Many of you may not even know the business called “FOI Solutions” run by the person named
Mr. Mick Batskos.
This business thrives on the work received from the State and Federal government agencies including the Government Business Enterprise-Australia Post is highly likely. Mr Batskos’s work includes, but is not limited to, providing advice on Freedom of Information requests made to the government departments, take the load off from the government departments of such requests if the Departments are unable to cope with the requests, provide advice on Administrative Law, represent government departments in the courts. tribunals etc., provide training to the officials of the government departments in properly handling the FOI requests and so on.
Mr Batskos is very well known in the government circles as the person with the encyclopaedic knowledge of the FOI Act and is considered as a Guru in the field of FOI Act. His business is based in Melbourne, Victoria in Australia.
My 16,205 Supporters from across the lengths and breadths of Australia are aware of my fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups that are ongoing from June 2006. This unprecedented matter has exposed many people from many places as morally bankrupt, dishonest, unethical, unfair, unjust and unreasonable in many ways. Some have even engaged in alleged criminal misconduct by fabricating decisions.
I was informed by Australia Post’s Mr. Steve Gabell of their Alexandria Delivery Facility-ADF in Sydney that someone has used Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket by filling the required forms for Redirection and also for the opening of a PO Box on my name in the heart of the City of Sydney’s Haymarket PostShop. Mr Gabell also informed us that there is cheque on my name involved. This cheque was planned to end up in the PO Box opened on my name. This fraudulent activity was discovered because of the envelope addressed to me had a wrong house number 38 on it. This number does not exist in the street we live. Postman took it back to Mr Gabell saying “No such address”. The fraud was identified. All this information was also confirmed by another Australia Post employee at ADF Ms Roslyn.
The matter was out of Mr. Gabell’s authority to handle. He then prepared a comprehensive report on this matter, by doing overtime, as he was proceeding on extended leave shortly. He handed over the material to the Investigator Mr. Don Kane of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW. The office of CSG NSW was based in the suburb Strawberry Hills, close to the City of Sydney.
It did not take long for the cover ups to start and the REAL story and the REAL documents are still hidden from us by Australia Post for almost FOURTEEN years. In exactly one month, on 16 June 2020, these cover ups will complete 14 years if Ms Holgate allows the cover ups to continue after taking over the reins of running Australia Post from Mr Ahmed Fahour. Mr Fahour sat on this matter and kept it unresolved for the entire over 7 years of his leadership. What stopped him from coming clean in all that period?
Australia Post has many in-house lawyers. Australia Post’s Legal Officer and National FOI Officer Mr Andy Caprackas appointed Mr Mick Batskos of “FOI Solutions” to represent Australia Post in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal-AAT in Sydney.
This appointment allowed Mr Caprackas to just sit in the tribunal next to Mr Batskos and me and say nothing at all during the entire one and a half years the matter was before the AAT.
I went to AAT to review the flawed decision of Mr Caprackas as per the procedures laid down in our democracy. Australia Post had a lawyer based in Sydney who is fully involved in these matters. He is Mr Steve Brotherson. He is now based in Melbourne HQ of Australia Post is my view. Despite this, Mr Caprackas and Mr. Batskos were coming to Sydney from Melbourne for every AAT hearing.
Mr. Batskos’s appointment by Australia Post was the clear indication that they wanted to cover up this matter even further because Mr. Batskos wanted the AAT to dismiss my matter as Frivolous and Vexatious proceedings. This stand of Mr. Batskos was baseless, without any proof, without any justification and foundation. It was against his required morals and ethics while practising law. He provided numerous examples of the past cases to support his stand but dismally failed because of the irrelevance of those cases to my application to review Australia Post’s Mr Andy Caprackas’s baseless review decision where I was seeking the REAL documents involved against the fabricated documents supplied to me for the second time with JP Certification to make the fabricated documents look authentic. This JP- Mr Alan Barwick turned out to the same person that was covering up this matter from the start while holding the position of State Manager CSG NSW of Australia Post. Mr Batskos, Mr Caprackas and also Mr Brotherson were hiding the direct involvement of this JP in the cover ups. How did that fit with the professional standards that Mr Batskos, Mr Caprackas and Mr Brotherson were expected to maintain? Why is Ms Holgate silent on this unacceptable conduct while heading Australia Post?
There is no precedent to this case, therefore any efforts to justify that my application was Frivolous and Vexatious proceedings brought against Australia Post by me would not have succeeded before any tribunal or court. What happened at the AAT is a separate long story. The judicial corruption to protect Australia Post started from the beginning and never ended. The Senior Member of AAT Ms Geri Ettinger was a former Postal Commissioner. Despite having numerous other Members and Senior Members at the AAT’s Sydney Registry they picked up Ms Geri Ettinger to hear this matter. Her alleged criminal misbehaviour in her corrupt decision, where she inserted fabricated material, is publicly available for anyone that wants to know more. Few years ago, Ms Ettinger left AAT. I was informed by AAT that she did not apply for re-appointment. She got re-appointed years after years after making two decisions in these matters.
Mr Batskos breached rules of AAT all along. He did not supply AAT with the REAL documents, despite it was his job to do so. Mr Batskos, with the support of Ms Geri Ettinger, spoke almost for an hour, of what happened at the telephone conference prior to the matter going before Ms Ettinger. Telephone conferences are held in private and that material is inadmissible when the matter goes to the hearing. Ms. Ettinger did not stop Mr Batskos talking and used up all the time allocated by AAT that was meant for setting up dates to submit material and the next hearings. Mr. Batskos received Royal treatment at the tribunal. A special room was made available for Mr. Batskos, Mr Caprackas and Mr Brotherson to sit at the end of the corridor before the hearing. There were big lounges outside the hearing room where they could have waited like us. We saw Mr Batskos peeping his head out of the door of that room to see if we have arrived.
Mr. Batskos wanted my privileged letters written by me to my solicitor Mr. Mainstone released to him because parts of it were read out by Mr Mainstone at the telephone conference to see if Australia Post comes clean and resolves the matter without going to the hearings. I was not present at that telephone conference. Ms Geri Ettinger gave those to Mr Batskos, abusing her authority. My solicitor was sent a summons approved by AAT to release my letters to my own solicitor, breaching numerous AAT rules. On top of this the summons was applied for by Mr Steve Brotherson who was just taking a back seat at the AAT. It was the job of Mr Batskos or Mr Caprackas to apply for such summons. Ms Ettinger, in her decision, has not mentioned the names of Mr. Caprackas or Mr. Brotherson anywhere.
Ms Geri Ettinger declined to allow my application to summons Telstra where the mobile telephone number of my imposter was called by Mr. Gabell. That number will be different to those on the fabricated documents. This was unacceptable conduct of Ms Ettinger. In fact, there was no need for Telstra to supply the mobile number called by Mr Gabell of my imposter because it will on the bill of the ADF landline number already that Australia Post is hiding. Please always remember that we all, the citizens of Australia, OWN Australia Post and it is operated for us. As the owners, we have the responsibility to root out documented corruption from this GBE-Government Business Enterprise.
Please read my update dated MAR 24, 2019 for the details. The following are the links to the decisions made by Ms Geri Ettinger. If any investigative journalist or a lawyer reads the decisions, they will pick up the corruption and the dishonesty in these decisions straight away. Mr Geri Ettinger could not dismiss my application as Frivolous and Vexatious based on the numerous irrelevant past cases put forward by Mr Batskos in desperation to hide the truth and the REAL documents involved in the fraudulent activities.
The audio recordings of the hearings, that I did not attend but was fully entitled to be provided with, were never given to me by AAT. Those recordings were needed to apply for the removal of Ms Ettinger from hearing this matter to prove her dishonesty, bias, breaches of the AAT rules, favourable treatment given to Mr Batskos and so on.
She dismissed my matters for non-attendance and was even seen guiding Mr Batskos to alert him about my non-attendance, the reason for the dismissal. This is all evident in the transcripts that I applied for, many years after the hearings, because of the AAT’s refusal to provide me audio recordings. The transcripts also exposed Ms Ettinger’s alleged criminal misconduct of adding to the decision about the telephone number in question of ADF that was in use but mentioned as not in use. This was never the part of the hearings that I did not attend. Mr Batskos never said at the hearings that the telephone in question was not in use. Ms Ettinger made it up. What a disgrace that is. What was her benefit?

Australia Post then continued to hide the truth to this day. The reliance of Australia Post officials on the corrupt judicial decisions has only exposed Australia Post officials more.

Australia Post must have spent lot of money to pay Mr. Batskos and also to fly him from Melbourne to Sydney several times along with Mr Caprackas for AAT hearings. This was obviously for protecting their own corruption where fabricated documents were released to me under the FOI Act for hiding the truth, the real story and the real documents. My fight for justice is not going to stop. This business, FOI Solutions, must be investigated more than ever before for its lack of honesty, integrity and values in my matters.
Our country is perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year on the world stage. If we do not work together to stop that trend the future will be bleak.
