The time has come to share one my letters to Mr Gary Starr. Mr. Starr is one of the highest paid Executive General Manager in Australia Post. Due to the failures of others to resolve the matter I contacted him many times with the hope that he will take interest in this unresolved ID theft cover up matter that is ongoing from June 2006.

I sent him the copy of my letter I wrote to many others that are involved in these matters for many years. Mr Don Kane is involved in the cover ups right from 16 June 2006. He was the investigator and knows the truth because he was handed over all those REAL documents involved in the Mail redirection, PO Box opening, cheque on my name, the envelope on my name, the Mobile telephone number of my imposter etc. etc. by Mr Steve Gabell of Alexandria Delivery Facility-ADF as per Mr Gabell. This hand over of documents took place on 16 June 2006 at the ADF.

My letters, numerous emails and SMS messages were never ever responded by Mr Kane after telling me that helping me was HIS JOB back on 16 June 2006.

If he was honest, moral and ethical and followed the rules of Australia Post there was no need for him to cover up this matter at all.

From 2005 to 2014 he was Australia Post’s Corporate Investigator as per the information available about him. Due to numerous leads like cheque, mobile number, PO Box Key handovers, manual filling of the forms for redirecting our mail and PO Box application etc. the people involved were identified in as litters as 48 hours is my view. After that there was every effort made to get the truth out by my family. Those cover ups have never ended. We have been denied justice and the truth for all these years. The following is the letter to Mr Starr as mentioned above. It was sent by email:

Dear Mr Starr,

The following is the copy of my email to Australia Post officials that you are expected to have contacts with in the normal course of your responsibilities is my view. If this is not the case it does not really matter because you can always know where these people are located in Australia Post and their contact details using your authority is my view.

I have written few emails to you in the past but you have not responded at all. This following email written to Ms Christine Corbett, Ms Erin Kelly, Mr. Scott Staunton, Mr. Geoff Williams, Mr. Paul Burke, Mr. Don Kane, Mr. Rod Lemish, Mr. Evan Henley, Mr. Steve Brotherson and Mr. Paul Gardner has not been responded by them. This raises serious questions about their conduct and the possibility that the signature of Mr. Paul Gardner could be a forgery cannot be ruled out. I hope you will not support these people as all of them are allegedly involved in the unresolved matters in some form is my view.

I request you to use your authority to tell me the truth and not engage in any wilful blindness at any time. My petition to Ms Holgate can be read by anyone in the world. The supporter number of this petition is now approaching 2500. The current number stands at 2447 as I write this email to you.

My supporters will be updated if you do not respond to my communication which please note. This matter is not going away anywhere until the people like you take full responsibility to respond to the communications received by you from me.

Please also remember that the cause of death of Mr Bob Croxford whose name was provided to me by Mr Paul Burke is suicide. There was no inquest of that death is my view. I believe I am the interested party as I was not aware of this until very recently. There could be whistle-blowers just waiting to blow the whistles anytime and I hope you will not join the following people and many others as well in Australia Post to keep the truth hidden from me and my family.

I once again request you to provide me with your direct fax number and mobile number that is provided to you by Australia Post.

I request you to show this letter to Ms Christine Holgate so that she is aware that I have written this to you. If you do not respond I may have to send it to her directly which please note.

For the people of this nation, it is very important to have honest, moral and ethical people running Australia Post is my view. This is not the case at this point in time is also my view.

A new Our Ethics guide was launched in 2009 and is being promulgated through every level of the business. Our Ethics makes it clear that directors, employees, licensees and contractors of Australia Post are responsible for leading by example, upholding the corporation’s values and always acting consistently with the ethical standards in their dealings with customers, suppliers, the corporation and each other. Managers and supervisors have a special responsibility to encourage and foster a culture in which ethical conduct is valued, recognised, demonstrated and expected. Under Australia Post’s whistleblower policy, an independently operated contact service is in place to facilitate the confidential disclosure of serious breaches of ethical standards.

In the attached PDF document is it the genuine signature of Mr Paul Gardner or it is a forgery?

I hope in this new year (2018) the corruption and crimes cover ups, as has been happening from June 2006, is not continued.

Is the name Security and Investigation now changed back to Corporate Security?

You now have a new leader. She is Ms Christine Holgate. Please go to her and tell her about all your wrongdoings as the first starting point and then please tell her that this has to end. Getting a new National Manager Corporate Security is fine but that person should not be fed with anything to cheat him/her to protect the ongoing corruption and crimes cover ups to protect numerous people in Australia Post is my suggestion to you all.

You cannot rely on legal threats to me and rely on simply deliberately not responding to letters. Not a single person was brought to the AAT (Administrative Appeals Tribunal) to stand in witness box. Not a single person wrote any affidavit that was fully involved in the alleged corruption and crimes cover ups as per the AAT requirements.

Please do not use Ministers/Shadow Ministers to write baseless letters to protect Australia Post. Nothing has worked so far and nothing will work in the future unless the truth is told and wrongdoings accepted is my view.

You may not have seen any case like this because you have failed to understand that the people can have enormous patience. The law is not on your side and the truth is on my side and the TRUTH WILL ALWAYS TRIUMPH. This is why you must realise your limitations to cover up matters where the story has built up and up and up from June 2006. 

Please do not listen to the police if they are telling you to cover up this matter as they are the ones who could charge you for the part that you could be playing in these matters any time because they are not the ones that have provided me with the fabricated JP certified documents. It was Australia Post and I hope you will take notice of that.   

The excuse of Mr Fahour to leave was seven years was too long a period to be on the top job. That will not hold any water in the future. Judicial corruptions also have limitations and the police corruptions also have limitations.

Is the newly advertised position for the National Manager Corporate Security by Australia Post is for replacing Mr Scott Staunton? Is he going back as the Head of Legal or going to work behind the scenes like Ms Helen Fleming of the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman or has resigned already like Mr Fahour and will continue till the replacement is found?

I hope you all will adhere to your own publicised values and ethical standards all the time.

I hope you have realised that the police corruption, AAT corruption, moral bankruptcy of the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman, Criminal misbehaviour to protect Australia Post of Dr James Popple and Prof John McMillan, NSW Police Officers lying in the witness boxes in the former ADT where Ms Linda Pearson was the Member, corruption in the NSW Information and Privacy Commission, wilful blindness of numerous politicians and government agencies to protect Australia Post has not worked so far except for prolonging the matter.

I have no reason to stop fighting against the highest-level corruption in our country. I am requesting many to start from Australia Post as this is where the corruption and cover ups started and has continued for all these years. More and more people will get involved if the matter is not resolved and that could make the matters worse is my view.

I await your response. Verifying the signature of Mr Paul Gardner is now the priority. I asked him this question but he failed to respond.

I am of the view that you have realised that this matter will continue till it is fully resolved.

Dear Supporters,

Please note, all these big names in Australia Post know the seriousness of the matter for number of years. Their silence was supported by Ms Holgate and she remained silent for all the three years on the corruption and crimes cover ups and has now left.

The untrustworthy media knew my fight for justice and my concerns about Australia Post for years and then their conduct to protect Ms Holgate and also Mr Fahour deservers National condemnation.

The lost values of numerous media personalities will also be shared at some stage.

Their lost independence and imbalanced story generation needs challenging by the people of our nation.

Even if my 10% supporters start sending my updates regularly to the media and come back to me via my updates about what they are saying or saying nothing at all, it may start somewhere to expose them. The people of this nation deserve honesty in the media. They need impartial reporting and not cheat their readers, viewers and listeners when it comes to cases like this one.

Please help my family to get justice. This matter has documented corruption in other places as well but it was Australia Post that started the cover ups therefore, they have the responsibility to come clean first. This means giving me the documents and information that is REAL and full of facts.

This matter will only intensify because nothing is going to deter me. Ms Holgate still has the opportunity to come clean about her silence.

She was concerned about her own well-being. That is all good. What about her total failure to enquire about my family’s well-being? Why was she careless about our pain and suffering and psychological torture by her and her own people?

Who will investigate her and Mr Fahour’s resignation? There is overflowing evidence of their unacceptable conduct. Our media has failed and that failure deserves naming and shaming people and the programmes that covered up this matter is my view.

Where are you Ms Ita Buttrose AC, OBE? Where is “your ABC? Are you afraid of the government? Just a few questions from you on this matter to the government and also the Opposition and the Greens as well will be enough to expose them all for failing to do their jobs for which they get paid for.

The taxpayers pay them for doing their job. Where is the return for that payment? Where is the honesty, integrity and values? None at all.

Then there are Australia Post officials to answer questions. Where is the ABC’s independence and impartiality gone?

One of the big problems is Ms Buttrose has given a part time job to Ms Nicole Sheffield. It is partly announced as follows:

“ABC Chair Ita Buttrose has announced former media executive Nicole Sheffield has been appointed to lead the ABC Advisory Council. Sheffield is executive general manager, community & consumer at Australia Post and will chair the ABC Advisory Council in a part-time capacity.

Buttrose said, “As the national broadcaster, it is vital that the ABC reflects and listens to the Australian public. Nicole’s passion for consumer interests will ensure that the Advisory Council is an effective advocate for the ABC’s diverse audiences. Under her leadership the Council will serve as an important conduit between the ABC Board and the Australian community”.

Dear Supporters, Ms Sheffield has a massive conflict of interest because she is not responding to my letters after taking over from Ms Christine Corbett. With the senior part time position like this one there is every chance that she could influence ABC for not taking my story to protect her and Australia Post as well.

Who will investigate this conflict of Interest?

My petition is now signed and supported by 22,095 people from across Australia.

The support is increasing faster than ever before after the Media engaged in FAKE News linking Ms Holgate’s resignation to Cartier watches she gave as gifts.

I have contacted Mr Rodney Boys Acting Group CEO and MD of Australia Post for resolving this matter. I am awaiting his response. I also expect him to add all the money spent by Australia Post officials to cover up corruption and crimes for the past 14 and a half years in this unresolved matter. It will be considered as Taxpayers’ money spent to protect the wrongdoers from within and also from the outside of Australia Post and for denying justice to my family from 15 June 2006.
