Let me first wish you all, irrespective of your religious beliefs, Happy Easter. Please stay safe and enjoy your break as much as possible at home. My sincere appreciation goes to everyone that is at work and helping others in different ways.
It is not possible for me to take any rest because the fight against the injustice cannot stop. It was in the news that the Corporate Secretary of Australia Post has left in late December 2019. I missed that news but I am not surprised at all. The name of this person is Ms Erin Kelly.
Ms Kelly was Head of Board & Shareholder Liaison when her name came to my attention back in 2015. She was the direct boss of Mr Geoff Williams who is/was the Board & Shareholder Liaison. Board here is Australia Post Board and Shareholder is the Australian Government.
Ms Kelly has allegedly acted dishonestly all along breaching rules applicable to her employment with Australia Post. She has allegedly breached the Code of Conduct, her managerial responsibilities, her moral and ethical responsibilities and is involved in the cover ups of the truth all along. She even failed to act when Mr. Geoff Williams’s conduct became unacceptable and of serious concerns as he did not care that he was even cheating the former Senator for New South Wales in his brief when the Senator was trying to help me. That Senator was the Hon John Williams.
Ms Kelly has also written a letter to my Supporter on Change.org platform in response to my supporter’s letter to Ms Holgate. That response was baseless and displayed further unacceptable conduct of Ms Kelly. Ms Kelly was promoted by the former MD & Group CEO of Australia Post Mr Ahmed Fahour to the new unheard-of position of Corporate Secretary- Office of the Managing Director. Mr Fahour also promoted Mr Paul Burke to the unheard-of position of Group Executive-Office of the Managing Director.
All three of them were trying to hide the truth all along about my identity theft cover ups that were started by Australia Post officials. The worst thing they did was to hide the death of my contact person where the cause of death was suicide. The name of that person provided to me by Mr Paul Burke was Mr Bob Croxford. He was not a teenager but a 60-year-old highly experienced person. He worked for Victorian Police Force for close to three decades and then joined Australia Post and was there for ten years. Mr Croxford was the State Manager Corporate Security Group in Australia Post’s Headquarters in Melbourne. Mr Fahour was his direct boss. Mr Fahour was allegedly helped by Mr Burke and Ms Kelly to keep the whole matter covered up. They allegedly acted as brick walls and did not allow me any access to Mr Fahour despite confidential letters were sent to Mr Fahour. Later Mr Fahour and Mr Burke allegedly used Mr Geoff Williams to write “NFA” (No Further Action) on my letter to Mr Fahour dated 18 September 2010 and it was filed without a response. My letter was in response to the Review conducted on this unresolved matter, four years after it remained unresolved. My letter to Mr Fahour was a very compelling letter with evidence of corruption, fabrications, wrongdoings, records tampering, false documents, cover ups, cheating and so on. Mr Fahour had no courage to respond and Mr Burke possibly did not want his name attached to the filing of my letter without a response. That unacceptable work was obviously passed onto Mr Williams. Mr. William had written letters to me and when I responded he did not respond to my comprehensive responses.
What happened was the date of my letter-18 September 2010 to Mr Fahour was the date of the funeral of Mr Croxford. I was not aware of this death at all until just a few years ago.
This hiding of the death, failure to appoint another person as my contact person, not responding to my letters and reminders continued to this day.
Ms Holgate has not shown any leadership here to tell me the truth about the cover ups so far. Mr. Fahour abruptly resigned. His many alleged supporters in the federal government, Department of Communications, Prime Minister & Cabinet and the Attorney General’s department probably had enough of him as he was not resolving this matter and I did not stop writing to the elected representatives to act to hold Mr Fahour to account.
Many baseless letters from these departments are on my files. Suddenly Mr Fahour’s 5.6 Million remuneration was on the front pages of the papers and in the news. The wide spread belief that Mr Fahour left because his remuneration was too high is BASELESS and has no foundation at all.
Mr Fahour and his team deserve to be investigated publicly on this ID Theft cover ups along with many Australia Post officials that have left and those that are still with Australia post and involved in these matters and the cover ups.
Where are these three officials-Mr Fahour, Mr Burke and Ms Kelly now? They are all together again and their new place of work is Latitude Financial Services where Mr Fahour is CEO. I am not 100% sure about Ms Kelly but news paper report said as follows:

At the same time, staff turnover has been hard to miss, particularly with a fleet of senior managers following former chief executive Ahmed Fahour out the door to join lender Latitude Financial. From late 2018, the departures came quickly.
In late 2019, deputy chief financial officer Paul Urquart left the business, along with well-regarded communications boss Amanda Murray-Johnson and company(CORPORATE) secretary Erin Kelly”.
The following is my email to Ms Erin Kelly which she did not respond. There are many others as well that she failed to respond despite her responsibility to respond.
Ms Kelly was kept Corporate Secretary by Ms Holgate without Office of the Managing Director attached to that position.
Ms Holgate failed to hold her to account and the cover ups have continued under other new people that have come on the scene. One of them is Mr Andrew Ballantyne. He appears to be a Resolutions Manager at the Headquarters. Recently one lady of his office hung up the telephone after refusing to connect me to Mr Ballantyne despite my request that I wanted to speak with him. She initially pretended that she was just an ordinary employee and deals with enquiries such as tracking summery etc. but then turned out to be having access to my information in the same call on the system that she could access. More about that later. What was the problem of Mr. Ballantyne to take my call?
My following email to Ms Kelly has many names. Some of them have left Australia Post. They are:
Mr Ahmed Fahour, Mr Andy Caprackas, Mr. Alan Barwick JP, Mr. Oliver Cousland, Mr Chris Lenton, Mr Paul Burke, Mr. Raj Pavarajah and now Ms Erin Kelly herself. The others that have left but were not mentioned in the email below are Ms. Christine Corbett and Mr. Evan Henley. The others named could be hanging on till their employment with Australia Post with alleged unacceptable conduct is kept hidden from public and as long as they are supported by Ms Holgate is my view.

This is to bring to your attention that I have been provided with the copy of your letter dated 21 October 2015 with your reference 15/1806 to the Hon Jason Clare MP by Mr Clare who is the Shadow Minister for Communications. You are aware that Australia Post falls under his Shadow Ministerial responsibilities.
I have provided my response to your above referred letter to Mr Clare. Your letter to Mr Clare has indicated that you have sought advice from your Group Security department as to how to best handle my (Mr Wagh’s) numerous approaches to Mr Clare’s office as well as other MP's and Senators.
My request to you is a very simple one and that is to provide me with the names of all those in your Group Security department that have provided you with any advice on this long standing UNRESOLVED matter where the head of Australia Post’s Security and Investigations is Mr Scott J Staunton. Please also provide me the names of all those who claim that Australia Post has responded to my concerns and claim that Australia Post has not provided to me FABRICATED JP CERTIFIED documents under the FOI Act where that JP is Mr Alan Barwick who was the State Manager Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW. It will be important for you to note that Mr Scott J Staunton has made a Freedom of Information Review decision on my matters where the initial decision maker was Mr Andy Caprackas who was at the time National FOI Officer/ Legal Officer based in Australia Post Headquarters in Melbourne. Mr Scott J Staunton who made FOI Review decision was Deputy General Counsel at the time. His address was Australia Post Legal Services, 20/321 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000. His decision was dated 14 July 2008. Mr Don Kane was the Investigator into this matter and Mr Steve Gabell of Australia Post’s Alexandria Delivery Facility- ADF handed over all the REAL DOCUMENTS to Mr Done Kane. Mr Bob Croxford was Group Manager CSG Headquarters at the time. Mr Chris Lenton took over from Mr Alan Barwick JP when he left Australia Post CSG.
Numerous other people in Australia Post are aware of the cover ups including Mr Steve Brotherson who is the lawyer and was in my view based in Sydney at the time. Mr Oliver Cousland who is the lawyer in Australia Post has provided information to Office of Australian Information Commissioner, some of which has been released to me under the FOI Act. There is a documentary evidence of corruption in Australia Post to hide the crimes from me and my family. Mr Geoff Williams who is the Board and Shareholder Liaison has not only acted corruptly on many occasions but has not even cared that he was cheating Senator the Hon John Williams-Senator for NSW in this matter is my view. Close to nine and a half years of constant corruption of Australia Post is a NATIONAL DISGRACE is my view. Mr Ahmed Fahour MD & Group CEO of Australia Post has failed and failed and failed continuously to resolve this matter. Shortly after taking office in February 2010 I wrote to him and continued writing to him. Australia Post’s cheating of Administrative Appeals Tribunal using the services of Mr Mick Batskos of the business called FOI Solutions is also very well documented. I could add many more names apart from the above and that of Mr Paul Burke-General Manager and Mr Paul Gardner-CSG NSW here but that will only increase the length of this letter which is not the aim at this point in time.
I hope you will show absolute honesty, integrity and values while responding to this communication and while working for Australia Post- a GBE that is owned by and operated for Australian people. The copy of this letter is provided to the Hon Jason Clare MP and also the Minister for Communications Senator the Hon Mitch Fifield. The position of Minister for Communications was previously held by our new Prime Minister the Hon Malcolm Turnbull MP.
The copy of this correspondence is also provided to my Local Federal Member for Kingsford Smith the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP who is aware of this matter remaining unresolved.
My cause is to eradicate highest level corruption that is destroying the Democratic values in Australia which is perceived as becoming more and more corrupt every year on the Transparency International Corruption Perception Index. We are now on No. 11 and the corruption is not stopping. You are now well placed to address corruption in Australia Post. If you join others in keeping the corruption covered up and not addressed then eventually you may have to leave Australia Post with your credibility compromised, possibly for ever, just like that of Mr Andy Caprackas and Mr Alan Barwick JP is my view. Please do not forget that Mr Caprackas attended AAT hearings with Mr Batskos and Mr Steve Brotherson. All the job of talking was left to Mr Batskos. I have seen first-hand all the dishonesty and corruption. Fortunately, all that is documented. I request you to read the decisions of the AAT based on fabricated documents supplied to me by Australia Post’s Mr Raj Pavarajah and then again by Mr Andy Caprackas while reviewing Mr Raj Pavarajah’s flawed FOI decision. Mr Alan Barwick JP identified this as a CRIMINAL MATTER and informed Mr Andy Caprackas that it was criminal. Why was it covered up from me and my family despite being the victims of crimes?
What is left for you in my view is to see if any baseless legal approach indication to Mr Clare will work for Australia Post to stop me exposing the corruption in Australia Post. My matters were in AAT and former ADT and all those decisions are publicly available. Australia Post breaching AAT rules and procedures is also very well documented. In my view your legal approach mention may backfire very badly as I am known to numerous people as the one who has suffered with my family for all these years due to the corruption on the highest levels. This corruption began due to the corrupt conduct of Australia Post CSG officials is my view.
It is now claimed that we have a 21st Century government. Many Members of this 21 Century government have written to me in the past and they know the corruption and also cover ups for a very long time.
The people in PM & C, AG- both Federal and NSW, Department of Communications, AFP, NSW Police Force, OCO, OAIC, NSW IPC, GG (former and current), NSW Premier, NSW Minister for Police and Justice, Many Attorney Generals in NSW and in Federal governments-past and present, numerous Australia Post employees past and present including the CSG officials, all the seventy six Senators, numerous Ministers and Presidents of the Senate and many employees in these departments and officials of the elected representatives are aware that I am and my family is the victim of crimes that have remained unresolved. What is needed is someone giving me a VOICE and that could happen anytime. I have not heard of you in the past and if you have been cheated by people within and from outside Australia Post the only option before you will be to accept it and then name the people who have cheated you. This letter from you to Mr Clare is the classic example that Australia Post and all its officials that are aware and involved in these matters are not ready to put their hand up and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. It is their choice but they may pay the price as we all own Australia Post and the corruption is very well documented.

This is what is written in the brief prepared for Senator the Hon John Williams-Senator for New South Wales by your own Mr Geoff Williams-Board and Shareholder Liaison. This is provided to me under the FOI Act by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner-(OAIC). This means it is released to the world at large. The following are Mr Geoff Williams’s “Salient points”:
23 May 2006: Australia Post received redirection application from Vasant Wagh to redirect mail from 38 Randolph Street, Rosebery NSW to PO Box K861, Haymarket NSW.
My Comment: No mention that it was my imposter. This particular application with PO Box K861 has now been confirmed as FABRICATED DOCUMENT.
A passport (MO 15782) was used for identification.
My Comment: No mention that it was INDONESIAN PASSPORT. The Indonesian consulate in Maroubra in Sydney, NSW informed me, when I visited them, that this is NOT Indonesian Passport Number. Indonesian passports always had six digits of numbers and they have never used MO letters on their passports. This was a Fabricated document supplied by Australia Post to me. The email exchanges by Australia Post CSG NSW had another additional Passport number mentioned and that was MO 75782. Again, not six digits but five digits number. The fabricated document has “Indo” written on it for showing the identification that it was Passport of “Indo”. This Indo abbreviation is used worldwide for India and not for Indonesia.
Randolph St ends at 21-No such address as 38 Randolph St.
My Comment: This is why the postman took the envelope addressed to me back to Mr Steve Gabell of Alexandria Delivery Facility and said “no such address” to Mr Gabell. My family lives at 18 Randolph Street. The envelope with the CHEQUE inside had my name on it with other address correct. This was the information provided by Mr Steve Gabell and also by Ms Roslyn of ADF of Australia Post.
Postie for the round raised this matter with Mr Wagh when delivering his mail:
My Comment: I have never met any postie and never had any conversation about the mail redirection from my name to a PO Box in Haymarket with any postie at any time. This is a total fabrication and criminal misbehaviour of whoever has put this on Australia Post records. For Mr Geoff Williams to use this type of material is the very reason why the corruption in Australia Post has continued and is never ending. What is the date the postie met me? What is the name of the postie for the round? What was the time the postie delivered the mail when he discussed these crimes with me? I am normally NEVER HOME when postie comes to deliver mail.
Mr Wagh claimed to know nothing about the redirection.
My comment: To whom did I claim that I know nothing about the redirection. The same postie or some other fictitious person?
On investigation, PO Box K 861, Haymarket was in the name of Mr Vasant Wagh.
My Comment: This clearly shows that the PO Box was up and running but not based on the Fabricated Documents but the REAL ones that Australia Post is hiding is my view. I am the only person in this country with the name Vasant Wagh and Australia Post knows that because I have told them this many times.
Mr Wagh claimed to know nothing about the PO Box.
My Comment: To whom did I claim to know nothing about the PO Box? Is it the same postie that I never met? Is it some another fictitious identity placed on records by Australia Post’s officials?
This is just a part of the brief that is dated 2 February 2012 and prepared by Mr Geoff Williams.
The corruption has continued and getting exposed as the time progresses.
Australia Post’s Corporate Lawyer Mr Oliver Cousland in his email dated 18 September 2012 to Officials of OAIC wrote as follows:
Hi David,
I would not agree to release to Mr Wagh of any annexures 2, 3, 6, and 7 at all. Annexure 2 is a briefing paper for a Senator (Senator the Hon John Williams) and not for public release.
My Comment: This is a good example of how false information was provided behind my back to the Senator who was representing me. Senator Williams later stopped helping me after realising the depth of the corruption is my view. This is just one example of Mr Oliver Cousland’s gross misconduct, dishonesty and unacceptable behaviour is my view. He is just one in many in Australia Post and its CSG but has played a significant role in keeping this matter remaining unresolved is my view. How many rules applicable to a FOI Review official has he broken will be your job to look at or the job of Mr Ahmed Fahour to look at is my view. The problem is Mr Fahour has lost his credibility to remain as MD and CEO of Australia Post because he has failed to address this matter despite being the highest authority to deal with this matter is my view. It is happening for number of years. As per Commonwealth Ombudsman ordinary people have the right to approach the highest authority if their concerns are not addressed by other people under the highest authority. Mr. Fahour has failed dismally to act on the documented corruption within Australia Post is my view.
Erin Kelly, this is a non-stop corruption that started from 15-16 June 2006 and to call me obsessive complainant only makes me wonder how long Australia Post is going to continue to hide the corruption and crimes that has ruined my family beyond repair. Who are the criminals? What is the benefit for Australia Post to cheat the owners of Australia Post? I am also attaching the emails that I sent to the Investigator Mr Don Kane very recently. I received an automated response from him to my first email that my email has been received. He then never responded. When I sent him the reminder to respond there was no automated response. Please read the attached emails to Mr Done Kane and find out from Mr Don Kane why he did not respond. The date 15 June 2006 in the email to Mr Done Kane is a typographical error. The correct date is 16 June 2006.
The automated response to my first email dated 8 August 2015 to Mr Done Kane is provided below. this means he is still the employee of Australia Post and must be questioned about the TRUTH and his own corruption to cover up this matter by signing a false Field Receipt. Mr Don Kane’s dairy entries are released to me in the past.

Erin Kelly, I thank you in anticipation with the hope that you will maintain the highest standards of your office while dealing with this matter. Please do not forget that TRUTH ALONE TRIUMPHS and will triumph. The corrupt people in this country have left us with nothing more to lose which please keep in mind. Please do not become part of the SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION is my suggestion. There are numerous people out there who may be interested in keeping this matter covered up for ever. Please do not become one of them is my suggestion.

Dear Supporters, I thank everyone that have signed my petition and also those that have taken time to make excellent comments. This unprecedented matter and the cover ups that followed from June 2006 has the potential to clean up Australia Post of unsuitable people running this Government Business Enterprise. They need to be investigated and if found to be covering up the truth, corruption and crimes must face the full force of the law initiated by the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post. Those that chose to leave Australia Post must also face the full force of the law. Many have left already without resolving the matter.
The image posted today is the part of the letter from Ms Erin Kelly to the former Labor Shadow Minister for Communications the Hon Jason Clare MP. Ms Kelly was trying to portray me as the obsessive complainant to protect her own obsessive cover ups efforts.
She was obviously working behind the scenes and allegedly using her contacts in the government to stop me at every opportunity to fight for justice. She did not hesitate to convey legal action on me via Mr Clare. This did not work for her at all. I have limited space on Change.org to display images. The full baseless letter therefore cannot be displayed. Her efforts to discourage me, stop me and somehow oppose me in continuing to fight for justice has backfired and the result is now clear. She must have lost the support from everywhere and the option left for her was to leave Australia Post. Why she should get away for this unacceptable conduct is the question Ms Holgate needs to answer.
My petition is now signed and supported by 15674 people from all the corners of Australia. A big thank you to you all. Please help to spread the word to make Australia Post corruption free, honest, moral, ethical, transparent, fair, reasonable and just organisation where the MD & CEO could be trusted to wipe out documented corruption and cover ups.
I hope Ms Holgate starts proper investigations about why this matter is covered up from June 2006 no matter who is involved and no matter who the criminals are. This is what is required from her to show her leadership. I can help her to bring people to justice if she is interested and she is prepared to use Australia Post money to bring these people before the courts. The evidence of wrongdoings is overflowing. Please show courage Ms Holgate is my message to her. If she fails, she may become part of these people that are involved in the cover ups. I hope she will obey the laws of the country that she has made her home.
Please help my family to get justice.
