As you are aware, I am fighting against the documented corruption and crimes cover ups by numerous people in our country. The best thing that has happened in the past few weeks is people are talking about this toxic culture where corruption and criminal activities are ignored by the very people that we expect to be honest, moral and ethical.
My identity is used on Indonesian Passport and that passport was accepted by Australia Post officials as a Photo ID to provide their services to the criminals to redirect my entire family’s mail, to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney.
Instead of accepting this blunder, Australia Post officials have embarked on covering up the truth from my family. This unacceptable culture of covering up corruption and crimes from the victims-my family has been ongoing from 15-16 June 2006. Numerous Australia Post officials are allegedly involved in hiding the truth, covering up the crimes, creating false documents, providing JP certified fabricated documents, lying, cheating, not delivering the envelope addressed to me with a cheque inside and then remaining silent on the corruption and crimes cover ups.
Today, I am providing a documentary evidence of a BRUSH OFF letter from Ms Sarah Chidgey who was Assistant Secretary, Criminal Law and Law Enforcement Branch in Australian Governments’ Attorney-General’s Department written on behalf of the former Attorney-General the Hon Robert McClelland MP at the time. This letter is my Update image today. It is dated 18 August 2011.
What was before the Attorney-General and Ms Chidgey was my letter to the Attorney-General dated 18 July 2011 with the Subject: “My Stolen Identity and Australia Post”. This comprehensive letter was 16 pages with my serious concerns about this matter.
Attached to this sixteen-page letter were several documents as mentioned in my letter. The total number of pages in this correspondence, including the cover letter were fifty-seven (57).
Obviously, Ms Chidgey read all the evidence that spoke volumes and then decided to allegedly protect the wrongdoers, did not provide any remedies, did not say anything about the numerous documents attached at all. She did not mention that she has reported the matter to law enforcement at all despite working for the Criminal Law and Law Enforcement Branch of the Attorney-General’s Department.
I have been experiencing this type of culture in the Parliament House for many years where brush off letters are written after delaying responses. Many times, there is no response at all and that includes the office of the successive Prime Ministers as well.
All the silence and the alleged unacceptable cover up culture has protected Australia Post officials for all these years. All the strength that Australia Post officials gathered to cover up corruption and crimes from the people within Australia Post and also from the people from the outside of Australia Post was always going to be weakened over the time because I did not give up the fight against the cover ups.
Many involved in the alleged unacceptable conduct have quit their Australia Post jobs. Many politicians have quit politics after failing to act on this matter. The Hon Robert McClelland is one of many. He is now the Family Court Judge. He was from the Labor Party. His appointment as a Family Court Judge was made by the former Attorney-General of Liberal Party the Hon George Brandis QC. Mr Brandis was appointed as Australia’s ambassador to UK by the former PM the Hon Malcolm Turnbull. They have quit politics as well. All of them are aware of my fight for justice and against the systemic corruption and cover ups.
The following is the Bio of Ms Sarah Chidgey.
Sarah Chidgey is Deputy Secretary for the Integrity and International Group in the Attorney-General's Department. Sarah is responsible for a wide range of integrity, security, criminal justice, intelligence legislation, international law and international cooperation matters.
Sarah has held several executive positions in the department, including First Assistant Secretary, Cyber and Infrastructure Security Division; First Assistant Secretary, National Security Division; First Assistant Secretary, Strategy and Delivery Division; and Assistant Secretary of the Criminal Law and Law Enforcement Branch. Sarah has also held positions as Senior Adviser on Immigration and Emergency Management in the Office of the Prime Minister, National Security Adviser in the Office of the Attorney-General, and in the Domestic Security Branch of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
Sarah has honours degrees in Arts and in Law from the Australian National University.

The above details are enough for anyone with so much experience and qualifications to understand how many laws were breached by Australia Post officials and many others.
What did Ms Chidgey come up with after reading my letter? A Brush off letter exposing alleged toxic culture back then in 2011. I challenge her to come clean even now about her baseless letter to me.
After receiving the baseless letter from Ms Chidgey, I wrote to the Hon Robert McClleland again the following letter to see if I can get a proper response.

Dear Sir,
I have received a letter dated 18 August 2011 written on your behalf by Sarah Chidgey-Assistant Secretary, Criminal Law and Law Enforcement Branch in response to my letter to you dated 18 July 2011.
My letter to you dated 18 July 2011 was written only after it was suggested by your office to write to you in relation to the matter that is of immense Public Interest. I hope you understand the pain and suffering the people can go through when they lose their freedom. The devastating psychological impact on the families as a result of their family members name on the passport of another country is in my view underestimated. It is unacceptable that the matter remains unresolved for the period of over five years in the DEMOCRATIC AUSTRALIA despite numerous government officials are aware of this matter.
My Sixteen (16) page letter with the attached documents totalled fifty-seven (57) pages of correspondence. After reading all the information provided to you as the Attorney General of Australia the response, I received from your office was quite disappointing as I have not been given even a single option to get this matter resolved.
I now request you to provide me with all the other possible options left for me to get this matter resolved.
You have large number of staff working for you and there could be many honest and ethical people with sound knowledge of resolving this type of real-life situations within your department. They could possibly give you a proper sound advice in relation to the real difficulties ordinary people are facing just like me to resolve the matters of this nature.
I hope I will not be brushed off for the second time I am writing to you.
This time I will expect a response to this letter from a more senior person who will know and understand the difficulties of the ordinary people better than Ms Sarah Chidgey and has a better expertise in guiding and helping me and my family.
I hope you will take all the precautions to see that the DEMOCRACY in Australia does not become a FLAWED DEMOCRACY. The systemic failure of various government agencies in my matters is extremely worrying.
If necessary, I request you to take personal interest in this matter as people of this country are very much concerned about the issues of stolen identities and their misuse.
In my case this was a very premeditated, calculated and deliberate activity as someone has gone to the extraordinary lengths of obtaining Indonesian Passport on my name and then use it as a Photo ID to divert mails coming on my name to a fraudulently opened PO Box on my name in Sydney.
All that is required is the REAL DOCUMENTS that were involved to be released to me as I am entitled to have at least the photocopies of these documents to seek further advice and necessary actions that will be required to resolve this matter.
As this matter is already known to you since you received my letter dated 18 July 2011, I will expect your very prompt response this time.
I hope this matter gets resolved with your involvement.

Dear Supporters,
In December 2011 Mr McClelland was moved out of this portfolio of the Attorney-General. He was succeeded by the Hon Nicola Roxon. The details of the Hon Nicola Roxon’s brush off letter to the former Senator the Hon John Faulkner, who was trying to help me, is included in my previous update.
The cover ups have continued. The toxic culture has also continued.
Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour were allegedly benefitted by this toxic culture all along. Australia Post being a Government Business Enterprise-GBE there are close contacts among the officials of the Australia Post and the government departments all the time.
They allegedly colluded to keep this matter covered up all along. Apart from the brush off letters there were no responses at all to many letters from the Ministers responsible.
The successive Managing Directors and CEOs of Australia Post failed to act and then they left their jobs. No one has put their hand up to investigate why Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate quit their jobs despite my ID Theft cover ups is the knowledge of numerous media outlets, journalists and numerous elected representatives from all sides of politics.
The question therefore is:
Who are the criminals that need to be protected at all costs?
This matter is unprecedented in history of Australia Post and also Australia. We are very ordinary people like millions of other Australians. The pain and suffering and psychological torture inflicted on my family by numerous people in our country is unacceptable.
The TOXIC culture MUST END. We all can work together and denounce this cover up culture with one voice. This culture is destroying democracy in our country. The ordinary people have the power to make a change. This is why we need to unite and say enough is enough.
I thank my 25375 supporters for all the support they are giving me to make a change. It is time to wake up and say NO to the corruption, NO to the cover ups and NO to the TOXIC culture anywhere.
If we cannot trust the people we elect and then the people they select to run the country then where will we be heading in the future?
Our Parliament House is no longer the symbol of honesty, integrity and values. We cannot just ignore this. Please support the corruption fighters and the whistle-blowers. Everyone cannot fight corruption on their own. This is why we need to look at the evidence just like the one presented here today.
Please go through all the updates and documents that have been shared with the people of this nation and the world with my comments on an ongoing basis.
This is the golden opportunity for us all to make a real change to make our country corruption free and free society.
The benefits of corruption free country are not just saving dollars in billions. The benefits will include happy country, healthy country, wise country, satisfied country, trustworthy country, reliable country and highly respected country.
Please help because this simple identity theft matter has opened the doors to make our country the BEST in every respect in the world in a very short time if People Power is used to make a change.
Numerous Attorney Generals, Prime Ministers, Communications Ministers, Justice Ministers, Members of Parliaments and Senators have come and gone but Ms Sarah Chidgey keeps going higher and higher in her positions. What does that say? No matter who is in the government the corruption is not curbed. It is time to rock the boat because we need a democracy that is working effectively, functioning honestly, delivering ethically and trusted universally.
There is no shortage of toxic culture evidence on my records. My Federal Member of Parliament is the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP. He has lost numerous opportunities to address this toxic culture for many years. More about him will be shared soon. He has failed to raise this matter in the Parliament despite numerous requests and provision of numerous documents over the years to him by me. He asked many difficult questions to the Bank CEOs in the Parliament but has failed to ask even a single question to anyone including the CEOs of Australia Post. Why?
Mr Graeme T. John, Mr Ahmed Fahour, Ms Christine Holgate and Mr Rodney Boys have numerous questions to answer on the corruption and cover ups in this matter. Are they ready for coming clean or just want to continue their silence?
