For all those that are new to this petition are requested to spend some time to read my petition and numerous updates, with documentary evidence, posted so far. Please see how this single unprecedented matter of my identity theft cover ups has spread like a cancer. I have concentrated mainly on Australia Post officials because they have the REAL Documents and the REAL story that they are hiding. Who are they trying to protect? Why the cover ups are not ending? Why so many senior employees of Australia Post involved in the alleged cover ups are leaving their long term and possible very highly paid jobs? Why Ms Christine Holgate-MD & Group CEO who succeeded Mr. Ahmed Fahour, is silent all along since I first contacted her?

Today I am posting an image where one of my FOI Review decisions makers was Mr. Oliver Cousland. The initial decision maker was Mr. Romain Vula. Mr. Vula’s baseless and outright dishonest decision was so flawed that I applied for a review of that decision. Mr Cousland was no different. The name of Mr Geoff Williams-Board & Shareholder Liaison at Australia Post is appearing prominently in my previous updates and so is that of Ms Erin Kelly who was Mr Williams’s boss. She was the Head of Board & Shareholder Liaison at the time.

Just one requested document is highlighted in the image above. This material is a documentary evidence of Mr Geoff Williams’s unacceptable conduct. He was not supposed to get his hands on my response to the review conducted by Australia Post, four years after it remained unresolved.

Mr. Fahour and Mr. Burke obviously wanted to stay away from responding to my response to the review conducted by Australia Post because of the unnatural death of Mr. Bob Croxford. They allegedly hide that death from me and my family.

Mr. Williams has allegedly played a part in sending dishonest, morally bankrupt and baseless letters to me that were not addressing my concerns at all. In the above image he says “The first letter (to Ahmed Fahour 18 September 2010) was considered for No Further Action based on previous files”.   

When my response was based on this Review dated 22 June 2010, why he wrote “NFA” (No Further Action) on my letter mentioned above to Mr Fahour that was dated 18 September 2010?

My letter to Mr. Fahour proved the Review decision was completely flawed and full of dishonesty, corrupt conduct, deception, fabrication, manipulation etc. My response to this review was so strong that no one had any courage to accept the wrongdoings, corruption, fabrications and hiding of the truth including Mr Ahmed Fahour and his team.

The following is the part of my email to Mr. Oliver Cousland just sent recently on 28 March 2020.

Dear Ms Cousland,

You left Australia Post and that was expected to happen as many others have left as well. No matter where you go to work, this matter has stuck to your name for ever. Please read the following material very carefully including the attachments here. (Not included in this update). It is time for you to tell me the truth. Your FOI review decision cannot be changed now. I will raise my concerns about your conduct that has ruined my family’s life with people of my choice. If you want to tell me the truth this is the time.

Please wake up because people of Australia are fed up of corruption and cover ups. Please consider this as your golden opportunity to come clean and tell me the truth.

It does not matter where you go and where the others go.  This matter is not going to rest until the truth is revealed. The following people involved in these matters have also left Australia Post is my view.

Please also explain where my emails sent to you on “auspost” email address end up when you have now left Australia Post. Do you still receive them or someone else gets those? If that is the case please name the person/s that get my emails sent to you on the auspost email address immediately. My emails sent to you on auspost email are successfully going through which please note. The email I use is oliver.cousland@auspost.com.au. If that is also a corruption then it will be exposed as well.

Ms Erin Kelly will be asked questions publicly at the time that suits me. It is my view that she has now gone to work with Mr Fahour and Mr Burke at Latitude Financial Services. At least she is gone from Australia Post just like you and others have gone. Her all the escape routes were closed from covering up this matter while still at Australia Post is my view. One day she may pay a very heavy price for her alleged gross misconduct is my view.

Please do the right thing as that may give you some relief. The power of truth is more than all the money that Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate together may have. They were prepared to work for nothing for Australia Post. Ms Holgate was ready for $1:00 is on the records. These two do not need to earn anything more is my view. What could bring them down is the corruption that they allowed to continue under their leaderships. I hope Ms Holgate will wake up soon.

Please act, before others in Australia Post may have no hesitation to throw you under the bus to protect themselves.

The following is my email to Ms Erin Kelly. She did not respond. Your name and telling Mr David (Azevedo) of OAIC for not releasing the brief of Mr Geoff Williams he provided to the former Senator the Hon John Williams to me, as it was an internal document and not for the public release, was baseless, dishonest and outright corrupt is my view. Mr Geoff Williams was using that corrupt brief to protect himself, other employees and Australia Post. You wanted to protect Mr. Geoff Williams and Australia Post from all the corruption and cover ups that were ongoing as well is my allegation. Time to come clean Mr Cousland before you are questioned by the owners of Australia Post. Simply changing jobs will never protect you is my view.    

Dear Supporters, please read my last update dated April 11, 2020. The following details were part of that update. I am repeating them here for you to get an idea about the unacceptable conduct of many to cover up the truth.

“Mr Fahour was allegedly helped by Mr Burke and Ms Kelly to keep the whole matter covered up. They allegedly acted as brick walls and did not allow me any access to Mr Fahour despite confidential letters were sent to Mr Fahour. Later Mr Fahour and Mr Burke allegedly used Mr Geoff Williams to write “NFA” (No Further Action) on my letter to Mr Fahour dated 18 September 2010 and it was filed without a response. My letter was in response to the Review conducted on this unresolved matter, four years after it remained unresolved. My letter to Mr Fahour was a very compelling letter with evidence of corruption, fabrications, wrongdoings, records tampering, false documents, cover ups, cheating and so on. Mr Fahour had no courage to respond and Mr Burke possibly did not want his name attached to the filing of my letter without a response. That unacceptable work was obviously passed onto Mr Williams. Mr. William had written letters to me and when I responded he did not respond to my comprehensive responses to his letters.”.

Mr Cousland repeated baseless response as follows to most of the documents that I requested. These are all hidden from me from June 2006. Mr Romain Vula did the same.

Here is Mr Cousland’s baseless and morally bankrupt response. One example is below. I asked for the release of:

Document No.17:

Front and back side of the Money Order No. 91446188 74 sent by me to the Australian Postal Corporation towards the fees of my FOI Application fees for the FOI application dated 7 September 2006.

For locating this money order quickly, the place where it was cashed by someone taking $30 CASH is on the following details of the transaction receipt. I was provided this transaction receipt as my receipt for FOI application fees by Mr. Raj Pavarajah of Australia Post who was Manager Consumer Services, NSW/ACT Consumer Contact centre along with his letter to me dated 29 September 2006. This receipt was meant for the person cashing the money order. It was provided to me by Australia Post as my receipt for my above-mentioned FOI application. Please provide the document that shows the name of the person who cashed it by taking cash if the name and signature of the person is not on the front or back of this money order. Normally the cashier is expected to ask the recipient of the money to sign at the back of the money order after checking his/her identification. The money order was not for the person who took cash. It was for the Australian Postal Corporation. The name of the person authorised to cash this money order must be disclosed to me. It will be on the records of Australia Post. The details of the transaction receipt are as follows.

The transaction receipt was provided by me with FOI application.

This showed that the cash was taken on 18/9/06 at the Australia Post’s Strawberry Hill Business Centre in Sydney.

Mr Cousland converted all this description above in the following sentence.

17. Copy of money order no 9144618874 in relation to 7 September 2006 FOI application including the name of the person in Australia Post who cashed the cheque.

This was NOT a CHEQUE to start with.

Then he wrote the following baseless response, that he repeated numerous times, for most of the other documents requested by me.

Mr. Cousland wrote: You asked for the back side of the money order no 9941618874.

I confirm that I have requested that Corporate Security Group search for the documents falling under your request above and I have been advised by the Corporate Security Group that after all reasonable steps have been taken to find the documents falling under your request above no documents exist or if they do exist, they cannot be found.

Australia Post contends that it has taken all reasonable steps in dealing with your request for access. Consequently, I am bound by the legislation to make a decision under section 24A “Request may be refused if documents cannot be found or do not exist” of the FOI Act, in relation to your request.

Dear Supporters, I was provided with the front side of the Money Order previously. Suddenly the back side, where the person cashing the money order may have been recorded with the signature, could not be located.  

The place, where to look, was described by me for this money order but every document request went to Corporate Security Group who are covering up the truth from June 2006.

Now Mr Cousland has gone to Aurora Energy. Please look at what is his profile shown by Aurora Energy.

Dear Supporters, have you noticed that there is no mention that he worked for Australia Post in the above profile of Mr Oliver Cousland?

If he joined Aurora Energy in 2014 why the emails to his Australia Post email address still delivered successfully?

The cover ups have continued and people involved are leaving Australia Post after failing to do their jobs with honesty, integrity and values.

Mr. Oliver Cousland must be investigated by Ms Holgate for the part he has played in the cover ups without any delay, no matter whether he is with Australia Post or somewhere else is my view.

This ongoing corruption and cover ups and the absolute silence of Ms Christine Holgate on the documented wrongdoings of the past and present employees of Australia Post is unfair, unjust and unreasonable.

Please help to spread the word because this matter with so much evidence of documented wrongdoings cannot and should not be allowed to be swept under the carpet by anyone. Ms Holgate has the authority to demand the truth and provide me with that TRUTH and the REAL documents involved in the fraud and crimes.

Your support so far is highly appreciated. My petition is now signed and supported by 15753 people from across Australia and some from other parts of the world as well. Why Ms. Holgate is not resolving this matter is the question she needs to answer.

This unprecedented matter is a national public interest matter. Anyone at any time could become a victim and that is happening all the time.  Any cover ups of this magnitude and for these many years needs national condemnation with one voice. Please do not forget you could be the next to suffer if we all do not unite and say enough is enough.
