Ms Holgate was allegedly protected by many politicians that failed to address this matter. The former PM the Hon Malcolm Turnbull allegedly protected her and the current Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP is blamed by her through her lawyer for humiliating her.

Dear Supporters,

Ms Holgate and her team and Mr Fahour and his team, while working for Australia Post, breached numerous basic rules and ethical standards by keeping this matter unresolved. All of them deserve public condemnation is my view. Hiding the truth and ruining our lives by covering up the corruption and crimes is unacceptable by any standards. Then they left their jobs.

I have been fighting for justice for my family from June 2006. This matter is of immense Public Interest because close to a million people in Australia alone are affected in one way or the other due to their identities compromised every year.

This matter, where we are fighting to get a resolution, involves the use of a fraudulently obtained Indonesian PASSPORT on my name. This passport was accepted as Photo ID by Australia Post officials back in the year 2006. They allowed my entire family’s mail to be redirected to a fraudulently opened PO Box on my name in Haymarket PostShop in Sydney. The Indonesian passport on my name was used as a PHOTO ID to open this PO Box as well. This information was provided to us by Australia Post officials on 15-16 June 2006.

This matter was identified as fraudulent/criminal activity quickly just because there was an envelope with a cheque inside on my name with an incorrect house number on it. That incorrect house number was 38. There is no house number 38 in Randolph Street, Rosebery in New South Wales. The Postman took that envelope back to his supervisor and told him “No such address”.

The wrong house number on this envelope had all the other details correct such as my name, street, state and postcode.

THIS IS MY LETTER. Australia Post is hiding that from me from 15-16 JUNE 2006 breaching their own rules. They have never shown me the cheque inside that envelope that was on my name. It was planned to end up in that PO Box.

The rest is cover ups after cover ups after cover ups.

Numerous people got involved in hiding the truth. The systemic documented corruption and cover ups are not ending. This matter has become unprecedented in the history of Australia Post and Australia as well.

We decided to use every possible democratic process to get justice and the resolution but each and every place that we went to it was nothing but the dishonesty, fabrications, time wasting, no responses, delayed and corrupt decisions and then the resignations kept coming. Quitting of jobs abruptly without substantiations, quitting politics abruptly, joining of hands to hide the truth and documents was all evident and that still continues.  

Just like Ms Holgate resigned with immediate effect Ms Keneally also quit politics, despite winning her seat in the Heffron electorate. She was the NSW State MP.

She announced her resignation on 23 June 2012. Her last day as the Member for Heffron was 29 June 2012.

This forced the unnecessary by-election at Taxpayers’ expense in Heffron in NSW.

Ms Keneally was the Premier of NSW and the Labor loss under her Leadership was one of the worst in NSW Labor history in March 2011 elections. I was also her constituent while she was the NSW MP representing Heffron electorate. The following is my letter to her dated 18 May 2012.

Hon Kristina Keneally MP,

I visited your office personally this afternoon and had a very brief conversation with Ms Catherine Wade of your Electorate Office in relation to the unresolved matter that has affected my whole family for the past almost six years.

To give you some idea of the efforts that I have put in to get this matter resolved I am attaching a copy of my letter dated 3 January 2012 written to the former Senator for NSW Mr Mark Arbib (Attachment 1). He did not respond to this letter. Shortly after this letter was received by his office he resigned. As my local State Member, I am of the view that there will be many things in this detailed summation attached that will warrant your attention. This matter is of National lnterest. I hope you will see injustice every step of the way. I hope you will help me as my Local State Member. We need a decent democracy in this great country.

My matters are not hearsay or assumptions. Whatever has happened is very well documented. I just need the documents that were involved so that I can decide what further action could be taken to resolve this matter completely. Until this happens our pain and suffering and psychological torture will continue. I hope you will take personal interest to see that the destruction of democracy is halted in this country.

Dear Supporters, 

This Response was simply to brush me off because the matter with Australia Post was a Federal issue. Now that she is in the Federal politics and holding a high position of Shadow Minister for Home Affairs, this matter falls directly under her Shadow Ministerial responsibilities. She has failed to act and take the Hon Peter Dutton MP-Minister for Home Affairs to task for failing to address this matter.

She is also the Deputy Leader of the Opposition in the Senate and still not ready to raise this matter in the Senate. Just last week she has also been made Shadow Minister for Government Accountability from 28.1.2021 by the Leader of the Opposition the Hon Anthony Albanese MP.

She can use all these positions to get a resolution to these unresolved matters. Why is she silent and not acting? Who is controlling her, if any? What is she afraid of? Why is she not representing me when I am her constituent?

Today, everyone has the opportunity to see the letter to me from Senator the Hon Kristina Keneally dated 30 October 2018 in full to prove that she was not ready to raise this matter in the parliament. My family members are also her constituents.

This further proves that no matter who is in the government the corruption and cover ups have continued in this matter.

Dear Mr Wagh,

Thank you for contacting me again about your matters from 1 June 2012 further to your dealings with Australia Post.

Having made enquiries on your behalf with the office of Matt Thistlethwaite MP and Michelle Rowland MP, it would appear that your matter has already been escalated through the offices of the Government Ministers and Opposition Shadow Ministers, in addition to contact with Police, Ombudsman and ICAC.

From the information I have gathered, it appears that several statutory authorities have informed you that, on the facts provided, there is no basis on which to pursue the matter further. I am also informed that multiple Attorney-General have supported this conclusion. From their responses and information which you have provided, I have concluded that it would be improper to dismiss the advice of these various parties.

From your interaction with my staff, it would appear that your sole request for action is now to confirm the authenticity of the signature in a letter dated 23 August, 2000 from Mr Paul Gardner of the Australia Post Corporate Security Group. This is beyond my usual domain of constituent action. I would suggest that you first take up this matter with Mr Gardner. I understand that you may be disappointed, having exhausted much of the recourse available to you outside the courts, however I am unable to assist you any further with this matter.

Once again, thank you for taking the time to keep me informed about the issues that matter you.

My brief response to this letter is as follows:

1.      Senator Keneally was my Local State MP while she was the Premier of NSW and also after she was no longer the Premier but continued to be the Member for Heffron in NSW. My letter to her dated 18 May 2012 is included above. She not only returned my original letter but all the documents with that letter as well back to me in the mail. Her response to my letter dated 18 May 2012 is also included above.

2.      Within 23 days of returning my letter with all the documents Ms Keneally announced her resignation and then QUIT politics. No other MP, Minister or Shadow Minister in both NSW or Federal jurisdiction has ever returned my letter and documents in this way. There was only one exception and that was the former Liberal Senator for NSW the Hon Bill Heffernan. He returned my letter and documents but his electoral officer said they have made a copy and placed on their file.

3.      It is mentioned by Senator Keneally that she made enquiries with the office of Matt Thistlethwaite MP and Michelle Rowland MP. The Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP is of the same Labor party and is my Local Federal Member of Parliament. He has dismally failed to help and represent my family from 3 January 2012 in the parliament. He was the Senator for NSW at the time. Numerous letters are written to him that prove documented corruption and cover ups. He never ever wrote even a single letter to anyone at Australia Post for all these years. The Hon Michelle Rowland MP is the Shadow Minister for Communications. Since she was made Shadow Minister for Communications by the Hon Bill Shorten MP, while he was the Leader of the Opposition, she has NOT responded to my single letter from many I sent. I requested both Mr Thistlethwaite and Ms Rowland to tell me what information was provided to Senator Keneally by them. NO response is ever received.

4.      Senator Kennelly further wrote about my contact with Police Ombudsman and ICAC. When asked what was the information from Police, Ombudsman and ICAC, NO response is received. There is no mention if it was NSW or Federal Police, NSW or Commonwealth Ombudsman and if it was NSW ICAC? As there is no Federal ICAC I believe she meant NSW ICAC.

5.      Senator Keneally used the words like “it would appear”, “I am also informed”, “I understand” without any clarity and the source of her information. Is she relying on the corrupt people with lost values and then not disclosing their names?

6.      Senator Keneally mentions; multiple Attorney-General have supported the conclusion of several statutory authorities without mentioning any names at all. She is not open about who is telling this to her.

7.      Senator Keneally is not ready to dismiss the advice of various parties without telling who are those parties and the names of the people in those parties.

8.      Senator Keneally’s Labor party had successfully censured the former Attorney-General and the former Senator the Hon George Brandis QC of Liberal Party as the person UNFIT for the office of the AG. He is now Australia’s Ambassador to UK. He failed to respond to my many letters.

9.      Senator Keneally’s own Attorney-General, while she was the Premier of NSW, quit politics to refresh his life after her party lost the election with unheard of loss of seats. That Attorney-General protected the JP, even after that JP certified fabricated Australia Post documents while holding the position of the State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group NSW/ACT. That JP is Mr Alan Barwick and the Attorney-General’s name is Mr John Hatzistergos. He is now the District Court Judge in NSW Jurisdiction. Now I have to address him as His Honour the Honourable John Hatzistergos. He was of the same Labor party. He did not see any future and any chance to become Attorney General ever again and quit politics.

10.   Senator Keneally is expected to know that her own Shadow Attorney General the Hon Mark Dreyfus MP has failed dismally over all these years to respond to my single letter. What communications she had with him? I have many automated acknowledgements from him to my letters. He never ever sent any proper response to any of my letters at all.

11.  Senator Keneally also knows my contact with her Labor party’s former Federal Attorney General the Hon Nicola Roxon. She quit politics after failing to address this matter to spend time with her daughter Rebecca. She sent one baseless letter to the former Labor Senator the Hon John Faulkner who was trying to get a response from her on these matters. Senator Faulkner brought forward his retirement by over a year after he possibly could not handle criminal misconduct of Dr James Popple- former FOI Commissioner in my matters.

12.   Senator Keneally’s another Labor Party Senator for Victoria is Senator the Hon Kimberley Kitching. She asked questions to Ms Holgate about Cartier Watches in the Parliament but Senator Kitching has failed to respond to my letters to take up this matter and raise this in the parliament. Why?

13.   Senator Keneally is asking me to ask Mr Paul Gardner about the authenticity of his signature on the letter with the date 23 August 2000. This was a false date as the year was 2006. Senator Keneally has been informed that I have asked this question about authenticity of Mr Gardner’s signature on the letter to my solicitor to Mr Gardner many times. Mr Gardner did not respond. Numerous others in Australia Post including Ms Holgate were also asked about the authenticity of this signature in question but she did not respond as well. No one responded and yet Senator Keneally does not want to raise this matter in the Parliament.

14.   Senator Keneally is unable to assist me any further. She has not assisted me at all so what is the meaning of “assist any FURTHER”?

15.   Why is Senator Keneally failing to contact anyone in the Government? They are the ones responsible to hold people to account together with the people in the Opposition.

 

Dear Supporters,

Please decide if you can trust Senator Keneally after my above comments on her letter to me. On 23 June 2012, the Hon Kristina Keneally announced her resignation from the New South Wales Parliament. This is a period of just 23 days from returning my letter and documents. She was not even ready to keep the material provided by me in her office. What rules has she breached about the correspondence received by her while she was the Member for Heffron electorate?

Later she was the Labor candidate in the Bennelong by-election and lost that contest on 16 December 2017 to the Hon John Alexander MP OAM. In February 2018 she was selected as the Senator for New South Wales to fill the casual vacancy created by the resignation of the former Senator the Hon Sam Dastyari. Mr Dastyari never responded to my letters. Sam Dastyari and his lost morals are well known. Mr Dastyari got the job of NSW Senator in place of Mr Thistlethwaite who resigned as the Senator for NSW to contest the seat of Kingsford Smith after the resignation of the former Member the Hon Peter Garrett. Mr Garrett knew all the corruption and covers ups as well. My concerns about the corrupt conduct of number of people was sitting in Mr Garrett’s tray for months but the response never came.  (Please Note: anything sitting in the tray means it is due for a response). Senator Keneally then got selected to replace Mr Dastyari under that Section 15.

Senator Keneally is losing trust because the letter she wrote to me here is the classic example of lack of honesty, integrity, values, openness, accountability and complete ignorance of the pain and suffering and psychological torture of my family. Her Labor Party wants a strong FEDERAL ICAC. Well, she should be prepared for climbing in the witness box as well for failing to address documented corruption and crimes cover ups while representing people of NSW.

The same is the case with many Liberals as well.

I challenge Senator Keneally to answer my questions publicly about her failure to address this matter. Her failure to ask any questions to Australia Post’s former Group CEO and MD Ms Christine Holgate and relying on the people for information that she cannot substantiate is very concerning. She has no courage to disclose their names is against the very basic expectation of honesty, integrity and values.

 

Dear Supporters,

Please help to share this update with as many others as possible. We must not allow our elected representatives to destroy the democracy in our country. This letter from Senator Keneally to me deserves full scale investigations as her job is also to question the Minister for Home Affairs the Hon Peter Dutton MP and the Minister for Communications the Hon Paul Fletcher MP about this unresolved matter. Under the six years of Labor government this matter remained unresolved and she is allegedly helping her Labor friends from getting exposed for failing to resolve this matter while in the government is my view. They all, including Senator Keneally, are failing to get it resolved while in the Opposition as well.

I hope her failures to represent me will be taken very seriously by the people of Australia. People that support Labor must take a note as well. The lost trust cannot be restored quickly. Her party has lost the unlosable election last time. It appears that she has forgotten that.

The victory was taken for granted last time around.

If Senator Keneally, Senator Kitching, the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP and the Hon Michelle Rowland MP want to develop trust of the people of this nation they cannot PROTECT Australia Post.

Number 1 FAKE NEWS of the year 2020 was the media’s well publicised link to the Cartier watches gifted by Mr Holgate and her resignation. The same morally bankrupt, biased, dishonest and manipulating media does not respond to my letters on Ms Holgate’s and also Mr Ahmed Fahour’s resignation. What a disgrace that is.

I have not received any response to my letters from the Acting Group CEO and MD of Australia Post Mr Rodney Boys after the unwarranted resignation of Ms Holgate.

My supporter number has now gone up to 23905 people from across Australia and I hope this documentary evidence of unacceptable brush off letter from Senator Keneally will encourage many more people to help my family to get justice.

My letters that the other elected representatives ignored or sent baseless responses to me from the Liberal Party, the Greens and the Nationals could be shared in the future because no matter who is in the government the corruption is not curbed.

We, together, can make a change because we need to become corruption free. Billions of dollars could be saved every year just by becoming corruption free.
