There will be hardly anyone left in our country that has not heard of Identity thefts, misuse of identities, stealing of credit cards and obtaining goods and services etc. by the criminals. In case of my ID theft, Australia Post’s services were used to commit crimes by using Indonesian Passport on my name as a PHOTO ID. This matter has remained unresolved from June 2006. The corruption and cover ups started when the matter was handed over to Australia Post’s Corporate Security Group officials for investigations. Please spend some time to read my petition and the numerous updates posted with documents so far.
Ms Holgate has failed to respond to any of my letters, faxes, emails and phone calls so far. My efforts to get justice for my family will continue. Today I am sharing my letter I sent to Mr Paul Burke who was the Corporate Secretary of Australia Post at the time. He did not respond to my simple question about who has the oversight for Australia Post Corporate Security Group (CSG) officials. After giving him about a month to respond I had no choice left than to wright to Mr Ahmed Fahour-former MD & Group CEO of Australia Post that Mr Burke is not responding. Mr Fahour also did not respond.
The following is my fax sent to Mr Burke. This was also sent by Registered Post. No response was received.

Subject: Australia Post Corporate Security Group oversight.
This is to request you to please provide me with the following information very urgently.
Who has the oversight for addressing the concerns about the alleged corrupt conduct of the people-past and present working for Australia Post Corporate Security Group?
Is it one or more or all the following persons/agencies or none of the following persons/agencies?
a) MD and CEO of Australia Post
b) Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police (AFP)
c) Australian Commission for Law Enforcement Integrity (ACLEI)
d) Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO)
e) Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP)
If none of the above then who has the oversight? Please provide full contact details and the name of the person/agency that has official oversight responsibilities over the CSG officials.
Very recently I have been directed by the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman (OCO) to ask this question of oversight to Australia Post. As you are the Corporate Secretary & General Manager, Government Affairs of Australia Post I believe you are the right person to ask this question.
If the name Australia Post Corporate Security Group is now changed please provide the details of the exact date on which the name/structure was changed. If this change happened progressively over the time please provide the start date and finish date if the change has taken place.
Please also inform me if the oversight responsibilities have also changed with the name change and the structural change if this is the case. What happens to the unresolved matters if Australia Post Corporate Security Group has been abolished or replaced? Is the “Security and Investigations” of Australia Post is the same or similar as Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG?
If the name change has taken place but nothing else has changed in regards to the oversight responsibilities please inform me accordingly about the full details of oversight contacts.
I am Australian Citizen and the Customer of Australia Post from 1985. I am not an employee or contractor of Australia Post. In my view I have a right to get answers from you to the above simple questions because you are fully aware that Australia Post is owned by and operated for the Australian people and the Government is the major Shareholder of this Government Business Enterprise (GBE).
If you are not in a position to answer these questions for whatever reasons please inform me accordingly immediately so that I can ask these questions to Mr Ahmed Fahour MD and CEO of Australia Post. If you know the answers, I hope you will not breach your responsibilities of sound Corporate Governance and working with impeccable honesty and integrity. The people of this country after all are the Owners of Australia Post and it is operated for them. I hope you will in no way deviate from the path of expected transparency, moral and ethical responsibilities and the values that are expected from the people on high positions like you and all the other people working for Australia Post no matter what their positions are.

The email address format in the example above is used by Australia Post employees is my view. I am not sure if this is your email address as I do not recall sending you email in the past. Please confirm if the one in the example above is your email address if you decide to send a response via surface mail and/or fax. I request you to use either Express Post or Registered Post at this point in time to send me mail so that the letter could be tracked. The reason for this will extend the length of this letter and that is not warranted at this point in time is my view as you have the option of communicating using my email address as provided above.

Please find enclosed herewith a letter I wrote to Mr. Paul Burke-Corporate Secretary & General Manager, Government Affairs. This is Attachment 1 and is two (2) pages.
I have made very simple enquiries and by not responding to my letter Mr Paul Burke may have breached his responsibilities as a very Senior Official of Australia Post is my view.
As indicated in my letter dated 16 January 2015 to Mr Paul Burke, I have no options left than to write to you as you are MD and CEO of Australia Post to obtain answers to my enquiries. This is not a complaint against Mr. Paul Burke which please note.
As I did not receive any response from Mr Paul Burke, I made the enquiry on your Australia Post website about the non-response from Mr. Paul Burke to my letter dated 16 January 2015 to him. Please find enclosed the copies of FOUR responses via email to me from Australia Post.

Mr Fahour, you are the leader of Australia Post. You are the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Australia Post. This Government Business Enterprise-Australia Post is owned by and operated for Australian people who are the major shareholders of Australia Post. I am therefor entitled to seek your help as the head of Australia Post to answer my questions where your Corporate Secretary and General Manger, Government Affairs has failed to respond.
After reading my letter to Mr Paul Burke who sits in your Melbourne Headquarters and the emails attached here, I need a response directly from you to my enquiries made with Mr Paul Burke after his failure to respond to my attached letter.
The copies of the four responses numbered 1,2,3 and 4 above are Attachments 2,3,4 and 5 respectively.
I will not be commenting on the emails received, more than what has been written above by me and my hand written comments on the emails, at this point in time.
In my letter to Mr Paul Burke in relation to the oversight for the people working as officials of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG I did not include the possibility of Minister for Justice who is part of the Federal Attorney General’s Department has the oversight for the officials of Australia Post CSG and/or Australia Post’s Security and Investigations officials. Please let me know if the current Minister for Justice Hon Michael Keenan MP who has the oversight for the Australian Federal Police officials also is responsible for the oversight for the officials working for Australia Post CSG and/or the officials working for Australia Post Security and Investigations.
I await your prompt response. I believe around ten to fifteen days maximum will be considered as a sufficient time for a comprehensive response from you. To avoid any postal delays, I have used Express Post Platinum satchel for sending this correspondence to you.
This is a three-page cover letter and it has five attachments numbered 1,2,3,4 and 5 as explained above. The total number of pages in this correspondence therefore is nine (9).
Please send your response either by Express Post or Registered Post. This in my view is a reasonable request in the circumstances of the matter so that the mail could be tracked and the record of your mail posted and delivered is on the tracking summary of Australia Post. Dear Supporters,
These two officials of Australia Post have now left their jobs and both of them work for Latitude Financial Services. Mr Fahour is the CEO and Mr Burke is General Manager Government & Company Secretary.
The question, who has the oversight responsibility for Australia Post CSG and Australia Post Security & Investigations is still NOT answered. Many politicians also failed to get an answer.
The corruption and cover ups have continued.
The people that I am aware of and had a contact and communications with, that worked for or working for Australia Post’s CSG/Security & Investigations, are as follows:

2. Mr. Alan Barwick
3. Mr. Don Kane
4. Mr. Paul Gardner
5. Mr. Chris Lenton
Each one of them has failed to respond to my letters except Mr Lenton where the response was unsatisfactory.
Today the image that I have posted is the letter to me from Mr Paul Burke. This letter is dated 23 August 2010. The name of my contact person, with only phone number provided, is Mr Bob Croxford. Please read my many previous updates about Mr Bob Croxford. I do not have to repeat them again here.
Mr Burke had access to all my letters sent to Mr Fahour and also Mr David Mortimer. The above example of closing my online enquiry abruptly after it was sent to “head office” was allegedly done by Mr Geoff Williams-Board & Shareholder Liaison. My emails sent to Mr Paul Burke on paul.burke@auspost.com.au are going through successfully. Ms Holgate needs to clarify how this is happening unless Mr Burke is still on the payroll of Australia Post.
The cover ups have continued and the fight to get the truth out will never stop. Please help all those that are fighting corruption, dishonesty, cover ups, lost faith in our institutions and also the politicians, watchdogs and the judiciary.
This unprecedented matter has exposed highest-level systemic documented corruption to cover up the truth from June 2006. The people of Australia and around the world have the responsibility to help the victims and help to get the truth out by simply signing and commenting on this petition as a starting point.
If nobody is above the law then why the people can simply get out of their long-term jobs and not asked about the part, they may have played in covering up corruption and crimes?
Where is Ms Christine Holgate? Where is her honesty and integrity? Where is her transparency? Where are her moral and ethical values? Where is her leadership? How long will she remain silent?
My supporter number has now jumped to 15835 from across Australia. Please help because we must protect our democracy and our freedoms.
It is time for the people of this nation to put Ms Holgate on notice along with all the past and present employees of Australia Post that have contributed in keeping the TRUTH covered up and that includes Mr Ahmed Fahour as well.
