You are all aware that I have been fighting against the cover ups of my ID theft from June 2006. These cover ups are not ending. Fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name was successfully used as a photo ID to obtain Australia Post services. My entire family’s mail was redirected to a PO Box in Haymarket, Sydney. The “Redirection of Mail” facility of Australia Post was successfully used when people move out from their homes.

This was a free six months’ service, as per the documents released to me under the FOI Act. The matter was identified as a fraud because there was an envelope addressed to me with a wrong house number 38 that does not exist in the street we live. The postman took this envelope back to his supervisor mentioning “No such address”. I was then asked if I was expecting any money because the envelope had a cheque on my name and that was planned to end up in the PO Box in Haymarket that was opened on my name using the Indonesian Passport as a photo ID as well. All the REAL documents, including the Cheque, are hidden from us by Australia Post.

In this day and age, even in 2006, Australia Post was getting close to 200 years of existence. To allow someone to use Passport of another country on my name that easily was unacceptable. What is not at all acceptable are the cover ups that followed to hide the truth to this day.

I used all the available DEMOCRATIC processes to get a resolution but every step I used to get the answers the corruption and cover ups continued to hide the REAL documents and the truth.

Please read my numerous updates with many documents posted so far to get some idea of the depth of the corruption and cover ups.

Australia Post has no right to hide the truth. The cover ups started when the matter was handed over to Australia Post Corporate Security Group (CSG) official Mr Don Kane-Investigator. His boss was Mr Alan Barwick JP. Mr Barwick was the State Manager of CSG NSW/ACT. He even certified fabricated documents in his capacity of Justice of the Peace-JP to cover up the truth is my allegation. He left Australia Post long ago. That was sometime after he certified the fabricated documents in 2008. His certification of documents, without disclosing his conflict of interest, was totally against the rules governing JP certification of documents. The people that protected him for breaching the rules applicable to JP’s were from the NSW Attorney General’s Department. The concerns about the conduct of the NSW JP’s fall under the NSW Attorney General. More about that later.

Identity thefts have become an epidemic all over the world. For Australia Post to cover up this matter is against their own rules, ethical standards, corporate governance, records keeping obligations and crimes reporting obligations. The more I fought for justice and to get to the bottom of this matter more and more people joined hands to cover it up. Some even engaged in alleged criminal misbehaviours to help Australia Post to keep the truth covered up while making decisions.

If I give up the criminals will win, the corrupt people in Australia Post will win and then there are many others that have shown lost morals, ethics, values and lack of honesty, integrity and transparency will also win. The corruption will continue and millions of ordinary people could suffer in silence. This is a Public Interest matter because those involved in the covers ups and those that supported the cover ups are responsible for keeping the corruption and crimes covered up.

The declining standards of democracy, weak journalism, weak politicians, weak judiciary and weak law enforcement is seen by us many times. Remaining silent about such matters only helps these people to get away from breaching their own rules, service charters, ethical standards and allows these people to continue to wear their masks of honesty, integrity and values. Time has come to tear these masks and expose the real dark sides of these people. Those in the country that have no time, energy or any desire to fight corruption are expected to at least support those that are trying to bring our derailed democracy back on its tracks.

This unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post and also Australia has the potential to bring people to justice that are now moving in the society as decent, honourable and highly respectable people. They earn big money paid by the taxpayers. Those that left Australia Post and were involved in these unresolved matters deserve to be investigated as well for playing a part in covering up corruption and the truth behind the crimes from my family.

Today I am posting a letter to my former Solicitor Mr Vincent Pelosi of Pelosi & Associates with my new comments. Mr Paul Gardner of Australia Post has failed to tell me if the signature on that letter is his signature or is a forgery despite my numerous requests to him to tell me the truth.

There are numerous others including Ms Christine Holgate that were asked the same question but no one responded. In my view this signature is highly likely NOT of Mr Paul Gardner and the whole letter is a fraud. It has a false date and no one corrected it despite bringing this to their attention many times. It has no reference number of any kind. What is written in the letter is baseless. Why an Acting Team Leader is responding and not Australia Post’s investigator or a lawyer?

Why is the person with this much experience and the one that gives speeches on Fraud Control is hiding the alleged fraud/crimes where his own name and signature on the letter to Mr Pelosi is in question? Why is he silent? Why is Ms Holgate silent? Why numerous other past and present employees of Australia Post are silent? What is their benefit in keeping the truth covered up for all these years?

No Mention here of the period 2006-2008. Was he an Acting Team Leader CSG NSW? Was the place of his work the same as Mr Don Kane-Investigator and Mr Alan Barwick JP-State Manager Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW/ACT? It appears to be the same-Strawberry Hills NSW which is near Sydney City.

Dear Supporters, please help to make this petition a great success by signing and commenting and sharing this with as many people as possible.

The people leaving jobs is not going to resolve this matter. This is where Ms Holgate has to realise that she needs to show real leadership here. Any failure to resolve this matter immediately will only compromise her own integrity is my view.

My supporter number has now jumped to 15,944 and is expected to hit the 16,000 mark soon. The Supporters are from all the corners of Australia and some are from outside of Australia as well.
