I have been fighting against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups from June 2006. This was started by Australia Post officials back in June 2006.
My Identity is stolen and fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name was accepted by Australia Post as a PHOTO ID to allow criminals to redirect our mail to a fraudulently opened PO Box on my name. They told us this and then they decided to cover up the TRUTH from June 2006. Numerous high-ranking officials have made a run but they have no courage to tell us the truth behind the cover ups. Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate are among them. All the smokescreen created with the baseless reasons provided about the resignations of Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate as the Group CEO’s MD’s of Australia Post will never hold any water when the truth comes out. This is an unprecedented cover up that is ongoing for the past over 14 and a half years.
This is a NATIONAL DISGRACE.
Numerous people on extremely high positions allegedly joined hands to protect Australia Post and that includes our former Prime Minister the Hon Malcolm Turnbull.
My concerns about Mr Turnbull are known to numerous people in our country for number of years. This includes numerous elected representatives from all sides of politics.
Mr Turnbull failed to respond to my numerous letters, documents, phone calls, emails and faxes and also allegedly protected Australia Post all along despite the corruption, cover ups, wrongdoings, unacceptable conduct, dishonesty, fabrications, tampering of records etc. of Australia Post officials were brought to his attention numerous times.
Mr Turnbull knows this matter and my fight for justice since he was the Shadow Minister for Communications. My first letter was received by him back on 3 August 2011 when Liberal Party was in the Opposition. When the Hon Tony Abbott won the 2013 elections by defeating the Hon Kevin Rudd- the former Labor PM, Mr Turnbull was made Minister for Communications. Then, after he successfully challenged Mr Abbott and became the Prime Minister, I kept writing to him. One baseless letter from the person named Mr Terry Turnbull was received. I responded to that letter very comprehensively to show how that letter was baseless. No response was then received. Please refer to my previous many updates and see that Mr Turnbull was not responding to my letters.
I have numerous examples of Mr Turnbull’s untrustworthiness, unacceptable silence, lost values, failures to do his job with honesty and integrity on my records from August 2011 till he left politics on 31 August 2018. He says he has retired from politics.
When he was awarded this highest civilian honour on 26 January 2021 of the Companion of the Order of Australia AC it was very clear to me that there is something very wrong in the selection process. My fight for justice is known to office of the Governor General as well. I have letters to prove that from GG’s office.
This award to Mr Turnbull is for “the eminent service to the people and Parliament of Australia, particularly as the Prime Minister through significant contributions to national security, free trade, the environment and clean energy, innovation, economic reform and marriage equality, and to business and philanthropy”.
People of Australia are fed up that undeserving people keep getting these awards while doing their jobs for which they get paid for and are elected for. Despite there is an outrage about the opaqueness, nomination process and selection process no one cares about the public opinions. The whole award process needs a complete overhaul is my view.
The very basic requirement to get any award of this type must be a proven record of HONESTY, INTEGRITY AND VALUES displayed by the person considered for the award.
Every Prime Minister that has received this award will fail in this basic test, if implemented, is my view.

Dear Prime Minister,
There is news that Mr Colin Neave who is/was the Commonwealth Ombudsman was appointed on 16 August 2012 for a Five year term. He actually commenced his work on 17 September 2012 in that role according to the Media Release at that time by the Hon Gary Gray AO. This means he was expected to continue working till 16 September 2017. It is reported that he has taken up work with ANZ Bank as Customer Fairness Advisor. The date he started working for ANZ Bank or is going to start is not very clear.
This clearly means that he is leaving months before his five-year term ends. My question to you is who has the authority to authorise this premature departure from the term that was originally accepted by him and the government of the day.
There is no indication of the reasons for breaching this agreement for working for five years by Mr Colin Neave. He is obviously not sick or leaving early for some unforeseen circumstances. He is taking up another job with ANZ Bank.
It is also of serious concerns that Mr Colin Neave, due to his time of four and a half years as the Commonwealth Ombudsman, will have lot of knowledge of the wrongdoings that went on in the government and banking industry. This early untimely departure from his position of Commonwealth Ombudsman therefore raises serious concerns about unfair advantage to the ANZ Bank is my view. Did you authorise this premature departure of Mr Colin Neave from his job? If it was not you then who granted Mr Neave permission to leave earlier than his agreed term of five years?
Under the successive Commonwealth Ombudsman, right from the time Prof John McMillan AO was the Commonwealth Ombudsman, my family has seen documented systemic violation of rules, service charters, independence and impartiality requirements, moral and ethical values violations on an ongoing basis in this office. The current Organisation Chart published on 23 January 2017 has seven out of nine senior positions filled with people on “acting" roles. This office has lost its credibility and the tax payers are footing the bill of paying these people with lost values to be independent and impartial is my view. When the people are caught in wrongdoings they are simply moved out of this office or probably going out of sight from the Organisation Chart so that no one knows easily where the people with lost values are gone.
Our country is perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year and on the TI corruption perception index we stand at No.13. This slide is happening for number of years and there is no hope that this situation will improve. The faith in Democracy is at the lowest in 40 years in our country and the trust in the politicians is also very low.
You are now concerned that Mr Ahmed Fahour MD & Group CEO of Australia Post is getting paid too much. His 5.6 Million dollars salary +bonus in the last financial year was hidden by Australia Post until the government stepped in. He has number of morally bankrupt and corrupt people around him in his Melbourne Headquarters. He is not reachable no matter what I do to reach him with my concerns. The Commonwealth Ombudsman breached most of their rules while handling my and my family member's complaint against him and they continue to breach their rules to protect him. This is all documented.
This is also the case with the Office of Information Commissioner while Prof. John McMillan was the Information Commissioner. His corrupt conduct is also very well documented and so is that of his friend and the former FOI Commissioner Dr. James Popple.
If the watchdogs are corrupt there is no hope that the corruption in the government agencies will reduce is my view.
Mr. Fahour's too high salary is of serious concerns but his unacceptable conduct and the conduct of the corrupt people around him is far more serious is my view. I have been fighting against the highest-level corruption in our country from 15-16 June 2006 that started from Australia Post and spread to other state and federal agencies over the past ten and a half years. This is an all-time national disgraced is my view. Nobody including yourself has given me a VOICE for all these years. You had all the powers and authority as the Shadow Minister for Communications and then the Minister for Communications to hold Mr Fahour to account is my view.
My family's pain and suffering and psychological torture has continued. People like the Hon Mike Baird, the most popular Premier in the country, has retired from politics prematurely, The NSW Police Commissioner Mr Andrew Scipione AO APM has brought forward his retirement by months. Now Mr Colin Neave is going/gone six months earlier. What is going on?
There is one thing common with all these so-called distinguished people. They all know about the corruptions and crimes cover ups committed against my family. On top of this Mr Fahour and Mr Scipione have been honoured with AO recently. If numerous people are aware, both in NSW and federal governments, about my concerns about Mr Scipione and Mr Fahour and the systemic corruption they know in NSW Police Force and Australia Post why the Committee selecting people for this type of honour does not get any message? Are these awards now politicised?
My fight for justice and fight against the highest-level corruption will continue because the corrupt people in this country have left us with nothing more to lose is my view.
I hope you will, as the Prime Minister, hold Mr Fahour to account and his corrupt and morally bankrupt team to account as well.
Judicial corruption needs to be addressed as well. Your friend and the Attorney General Senator the Hon George Brandis QC has numerous questions to answer as well. His part in the appointment of the criminally misbehaving Dr. James Popple as the full time Senior Member of AAT needs to be investigated as well. The long-term Senior Member of AAT who engaged in a corrupt conduct while hearing my matters in relation to Australia Post has not sought reappointment to that position this time. She is Ms Geri Ettinger. Senator the Hon George Brandis kept on appointing her as Senior Member of AAT despite my concerns about her were well known to numerous Senators and MP's and Minister over the years.
Prime Minister, it is time that people like us are given the voice and are heard. Any failure to give us a voice will only reflect on those who are elected to serve the people of this nation.
I await your prompt response. Let us please start from Mr Ahmed Fahour and his corrupt team to eradicate corruption in Australia Post because we the people of this nation own Australia Post and it is operated for us. Mr. Colin Neave's breaching of his five years term needs answers as well.

The response from Mr Terry Turnbull was to my letter to Mr. Malcolm Turnbull while he was the Minister for Communications.
There is also an outrage about the similar award- Companion of the Order of Australia- AC given to the former Tennis star Ms Margaret Court.
Millions of ordinary Australians are unaware of my concerns about Australia Post and the protectors of Australia Post. Today, you have seen the small sample of documentary evidence about Mr Turnbull’s unacceptable conduct of ignoring Australia Post’s corruption and cover ups. He had the portfolio responsibility of looking at these matters because Australia Post comes under the responsibilities of Minister for Communications.
When Mr Turnbull became the PM, he appointed the former Senator the Hon Mitch Fifield as the Minister for Communications. Mr Fifield never ever responded to my single letter by following the same path taken by Mr Turnbull. Mr Fifield helped Mr Turnbull to remove Mr Abbott from the office of the PM successfully and then helped the Hon Peter Dutton MP to remove Mr Turnbull from the Office of the PM unsuccessfully. Our current PM the Hon Scott Morrison MP nominated Mr Fifield to be Australia’s Ambassador and the Permanent Representative to the United Nations based in New York.
Why did Mr Fifield leave Politics?

Please share this petition with as many others as possible. Please comment and ask questions if you need answers from me. We cannot allow Australia Post to get away from their unacceptable conduct no matter how many CEO’s come and go.
Ms Holgate’s leaving her job by resigning with “Immediate Effect” on 2 November 2020 has nothing to do with the Cartier watches she gifted. NOTHING AT ALL is my view.
Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate must come clean on this documented corruption and cover ups of my Identity theft cover ups. Those that are new to my petition are requested to read my previous updates as well.
Mr Rodney Boys, who has now been appointed as the Acting Group CEO and MD of Australia Post has dismally failed to act and resolve this matter and respond to my letters. Is he also planning to make a run like Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour?
My supporter number has now gone up to 23,619 and is marching towards 24,000 and then it is expected to reach 25,000 signatures milestone if people of Australia are ready to say enough is enough and support my family in large numbers.
I challenge Mr Turnbull to justify his conduct of protecting Australia Post all along since I first made a contact with him on 3 August 2011 till his leaving politics on 31 August 2018. This is a period of 7 years and one month.
The latest Transparency International Corruption Perception Index for the year 2020 has shown that Australia has not made any improvements on the corruption perceptions on the world stage and has scored the same 77/100 and the ranking of No.11. This ranking has changed from 12 to 11 because Iceland has dropped off holding a ranking above Australia previously.
Will Mr Turnbull and his predecessors and all the other elected representatives put their hands up to take any responsibility for this corruption perception? We are MINUS 8 points from the year 2012. This means we have dropped from 85/100 and the ranking of 7 to the current level as above.
It is the responsibility of the people of Australia to help the corruption fighters with one voice. Let us please start from Australia Post to eradicate corruption in our country. We all own Australia Post. Our neighbour New Zealand is on Number 1/180 with the score of 88/100. What are we doing wrong? Why can’t our politicians learn from New Zealand to make our country the least corrupt in the world?
Time is right to show People Power to demand corruption free Australia. If the slide continues it will get harder and harder to reverse the trend.
