators and Members of Parliament in the government to account have failed to restore the lost trust in them and the DEMOCRACY in our country. One such Labor MP is my Local Federal Member of Parliament. His name is the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP. His baseless letter to me will be shared with my supporters soon.  

The time will come for him to put his head down in shame at some stage for allegedly contributing to destroy my family’s life to protect the wrongdoers. He may be an honest family man but he needs to be an honest MP as well.

He gets paid by the taxpayers. He needs to show that he is worth the money he gets paid for. He is the Member for Kingsford Smith electorate. His successive Labor leaders are silent on his failures to raise this matter in the Parliament despite my contacting them with my concerns about Mr. Thistlethwaite. Why is the Labor leadership failing on the matters of National Pubic Interest? Why can’t they hold the people in the government to account which is their job? Why is Senator the Hon Kimberley Kitching not responding to my letters after scoring cheap points in the Senate by asking questions to Ms Holgate on Cartier watches purchase. Now the same Labor has supported Senator Hanson’s motion after criticising Ms Holgate on this purchase. Where is the consistency and honesty? There is none. There was a news that:

AFP Commissioner Reece Kershaw wrote a letter to MPs urging them to report crimes in the wake of an alleged rape in Parliament House. AFP letter warns MPs about the delay in reporting crimes could lead to reoffending.
 

The AFP Commissioner also said:

“I cannot state strongly enough the importance of timely referrals of allegations of criminal conduct”

Dear Supporters,

The people that are affected each year, where their identities are compromised is a serious matter. That number is close to a million. How many MP’s, Senators, Prime Ministers, Attorney Generals and Ministers for Communications in the successive governments have cared to report my fight for justice and the alleged criminal activities put before them involving Australia Post officials and others to the NSW Police Force and also the AFP?

If they did then what was the response? Will any elected representative put his or her hand up and answer this question?

My supporter number is expected to reach TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND-25,000 people from every corner of Australia soon. The current supporter number stands at 24, 896. Is there is any one in the PARLIAMENT HOUSE that will be ready to help to ask questions to Ms Holgate, Mr Fahour, Mr Graeme T. John and Mr Boys?

The alleged corruption hiding culture in our Parliament House must end and end right now.

I thank my supporters for helping me, supporting me and encouraging me to keep fighting. I have not given up because the corruption in our country must end. We start from Australia Post.

All those in the media that have remained silent, despite my numerous requests to expose the corruption, have destroyed their own credibility. My letters to the media deserve sharing with my supporters.

If “NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW” then let us try and put that into practice starting from investigating officials of AUSTRALIA POST. This includes Ms Holgate and her two predecessors and one successor as well for their silence on documented corruption and cover ups.

If Ms Holgate wants her job back then she must admit her alleged wrongdoings first. Then if the people of this nation excuse her for her silence on documented corruption and crimes cover ups, she must start eradicating corruption in Australia Post first and help corruption fighters and whistleblowers to make her adopted country-Australia CORRUPTION FREE and lead by example.

I have no problems if she gets her job back if she wants to work with me to eradicate documented corruption and then tell the people of this nation why she remained silent and did not give me a voice. This will be her SECOND chance to do the right thing. If she has no courage to do this then I do not believe Senator Hanson should waste any time on protecting her and helping her to get her job back. Ms Holgate needs to be investigated if she wants to keep the TRUTH covered up.

My fight for justice will never stop until the TRUTH is revealed behind the cover ups and the REAL DOCUMENTS involved are provided to us including the envelope and cheque on my name that Australia Post is hiding from June 2006. Tampering with my mail is a criminal offence and Ms Holgate did not care that an envelope addressed to me is not delivered from June 2006.

This update is expected to open the eyes of many people sitting in the Parliament House in Canberra is my view.

I thank all my supporters for their continued support. Please help to spread this update with many others as we need to unite as a nation to eradicate corruption in our great country.

The Parliament House is no longer a symbol of honesty, integrity and values and many people we elect and then the people they select to run the country are losing trust of the ordinary Australians.

If we cannot trust the people after we elect them because of their documented unacceptable conduct then there needs to be a provision to remove them from the Parliament House anytime between the elections. This provision will help to restore the lost democratic values and the people that put their hand up to get elected will be on notice of losing their jobs even after getting elected if they are breaching the rules governing their code of conduct.

The people of this nation have had enough. We need an exceptional democracy, honest judiciary, honest watchdogs, honest politicians, honesty in the Parliament House and honesty in the law enforcement at all times.

In my family’s case of fighting for justice all these above-named places have failed to do their jobs with honesty, integrity and values. This is all documented.

Time for the people of Australia to wake-up is now before the democracy is derailed badly and bringing it back on its tracks could become extremely difficult.

Please help all those fighting corruption. I hope Senator Hanson will give me a VOICE. This update will be sent to her as well. If she ignores me again, I will let you know.
