Today, I am sharing my two short emails to Ms Christine Holgate which she failed to respond to. On 24 July 2018 I received a call from the lady who said she is from Australia Post and with her was another Senior official. (I will reveal the name later). She said her name is Lucy Tehan.
She said they wanted to come to my home in Sydney from Melbourne without mentioning my Petition to Ms Holgate or anything in particular for that visit.
I wanted to meet Ms Holgate with the people that were relevant and involved in this matter and that was conveyed to Ms Holgate many times by me. The venue was suggested by me as the Board Room of Australia Post’s Alexandria Delivery Facility-ADF in Sydney, where it all started, and not my home in Sydney.
After telling me that my file is closed many times earlier by Australia Post officials this was looking like a good development. Due to the fact that my family members are greatly affected, I wanted to discuss this offer with them before committing to see anyone at our home on this matter.
All my three family members rejected outright anyone coming to our home after realising that Lucy Tehan was a Lawyer previously working for a Law firm Minter Ellison with secondment to Australia Post for some time and then taking up job with Australia Post later.
The other person was previously a very senior Australian Federal Police officer appointed by Ms Holgate. No one directly involved and aware of this matter from the start was selected to see me despite that number is very high.
Today’s image is just to prove that I received a letter as a PDF document from Ms Lucy Tehan that was attached to the email with a clear mention that the original of that letter was also in the Mail. That original letter NEVER arrived.
The letter was on Australia Post letterhead without any contact details of Ms Lucy Tehan whatsoever. Those details were on the email only. That instantly raised concerns and the offer to see me looked somewhat suspicious because these two officials were not known to me at all.
I therefore wanted to confirm the authenticity of this letter from Ms Lucy Tehan to me from Ms Holgate. I wrote to Ms Holgate as per my email below. I also made my own comments on the letter itself from Ms Lucy Tehan paragraph by paragraph. Ms Holgate did not respond at all. Her Executive Assistant was Ms Helen Moritz. She also failed to respond.
In January 2020 Ms Tehan left Australia Post. Ms Holgate resigned on 2 November 2020 without responding to any of my letters.
My supporters are now expected to understand that her resignation had nothing to do with the Cartier watches gifted by her to four employees of Australia Post. The media reports linking this resignation to Cartier watches was fundamentally wrong and was allegedly deceptive and misleading after my contacts with them numerous times earlier about my concerns with Australia Post which they ignored.
My challenge is open to anyone in the media to prove anything in my petition that is wrong. They have no courage to touch this story so far because there is systemic documented corruption and cover ups involving many big names in our country with deep pockets.
The trust in the media is so low that it will take lot of time and efforts from them to restore that lost trust. The people are fed up of the lost independence and impartiality in reporting by the people in the media. My story is in the immense Public Interest because it involves Identity theft cover ups involving many from within and also from outside of Australia Post.
On top of this, numerous of our elected representatives are aware of the unacceptable conduct, corruption and cover ups for many years. The lost trust in many politicians is not good for our democracy.
I request all my current and future supporters and all the others to unite and say no to this type of conduct where there is a clear evidence of abuse of authority, deception, fabrications, dishonesty, unlawful activities, silence on the cover ups, brush off letters, cheating on an ongoing basis, hiding of my mail and documents, hiding of the cheque on my name, hiding of the truth and the alleged intentional contribution to inflict pain and suffering and psychological torture on my family for protecting the wrongdoers and also to silence us.
The intentional, calculated and deliberate failures of the due democratic processes to get a resolution involves many others as well.
Where is the Media? Where are all those Walkley award winners? Where is the Print Media and TV investigative programmes? They are nowhere to be seen in reporting on this matter. Why? Who is controlling them? What is their benefit in remaining silent? Do they want to protect their FAKE news about Ms Holgate’s resignation?
Why the breaches by the in-house Corporate Lawyers of Australia Post are not exposed? Why are they united in covering up corruption and crimes?
Why did Mr Ahmed Fahour resign? Why did Ms Christine Holgate resign? Why did many politicians quit politics after remaining silent on this matter for years?

Dear Ms Holgate,
I have not received any response or even an acknowledgement from you to my following email to you. Your EA Ms Helen Moritz was sent a copy as well. She has not made any contact with me about this attached letter.
Before I comment any further on the letter to me from your Corporate Lawyer Ms Lucy Tehan of Australia Post dated 10 September 2018, I will need a written confirmation from you that this letter to me that is attached here with my comments is authentic and not a fraudulent and corrupt activity in any shape or form. I need this confirmation from you because I have not received the original of this letter in the mail as stated in this attached letter.
This means that the letter with Ms Lucy Tehan’s signature as appearing in the attached letter may not have been sent as indicated on that letter to my home address at all. There will be no point in commenting any further until I find out about the authenticity of this letter.

Dear Supporters,
No response was ever received. Ms Lucy Tehan, as per my understanding, left Australia Post Job in January 2020 and Ms Holgate resigned on 2 November 2020 with IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
Please help my family to get justice and please share this petition and update with as many others as possible.
My petition is now signed and supported by 22471 people from across Australia and that is an excellent support especially when there is no support from the media and no support and help from the politicians as well
