I have been fighting against the documented systemic corruption and crimes cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials back in June 2006. YES, JUNE 2006. Someone used fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name very successfully, as a PHOTO ID, to redirect my entire family’s mail to a fraudulently opened PO Box on my name in the middle of the City of Sydney. This was Haymarket PostShop. Australia Post allowed this fraudulent/criminal activity to proceed without even contacting me first as per their own rules.
I have used every possible democratic process to get a resolution to this unresolved ID theft matter. Wherever I went to get a resolution, more and more people joined hands to cover up the TRUTH. This is continued to this day. FOURTEEN and a Half years have passed. This is an almost non-stop fight to get justice, get the REAL documents involved, find the motive and find the people involved in these criminal/fraudulent activities.
Australia Post officials have joined hands to hide the truth, hide the real documents involved and hide the identities of the people involved from us. It is highly likely that the people involved were identified in as little as 48 hours, on or just before 16 JUNE 2006. The cover ups have never stopped.
Number of high-ranking Australia Post officials have left their long-term and possibly extra-ordinarily highly paid jobs over the years.
On Friday, 22 January 2021, the report on the investigations carried out on the purchase of the Cartier watches by Ms Holgate was made public by the government. These watches were given as gifts to four employees of Australia Post by Ms Holgate. I have read the entire 40 pages report.
Now, before I go any further, please look at the sample of the headlines by various media outlets on this report.

Dear Supporters, the media has been contacted by me numerous times about my Identity theft cover ups by Australia Post officials and they are provided my petition updates numerous times but they are all silent.
Where is the independence and impartiality in reporting? Where is the honesty, integrity and values of the media? Where is their courage to give me a voice? Not seen by me at all.
Ms Christine Corbett was the Chief Customer Officer. She was also Acting Group CEO and Managing Director between the period Ms Holgate took office and Mr Ahmed Fahour-former MD & Group CEO left. She was made Acting Executive General Manager-Consumer and Community while her replacement was found and after her decision to leave Australia Post.
That replacement was Ms Nicole Sheffield. More about Ms Sheffield a little later as some of it was already shared in my updates earlier.
Ms Corbett worked for Australia Post for around 27 long years. My numerous requests to her to get this matter resolved were ignored by her. Her last yearly remuneration, that I am aware of, is just over $1.5 Million in the year 2019. She had numerous opportunities to address the documented corruption, fraudulent activities, tampering of records, hiding of the documents, hiding of the envelope and the cheque on my name, money spent by Australia Post to cover up corruption and crimes for all these years. She was NOT interested in taking over as the Group CEO and Managing Director. Why? What stopped her in leading Australia Post despite she was a preferred candidate of the former Chairman Mr John Stanhope?
Who will investigate? Why is the media silent?
Ms Corbett then joined PwC as their Advisor. I raised my serious concerns with PwC for appointing her as their Advisor. Two online PwC forms were filled by me and a request was made to give my comments to Ms Corbett. NO response was ever received.
The reason for my serious concerns about Ms Corbett, taking up a role as an Advisor with PwC was very simple. She had a massive Conflict of Interest in taking up this position. PwC is appointed by Australia Post over number of years to take information from the Whistleblowers.
With the documented alleged unacceptable conduct of Ms Corbett, while working for Australia Post as their Chief Customer Officer, EGM Consumer and Community and also as the Acting Group CEO and MD, her appointment by PwC was very questionable. I have numerous concerns about PwC as the Whistleblower information taker/gatherer but that will come later.
Ms Corbett left PwC job. Is there anyone ready to investigate why she left PwC in a short period with them? This departure came only after failing to respond to my contact with PwC.
Neither Ms Corbett nor anyone at PwC has ever responded to my online contact with them. Will anyone investigate PwC?
Ms Corbett has now taken a job with AGL as their Chief Customer Officer. More about my documented contact with AGL a little later. They are all silent. Please read my update with the following heading. It was dated February 29, 2020. The title was:

Ms Holgate never responded and now she is gone. Why? Who will investigate?

This update was posted on April 6, 2019”. No response was ever received from Ms Holgate.
The same media that had no hesitation to jump on this Cartier watches story, fuelled by our PM, has no courage to investigate the TRUTH behind the resignation of Ms Holgate, Ms Corbett, Mr Fahour and many others that worked for Australia Post. Many are still working for Australia Post. Media has no courage to find out why the former Ministers for Communications have left. They are:
The former Labor Senator Stephen Conroy, former Liberal Minister the Hon Malcolm Turnbull who also went on to become the PM, former Liberal Senator Mitch Fifield and the former Liberal Finance Minister responsible for Australia Post-former Senator Mathias Cormann.
All of these people named above were contacted numerous times to hold Australia Post to account while being responsible in their portfolio responsibility but they failed to act to resolve the matter. Except Mr Conroy no one responded at all.
What was going on? The HQ of Australia Post, with Ms Holgate as their leader, was developing cracks. Those cracks kept on widening and widening under Ms Holgate’s
Leadership. Then we heard our PM saying “She can go” in the following link from Channel 9.
My concerns about Australia Post are known to numerous elected representatives from all sides of politics including the successive Prime Ministers and successive Communications Ministers. This is from long before this Cartier watches story suddenly popped up and the IMMEDIATE AND UNWARRANTED resignation of Ms Holgate got linked to these gifted Cartier watches.
The Acting Group CEO and Managing Director of Australia Post Mr Rodney Boys is now failing to respond to my letters and remaining silent on documented corruption and crimes cover ups in my Identity theft cover ups matters.
As per the report made public on the Cartier watches investigations, Mr Boys was authorising spending on the credit card that belonged to CEO’s office. This has been considered as wrong because the person junior to Ms Holgate was making decisions on Ms Holgate’s office credit card.
Who will investigate why Mr. Boys is silent on documented corruption and crimes cover ups despite my request to him to resolve this matter?
Dear Supporters, A very big thank you to all for showing trust in me and supporting me. I will try my best to share my letters that Ms Holgate did not respond. These letters were sent shortly before she resigned with the IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
It is highly likely that standing her down or telling her to stand down was possibly unlawful or at least against the rules governing her employment. It is well publicised that she was not given anything in writing about the reasons for standing her down at the time of this news.
Please note that in the last few weeks my supporter number has gone up at a very fast rate. That number now stands at 23,295 and no one except you, the supporters, is helping me in any way to get this matter investigated and resolved.
This includes my Local Federal Member of Parliament. He is of Labor party. He is not ready to raise this matter in the Parliament even when his party wants a FEDERAL ICAC established soon. What is he afraid of? Who is controlling him? Is he doing his job as a servant of the people that he represents as the Member for Kingsford Smith electorate?
I have received one baseless letter from him that I am considering sharing with my comments. This is also the case with Senator the Hon Kristina Keneally. I am her constituent. I was also her constituent while she was the NSW State Member for Heffron electorate. Despite the fact that she is now the Shadow Minister for Home Affairs, she has no courage to raise this matter in the Parliament. She has no courage to hold the Hon Peter Dutton MP-Minister for Home Affairs to account for failing to resolve this matter. Mr Dutton is aware of this matter for many years but never ever responds to my letters. The Attorney General’s office has informed me that this is the matter for the Minister for Home Affairs.
This is considered as the bi-partisan unity to help Australia Post and numerous others that helped and helping Australia Post to cover up the TRUTH.
The power of truth has no limitations. The power of money that Australia Post used to cover up corruption and crimes will be numerous folds more than the Cartier watches cost. WHO WILL INVESTIGATE?
Please keep helping and please keep spreading the word and please share my update with as many others as possible.
One day you could become the victim and if the criminals win, they will get encouragement to steal identities of many more people because they will see that no matter how many people know about this matter it remained covered up.
Please help. The lost trust in our politicians is documented here in this matter and they need to be held to account as well along with Ms Holgate, Ms Corbett, Mr Fahour and their teams.
As per the report that is released on Friday 22 January 2021 there are added responsibilities on the Corporate Secretary in relation to honesty, integrity, ethical standard, corporate governance and reporting to the Chairman and the Board Members of the issues facing Australia Post. Has Mr Nick Macdonald carried out his job with honesty and integrity?
I must add here that the former Corporate Secretary was Ms Erin Kelly. As per the reports, she was made Redundant. She was allegedly part of the cover ups and was in the inner circle of both Mr Fahour and also Ms Holgate. Her legal threats to me via the former Shadow Minister for Communications the Hon Jason Clare MP were never put in action by her.
Mr Clare got out of his Shadow Minister for Communications portfolio with the help of the Hon Bill Shorten MP while Mr Shorten was the Leader of the Opposition.
The Hon Michelle Rowland MP was selected to replace Mr Clare but she is no different. She has serious concerns about Australia Post and its Board. She calls the Board of Australia Post as “the Liberal Party Swamp” but when it comes to documented corruption and cover ups that are before her in my matters, she stays silent. WHY?
Mr Nick Macdonald was appointed in Ms Erin Kelly’s position and has been given the unheard-of position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary by Ms Holgate. He was contacted numerous times by me but has never responded to my letters and faxes.
If you have forgotten, he was giving legal threats for NOT delivering the Stubby holders sent by Senator the Hon Pauline Hanson’s office to the residents of the Melbourne Towers in lockdown. These threats were to Melbourne City Council who were delivering food and other essentials to the residents of Melbourne Towers due to Corona virus lockdown. They did not deliver these Stubby Holders. These Stubby holders were later returned to Senator Hanson at HER cost.
Senator Hanson has not responded to my letters for helping me. I am not her constituent but she can use this documented corruption to help her Queensland constituents. What is stopping her. Who is controlling her?
I have every intention to share my letters that Mr Macdonald has failed to respond to with my supporters to give you an idea of how this cancer of corruption has spread in the HQ in Melbourne of Australia Post.
Special Note: I called Mr Rodney Boys’s phone number to see if will talk to me. The phone rang on the desk of the Resolutions Manager Mr Andrew Ballantyne. This was an excellent opportunity for me to convey my message to Mr Boys that he has failed to respond to my letters. I conveyed my utter disappointment that Mr Boy’s is not responding and also Mr Ballantyne’s failure to respond as well. I sent many letters to Mr Ballantyne after knowing that he was the Resolutions Manager. He never responded to any of my letters.
Mr Boy’s phone number ringing on Mr. Ballantyne’s desk was the proof that Mr Boys does not want his own secretary or Chief of Staff picking up calls. Many calls were previously made. They all went on answering machine and despite my requests to call me, no one ever called me.
Let us please start making our country corruption free and we start from AUSTRALIA POST because we Own Australia Post. Taxpayers’ money spent to cover up corruption and crimes by Australia Post officials will not only fail the so called “PUB TEST” but ANY OTHER TEST.
Will anyone in the Parliament ask Mr Rodney Boys how much money, time, resources, human power, legal power, external lawyer’s fees, travel cost from Melbourne to Sydney many times of Mr Mick Batskos of “FOI Solutions” (based in Melbourne) and Mr Andy Caprackas who was the Legal Officer and National FOI officer of Australia Post based in Melbourne was used to represent Australia Post before the AAT in Sydney? I was the applicant and was representing myself. The corruption that took place to protect Australia Post in AAT is fortunately very well documented.
I went to AAT-Administrative Appeals Tribunal because Australia Post had not given me REAL documents involved and provided JP Certified fabricated documents where that JP was their own CSG Manager. He was directly responsible for helping us. His name is Mr Alan Barwick. He left Australia Post many years ago. The AAT was the option to get a voice and cross refer Australia Post officials. I was never given an opportunity by AAT’s Senior Member Ms Geri Ettinger to cross refer even a single official of Australia Post during One and a Half years the matter was before AAT. Corruption in AAT is a separate chapter in this story. The cover ups continued.
Australia Post officials have never stopped covering up this matter. They have not stopped for the past 14 and a half years spending recklessly to hide the truth. The inaction on the cover ups also costs money. How many more people, law firms, external and internal lawyers are involved in giving advice? Is “Remain silent” on the cover ups is the advice Mr Rodney Boys and Ms Christine Holgate have received?
Who will investigate?
Our country should not be allowed to go down the path where the corruption and crimes of this kind are kept covered up. Nothing fraudulent and criminal should be covered up. Australia Post did not care and the cover ups have continued.
The people power is the answer because successive governments have dismally failed to resolve this matter.
Please help me to get a voice that has been denied. Please help to keep the DEMOCRACY in our country alive.
