Today I am sharing my very first letter to Mr Rodney Boys dated 1 November 2020. He was appointed as the Acting Group CEO and Managing Director of Australia Post on 22 October 2020. There were other letters sent to him following this very first letter. The letters were sent using email, faxes and letters in the mail as well. The phone calls were made to his direct number but they all went on answering machine. My requests to call me back were ignored over a period of time since Mr Boys replaced Ms Holgate.
After my continued efforts to call him, the call was answered yesterday on 18 December 2020 for the first time without going to the answering machine.
The call was taken by Mr Andrew Ballantyne who is the Resolution Manager at Australia Post. I will comment on that call in the future but must indicate that Mr Ballantyne failed to respond to my many letters in the past seeking resolution of this unresolved matter.
I was surprised that the direct call to Mr Rodney Boys’s number landed on the desk of Mr Ballantyne. Previously my call to Ms Holgate on the same number was returned by her Executive Assistant Ms Helen Moritz and later returned by her Investigation Leader Ms Lia Tomaras.
Both Ms Moritz and Ms Tomaras have failed to respond to my letters after asking me to provide information to them.
The call made yesterday lasted for around 25 minutes where I have requested Mr Ballantyne to respond to my letters that he failed to respond to within a week as lot of time has already passed since he received my letters. I will give him another week to respond.
To my great surprise, on the very next day of my letter dated 1 November 2020 to Mr Boys Ms Holgate resigned with immediate effect on 2 November 2020.
All the hype in the media linking her resignation to Cartier watches given as gifts by her to four employees of Australia Post was further fuelled by the Honourable Prime Minister’s outrage in the Parliament when he was briefed about what was unfolded in the Senate Estimates about these Cartier watches and whether it was taxpayers’ money or not.
Mr Morrison’s blunt message that if Ms Holgate does not want to stand down then she can go was spread like a wild fire and the media used it time and again and the real story about Ms Holgate’s unacceptable conduct of allegedly covering up the truth behind my Identity theft and protecting numerous Australia Post officials involved in the cover ups was brushed under the carpet by the same media that is aware of my fight for justice and Australia Post’s ongoing corruption and cover ups for number of years.
My fight for justice is also known to numerous elected representatives for number of years but they have failed to act and hold Australia Post officials to account including Mr Ahmed Fahour and Ms Christine Holgate.
Between Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate this matter of corruption and crimes cover ups involving numerous Australia Post officials went on for TEN Years and before that for another four and a half years.
Please read below my first letter to Mr Rodney Boys. No response is received to this one and other subsequent letters.

Dear Mr Boys,
I am writing to you for the first time. I have been writing to Ms Christine Holgate for a long time but she has not responded to my numerous letters, documents, emails, faxes and the phone calls.
With the current situation, it is well publicised that you will be acting in place of Ms Holgate at least for the duration she is away from work for whatever reasons.
I have a long-standing unresolved matter with Australia Post over the use of Indonesian Passport on my name that was accepted by your officials as a photo ID to provide your services such as Redirection of my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket, Sydney. That PO box was also fraudulently opened using this passport as a Photo ID.
After the failures of the due processes to get a resolution from June 2006, yes JUNE 2006 I started a petition to Ms Christine Holgate on Change.org platform with the title “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS”. I sent the copies of my petition and updates regularly to Ms Holgate but she does not respond. Numerous of your past and present employees are aware of this matter but failed to resolve it.
I request you to use this time where you have now been looking after Ms Holgate’s job to resolve this matter.
I need the true copies of the original documents involved in this matter. These are basic documents such as:
1. Redirection of Mail Application form (Real form that was used and not the fabricated supplied to me)
2. PO Box Application form (Real one and not the fabricated supplied to me)
3. Envelope addressed to me with incorrect house number 38 that the Postman took back to Mr Gabell of Alexandria DF)
4. All the documents inside that envelope.
5. The cheque on my name inside that envelope
6. Real Field receipt where all the documents were listed
7. Mail redirection Action Sheet related to this Redirection
8. The Mobile telephone number of my imposter that was called by Mr Steve Gabell of ADF. (This was on the REAL Redirection of Mail application)
9. Real PO Box key hand over documents for the REAL PO Box opened on my name and not the fabricated documents supplied to me.
This letter will give you a golden opportunity to start the resolution of this matter. The following is my update posted yesterday on 31 October 2020 on Change.org platform. My petition to Ms Holgate is easily accessed just by typing in Google “Petition Holgate Vasant”. There are many documents already shared with my supporters. The supporter number is growing and now stands at 19825.
I am aware that you are busy but this matter is ongoing and unresolved and the truth is hidden from us by many Australia Post officials right from the start.
Fraudulent/criminal activities have no expiry date and those who participate in covering up the crimes are equally responsible for their actions and inaction.
I need an immediate resolution process put in place by you. I have written to Mr Andrew Ballantyne-Resolutions Manager but he did not respond to my letters.
I also want to know if the signature on the letter received by my then solicitor Mr Vincent Pelosi of Pelosi & associates of Mr Paul Gardner is a genuine signature or a forgery. I asked this question to Mr Gardner, Ms Holgate and numerous others but they did not respond.
I await your immediate acknowledgement of this letter and a very prompt response thereafter. Mr. Gardner’s suspected forged signature is attached. Mr. Paul Gardner’s last known details at Australia Post are as follows.

We can make a change because this is a documented cover up that must be challenged to get the truth out.
Ms Holgate’s resignation is not going to stop my fight for justice but it will only intensify because the derailed democracy in our country must be brought back on its tracks.
The trust in the media is evaporating very fast and this Fake Cartier watches story linked to Ms Holgate’s resignation needs full scale investigations. I hope the media will make efforts to correct themselves after ignoring documented corruption and cover ups for many years. Where are all those Wakeley award winners vanished?
Where is A Current Affair? The Project? Four Corners? 60 Minutes? Daily Telegraph? Sydney Morning Herald? The Guardian Australia? Bharat Times-Melbourne? Sky News? Where is “Your ABC”?
What are they afraid of?
Ms Holgate must also come clean because if she could forgo $700,000 dollars as her entitlement, despite resigning from her Australia Post job, why she simply did not return $19950 spent for the Cartier watches and accept it as a mistake and continue with her job? After all, standing her down was allegedly against the employment laws but she decided to make a run. Why?
Ms Holgate was worried about her own wellbeing if she continued with her job but completely ignored my family’s wellbeing for the entire duration, she was the Group CEO and the Managing Director of Australia Post while protecting the wrongdoers in Australia Post and then allegedly becoming one herself by remaining silent on documented corruption and crimes cover ups.
Where is the strong FEDERAL ICAC? Why not a Royal Commission? It is time for the whole nation to unite because every year an estimated one million people in our country alone suffer when their identities are compromised. This is the ONLY case in the history of our country and also in the history of Australia Post where my family has not given up to get the truth out behind my Identity theft and the cover ups that followed from 15 June 2006 and have continued to this day. What a disgrace that is.
Please wake up Australia before it becomes too late and the roots of corruption start getting stronger and stronger.
As per our PM the Hon Scott Morrison MP “Nobody is above the law”. Well, let us then start from Australia Post because we all own Australia Post. We cannot and should not tolerate unlawful activities anywhere and we need to start from somewhere. The best place to begin corruption eradication in our country is to start from our own AUSTRALIA POST.
The image posted today of my Express Post envelope to Mr Rodney Boys, that was delivered on 25 November 2020, had my signed copies of two emails sent to him on 22 November 2020. The sample of the suspected forged signature of Mr Paul Gardener was also included. No response is yet received.
Please help my family to get justice. Mr Boys must take into account that there are 20942 supporters from across Australia that want the TRUTH to be revealed and also justice for my family. That supporter number will only keep on increasing is my confidence because people of our country have had enough.
