I have been seeking a meeting with Ms Holgate for a very long time now. She has failed to respond to my letters, questions, telephone calls, emails, faxes and also failed to provide me with the REAL documents involved in the fraudulent activities. My name was used on Indonesian Passport that Australia Post accepted as if it was genuine. This passport was used as a Photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney. The required forms of Australia Post were filled to start this redirection very successfully. Australia Post got easily tricked into believing that I was changing my home along with my family for the Redirection our mail to proceed. The cover ups then continued to this day. The envelope addressed to me with a cheque inside is also hidden from us by Australia Post officials. This envelope was planned to end up in a PO Box opened on my name at Haymarket, Sydney PostShop.
After the dismal failure of Mr Ahmed Fahour-former MD & Group CEO of Australia Post to address this matter, Ms Holgate has also failed to address it so far. Mr Fahour abruptly left Australia Post and the reasons he gave for his resignation do not hold any water. The media jumped on his previously undisclosed remuneration of 5.6 Million, the year before, and the former Prime Minister the Hon Malcolm Turnbull and the former Minister for Communications the Hon Mitch Fifield considered that this remuneration was too high and does not meet the public expectations. All this generated a false impression that Mr Fahour left due to the criticism of his extra-ordinarily high pay packet.
The same media that made big noises about Mr Fahour and his remuneration does not want to look into what could be the true reasons for Mr Fahour to leave his highly paid job and why Mr Turnbull and Mr Fifield had to quit politics. The simple question, why Mr Turnbull had to go, is still not being satisfactorily answered. Mr Turnbull and Mr Fifield allegedly protected Australia Post despite being the Ministers for Communications where Australia Post was under their direct portfolio responsibility. Both of them failed to respond to any of my letters where the black and white evidence of Australia Post officials’ unacceptable conduct was before them during the entire period, they were the Minister for Communications. There was no response to any of my letters sent to Mr Turnbull on “Contact your PM” facility as well. Mr Turnbull knew all this corruption and cover ups since he was the Shadow Minister for Communications while in the Opposition back from August 2011.
Those who do not know or have forgotten, please note that Mr Fifield helped Mr Turnbull to remove Mr Abbott from the office of the PM to install Mr Turnbull as the PM successfully. Mr. Turnbull rewarded him by giving Mr Fifield his own Minister for Communications portfolio after he became the PM. Then when Mr Turnbull lost many polls in a row, Mr Fifield helped Mr Dutton to remove Mr Turnbull from the office of the PM, with the hope of making the Hon Peter Dutton MP the PM but was unsuccessful. The result was the Hon Scott Morrison MP became the PM. Mr Fifield, in his valedictory speech, did not say a single word about Australia Post despite being the Minister responsible for Australia Post. His speech lasted for around 23 minutes but he did not find even a minute to say anything about Australia Post. Before quitting politics, the Hon Mitch Fifield secured a taxpayer funded role of Australia’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations based in New York, USA.
The support received by Australia Post to keep the truth covered up helped them to cover up corruption and crimes from June 2006. The exodus from Australia Post of high-ranking officials cannot be ignored. Many of them are directly involved in these unresolved matters for keeping the truth covered up.
Today, I am bringing to the attention of my current and future supporters and the people of Australia about how the National Freedom of Information (FOI) Officer/Legal Officer of Australia Post Mr Andy Caprackas provided falsified documents to me under the FOI Act. These were certified by a JP and that JP was Australia Post’s State Manager CSG NSW/ACT. His job, was to help my family with the help of Investigator into this matter. The investigator was Mr Don Kane, CSG NSW and the CSG NSW/ACT State Manager was Mr Alan Barwick JP. CSG stands for Corporate Security Group.
The image posted today is the sample of my FOI Review request that was responded by Mr Andy Caprackas. This Review was the subject of my going to AAT for Reviewing this flawed decision of Mr Caprackas and also that of Mr Pavarajah. Mr Barwick worked for NSW Police Force for Twenty years in Senior Positions before joining Australia Post.
Brief note on Mr Andy Caprackas:
Mr Caprackas worked for Australia Post for Twenty years. He left in 2010. He did other jobs prior to joining a business called “FOI Support”. This business is part of the business called “FOI Solutions” based in Melbourne where Australia Post’s Headquarters is also located.
Mr Caprackas was a National FOI Officer/Legal Officer and has made one FOI Review decision in this matter where the initial decision maker was Mr Raj Pavarajah and also one initial FOI decision where the review of Mr Caprackas’ decision was made by Mr Scott J. Staunton. This means the position of Mr Scott J Staunton was higher than that of Mr Caprackas as required by the FOI Act. Mr Scott Staunton was Deputy General Counsel at the time. All the baseless decisions by every decision maker exposed them as allegedly morally bankrupt, dishonest, unethical and unreliable people. Their reliance on fabricated documents to keep the corruption, crimes and fraud covered up has raised serious questions about their honesty, integrity and values. Why is Ms Holgate tolerating all this unacceptable conduct?
The question is, who are they protecting? what is their benefit? Who is protecting them? and why the criminals that used my Identity to commit crimes using Australia Post services need to be protected at all cost? What was the motive behind using my name on the Indonesian passport? This was not a random action but was a premeditated, intentional and planned activity. Why is Australia Post involved in the cover ups? Why is Ms Holgate silent all along? Who is, if any, Ms Holgate’s advisor? She cannot come with the excuse in the future that she had a bad advice of remaining silent when the documented corruption is available to her.
Mr Caprackas hired Mr Mick Batskos of “FOI Solutions” to cover up the truth further. I sat next to Mr Batskos and Mr. Caprackas at the Sydney Registry of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) at the hearings. That process continued for ONE and a Half years. I applied for the review of Australia Post’s unsatisfactory FOI Review decision made by Mr Caprackas to AAT. AAT’s conduct exposed judicial corruption that is very well documented. Mr Batskos unsuccessfully tried to get my application dismissed as Frivolous & Vexatious proceedings. Mr Batskos was helped by Tribunal’s Senior Member Ms Geri Ettinger all along. More about that later. My application was dismissed for non-attendance. More about that later. The cover ups continued. Ms Ettinger left AAT few years ago. Australia Post’s own in-house lawyers and also hired lawyer Mr. Batskos are quiet about the judicial corruption as that helped them to cover up the truth further. What was the benefit of Ms Ettinger to engage in such a corrupt conduct? She cannot change her fabrication in her decision now. She deserves to be publicly exposed for her alleged criminal misbehaviour is my view.
Where are our Walkley award winning journalists gone? Where is our investigative journalism disappeared? This unprecedented story has all the material that will be enough to make our country a better democracy if the corruption is addressed and then exposed. For Ms Holgate to remain silent and allow people to leave their long-term jobs after engaging in the cover-ups, without any scrutiny or investigations, is unacceptable and that includes Mr Fahour and all those that left before her joining Australia Post as well. She needs to investigate all those that are still hanging on to their positions as well.
I am not aware of the new arrangements but Mr Caprackas was openly mentioned previously by Mr Batskos as working for FOI Solutions’ FOI Support section. Please correct me if I am wrong if anyone can prove that this is not the case. Why did Mr Caprackas leave his high-ranking job at Australia Post? Appointment of Mr Batskos to represent Australia Post in AAT allowed Mr Caprackas to remain silent and say nothing at all at each and every hearing. Mr Batskos was however instructed by Mr Caprackas as per the records.
The cover ups that are continuing is a National Disgrace. Ms Holgate must realise that this matter will not rest until she tells me the truth. Her silence itself is a serious breach of her duties as MD & Group CEO. Her silence is resulting in the protection of wrongdoers within and also outside of Australia Post. What is she afraid of? She does not need to earn any more money to live for the rest of her life is my view because she was prepared to work for Australia Post for even $1:00. If her actions and inactions are resulting in the lost TRUST in her and also in Australia Post then she needs to reconsider her position is my view.

Lots of reading to get lots of information is necessary for the new readers and supporters. The updates prove that this fight for justice is ongoing and is not going to stop. Ms Holgate needs to take actions to stop my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture immediately. She needs to come clean about the cover ups and reveal the truth by bringing out the hidden documents. Her failure to do so will force me to share my efforts to get justice with more and more people of Australia on an ongoing basis. What my supporters have read so far is just a start.
My petition is now signed and supported by 16,060 people from across Australia and some from outside of Australia as well. Please help me to get a voice. Please see that Australia Post officials are not allowed to hide the truth and the REAL Documents involved in the documented fraudulent activities from my family. We demand the truth and nothing but the truth. The truth must be revealed to us immediately.
Thanks for your support and comments. Please spread the word to send a strong message to Ms Holgate that she can not cover up the truth and she cannot hide the documents. I challenge her to prove anything that I am saying is wrong, false and is not the truth.
She cannot contribute to destroy the democracy in this country that she has made her home. Her silence is contributing to the lost trust in the democracy and lost trust in Australia Post which is owned by the Australian Citizens. I will fight for justice and the truth that she is hiding, no matter how long it takes and no matter how many MD’s & CEO’s of Australia Post come and go. Ms Holgate is the third Managing Director that is continuing to hide the truth. It will not be worth, even if she works free of charge for Australia Post, if she is going to hide the truth and breach every ethical standard of Australia Post that she expects all the others to follow. She needs to lead by example.
On 15 June 2020 this unresolved matter will enter into fifteenth year if it remains unresolved.
