Dear Valued Supporters,

Ms Christine Holgate’s resignation and the No.1 FAKE NEWS of the year 2020 that she resigned because of the Cartier watches she gave as gifts to four employees of Australia Post needs documentary evidence to prove that this story is indeed a FAKE NEWS.

I will prove to you that this resignation was imminent and the cracks were developing in her ability to cover up ongoing dishonesty, corruption, crimes, fabrications, record tampering, truth hiding and the dwindling support from others to protect her.

Numerous elected representatives are aware about my fight for justice and fight against the documented systemic corruption and cover ups. Not a single Elected Representative has put his or her hand up to ask questions to Australia Post officials in relation to their failures to address this matter that tis ongoing from June 2006. This silence from the elected representatives helped Australia Post to continue to hide the truth.

This wilful blindness of the people in the Parliament House that we elect to keep our democracy heathy helped Australia Post officials to ignore me and my family as there was no one coming forward to help and denounce Australia Post officials’ ongoing wrongdoings.

I did not give up and more and more people joined hands to wear me and my family down. I will come up with the details as the time progresses.

Below is my letter to Ms Holgate I wrote on 10 January 2019. She did not respond. Everyone from Australia Post that was the recipient of my email has allegedly played part in keeping the truth covered up. Many have taken active part even before Ms Holgate took over from Mr Fahour. Mr Fahour was no different and most of the above named in the email helped him to keep the truth covered up as well. Now they are all very SILENT. Their two big leaders have now gone. Their support has developed cracks. Some have left their jobs after Mr Fahour left. I am not sure how many more will leave after Ms Holgate has now left.  

The following is my letter as mentioned above sent on 10 January 2019.

Dear Ms Holgate,

I have written many letters to you but you have not responded at all. The whole world can now read my petition to you, my updates and comments from my supporters and my replies to my supporters’ comments on Change.org platform. Due to the dismal failures of the available democratic processes that were used to get the resolution Change.org platform was the one other option left to start petition to you where I could communicate with you and my supporters at the same time.

Can you please make a public statement to tell the people of Australia, who are the Owners of Australia Post, how your silence is justified and how can you allow the documented systemic corruption and crimes cover ups to continue despite you and numerous of your officials including all those sent email with you today are aware of the corruption and crimes cover ups?

There are many others that have left Australia Post and also aware of this matter but failed to act and that includes your two predecessors Mr Ahmed Fahour and Mr Graeme T. John as well. Ms Christine Corbett, who was the Group Chief Customer Officer, categorically denied any corruption and crimes cover ups by Australia Post but failed to respond to my letters when requested to justify what she wrote to me. She even worked as Acting MD & Group CEO between the time Mr Fahour left and you took over. When you took over, Ms Corbett even worked as Acting Executive General Manager Community & Consumer till Ms Nicole Sheffield took over. In all these roles I contacted her but she never ever responded after she failed to substantiate her own written categorical denial of corruption and crimes cover ups. Then she left Australia Post and her 1.5 Million remuneration job which was more money than what you have accepted to work on. Will you please investigate her for her failure to act and resolve this matter? I read in one article that Mr Fahour made Ms Corbett Group Chief Customer Officer by promoting her from FOUR levels down to put in that position. Is it true then that she protected Mr Fahour to return that favour by not doing her job of helping us as customers when the documented systemic corruption was made available to Ms Corbett by me? Ms Corbett was No.1 preferred person of Mr John Stanhope-Chairman of Australia Post to succeed Mr Fahour but she declined to accept that offer. Please correct me if this is wrong. 

How many of Australia Post’s Rules and Regulations, Code of Conduct, Corporate Governance, Moral and Ethical responsibilities, special and extra responsibilities of your Executives and Managers have been breached and continue to get breached? This is not the case where just one or two people are involved but numerous people on very high positions are involved. They have failed to resolve this matter. Is this a fair, just, reasonable and acceptable conduct of you all?

With your past good employment history on top positions, I believed you will not act and conduct yourself like Mr Fahour but you have not shown any difference so far which is very disappointing and unacceptable to my family.

I allowed you to bring many of your senior executives with you to the meeting in the Board Room of Alexandria Delivery Facility in Sydney where it all started but you failed to even acknowledge my letters sent by email and in the mail as well.

The following is just copied and pasted from what is now available on Google. I sincerely request you stop engaging in wilful blindness and ignore the matter. The meeting with me will give you a chance to understand how the cancer of corruption and cover ups have spread over the years from June 2006.

There are people from all over Australia and some from outside of Australia that have signed and supported my petition and that number will keep growing. It stands at 8284 today on 10 January 2019 at 5:30 pm. Does this support mean anything to you?

I also asked you about the authenticity of a letter to me from your lawyer Ms Lucy Tehan on Australia Post letterhead sent as a PDF document without any address, phone and fax numbers and email on that letter despite those details were on the email to which this letter was attached. The original of that PDF document was mentioned as sent in the mail but that mail did not arrive at all.

How long my family has to suffer Ms Holgate? If you have been cheated by your own people or the people outside of Australia Post why do you tolerate these people’s conduct Ms Holgate?

It is time for you to show your leadership and talk to me face to face to see why numerous people may have run away from their jobs. I once again request you for not following the wrong path of Mr Fahour and his team with lost values that worked with him and worked around him at that time.

It is important for you to know the unacceptable conduct of many in Australia Post and that includes Mr. Scott J. Staunton as well. Despite holding positions such as Deputy General Counsel, Head of Legal, General Manager Security and Investigations, Authorised Officer for receiving information from Whistle-blowers he failed to respond to any of my letters from many that I sent to him. Is this what Australia Post stands for? Mr Staunton had made one flawed review decision of my FOI request where the initial decision maker was the National FOI Officer/Legal Officer Mr Andy Caprackas at that time.

What is your responsibility now Ms Holgate? Do you want my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture to continue by ignoring us and ignoring the ongoing alleged systemic corruption and crimes cover ups or you want to see me to address this and resolve this unresolved matter?

The following is sufficient material for you to respond to my letters and contact me. That contact is expected from you because others have failed so far. The people that are connected with your Corporate Security Group, Legal departments, lawyers and anyone that had employments with either NSW Police Force and AFP are not suitable people as well.

Ms Holgate, I have included many Australia Post official’s names to receive this email along with you today and the copies are sent to your EA and many elected representatives. Many are Senators for NSW and I am their constituent. Others like Senator Fifield is the Minister for Communications, The Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP is my Local Federal Member, the Hon Bill Shorten MP is the Leader of the Opposition, the Hon Tanya Plibersek MP is the Deputy Leader of the Opposition,

Senator the Hon Richard Di-Natale is the Leader of the Greens, Senator the Hon Penny Wong is the Leader of the Opposition in the Senate and the Hon Michelle Rowland MP is the Shadow Minister for Communications. 

I hope you will act fast as this matter is ongoing form June 2006 and this means for the past Twelve and a half years this has remained active and unresolved. The people outside of Australia Post that have allegedly helped Australia Post are many and the documented dishonesty of others is also documented.

I request you to deal with what is before you and that is the part that Australia Post has played to keep the matters covered up by engaging in a conduct that is unacceptable.

The REAL DOCUMENTS or the copies of the REAL DOCUMENTS involved are with Australia Post and the fabricated documents supplied to me by Australia Post is a separate unacceptable activity which did not get addressed as well for all these years.

No matter how many people leave their jobs, removed from the jobs, warned for their actions or even jailed for their actions does not resolve this matter. The matter will be resolved when the TRUTH is told and the documents involved released to me that were asked for many times by me and my family members.

I request you to maintain the highest standards of your office that in my view your two immediate predecessors failed to maintain. You cannot continue to protect those that were given numerous chances and opportunities to come clean and tell us the truth and that includes your many former employees and many current employees as well.

I wish you all the best to tell us the TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH.

I hope this start of the new year gives you all the strength and courage to lead by example. I wish you a very happy and successful New Year 2019.

I need a meeting with you as requested many times before. Only you, me and your EA Ms Helen. Equipment required is a white board, four colours of white board markers. No recordings, no documents, no evidence presentation. I will talk and you both listen. You can take notes and then give me a copy of what you wrote. It is that simple. If I have made mistakes in details, I will fix them after reading what you wrote later. Helen can take notes too and give me a copy of that as well. 

Informal meeting in Sydney with you and Ms Helen is requested at the venue that can be decided with mutual agreement.

Dear Supporters, this was the end of my email dated 10 January 2019 to Ms Holgate and many others. NO response was received.

Please note that more Australia Post officials have now got involved to cover up the matter.

The alleged support from the Prime Minister, Communications Minister, Finance Minister, my Local Federal Member, Shadow Minister for Communications and numerous other Senators came in the form of complete silence on my continued allegations sent to all these Honourable people. No one helped. No questions were asked to Ms Holgate, that I was made aware of, by anyone at all.

I will continue to prove the FAKE Media NEWS about Ms Holgate’s resignation linked to Cartier watches she gave as gifts.

There is NOT A SINGLE person in the media, NOT A SINGLE TV Investigative programme, NOT A SINGLE Walkley award winner has shown any courage to give me a voice. The trust is lost and it will keep taking a dive because we need independent and impartial media. We need honest elected representatives that will say NO to corruption.

My fight is UNPRECEDENTED and it will continue.

I will give a very good opportunity to Mr Rodney Boys who is now the Acting Group CEO and MD of Australia Post to address the matter and get those hidden documents out. If he shows interest there could be another exodus of people involved from Australia Post. The first exodus had Mr Fahour’s many supporters.

Please help to make our country corruption free and we start from Australia Post.

Media, obviously does not care about the declining standards of democracy. We, together can make a change.

I do not want this FAKE story of Cartier watches to go unchallenged therefore I have put this update without wasting any time.

Come on media, you now have the opportunity to challenge what is presented here.

Where are you SMH, Daily Telegraph, Channel 9, Channel 7, Channel 10, Four corners, 60 Minutes and “your ABC”?. Where are you Bharat Times in Melbourne?

Where are you “the Guardian Australia”? Where are you Mr Neil Mitchell (3AW)? Where are you Mr John Laws?

Why do you fail to respond to my letters? Who is stopping you? If you want to sell more papers, increase your viewers and increase your listeners this story is the one because this story has documented corruption everywhere. This story does not need a FEDERAL ICAC. It needs exposing the wrongdoers that are proven to be the wrongdoers on the documents.

Dear Supporters, please do not hesitate to ask questions as this resignation of Ms Holgate has a potential to expose corruption from many other places as well.

Please continue to help because this resignation of Ms Holgate has acted like a spark that was necessary to bring out the truth. She has the golden opportunity to break her silence now. She is free to talk publicly as to why she remained silent on this matter for the entire three years she was in the top job.
