Ms Holgate, where is your honesty, integrity and values?

My this update will show you how Australia Post is hiding the truth, documents and protecting the wrongdoers in Australia Post from June 2006. Please look at the part of my solicitor at the time, Mr Pelosi’s letter to Mr Don Kane. He was the investigator in my Identity Theft matters and the first person from Australia Post Corporate Security Group NSW-CSG NSW to accept the REAL documents and information from Mr Steve Gabell of Australia Post’s Alexandria Delivery Facility at the time. This hand over happened on 16 June 2006. What followed was the cover ups after cover ups. This involves his boss at the time Mr Alan Barwick JP who was the State Manager of Australia Post CSG NSW at the time. Mr Barwick is also involved in certifying fabricated and other documents in this matter in his capacity of Justice of the Peace. He did it without disclosing his conflict of interest in this matter by breaching the rules applicable to JP’s while certifying documents.
This matter then went on and on and more and more people from Australia Post got involved. Not a single person from Australia Post came forward to tell me the truth and the cancer of corruption and cover ups has spread everywhere inside and also outside of Australia Post to keep the truth covered up.
This cover ups continued under the leadership of Mr Ahmed Fahour after the MD, prior to him, retired. His name is Graeme T. John. Mr. Fahour resigned his 5.6 Million a year job. He allegedly sat on this unresolved matter almost for the entire seven years he was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post.
Ms Holgate has the responsibility to investigate why this matter was swept under the carpet by Mr Fahour and his team. Does she have the strength and courage to investigate?
Her very long silence is unacceptable. I have requested a meeting with her time and again but she does not respond. My letters in the mail, telephone calls and emails have not received any response.
My petition is now signed and supported by 12080 people from all the corners of Australia as on 8 September 2019 at 12:22 pm.
The important thing here is my solicitor wrote to Mr Don Kane on 21 June 2006 at point 4:
“Please provide us with copies of all documents and, more particularly, the redirected envelope, the cheque, correspondence and any application forms in which our client’s name or address is referred and the Indonesian Passport”.
Mr Don Kane did not respond and no one else did. After few months of working my solicitor stopped working for me saying the matter is not in his line of work. I insisted him to continue but he did not accept to continue.
I did not stop and saw more and more corruption and more and more cover ups that have not stopped.
Our Prime Minister says “Nobody is above the law”. Why is then Ms Holgate not listening to our PM?
Our PM says he wants ZERO suicides. Why is then Ms Holgate does not show interest in finding out what happened in case of Mr Bob Croxford’s suicide that Mr Fahour and his team hide from me?
For those who do not know, Mr Croxford passed away on 11 September 2010. It will be 9 years in two days’ time he lost the faith and could not probably see any light at the end of the tunnel under Mr Fahour’s leadership is a possibility. My letter to Mr Fahour dated 18 September 2010 is marked “NFA” by Mr Geoff Williams. This was the date of the funeral of Mr. Croxford. How did my letter ended up, to write NFA, with Mr Williams? He is allegedly part of the alleged cover ups. His position is Board & Shareholder Liaison. Mr Croxford’s name was provided to me twice as my contact person by Mr Paul Burke who was the Corporate Secretary at the time. Mr. Croxford was the State Manager in Melbourne of Australia Post CSG.
The long list of others in Australia Post will be shared with my supporters to show why we need a corruption free Australia Post.
All the Corporate Lawyers and Legal Advisors/Officers of Australia Post that are involved have allegedly breached the rules applicable to their employment, moral and ethical responsibilities, corporate governance and responsibilities towards victims and customers on an ongoing basis is my view.
My previous update shows Mr Scott J. Staunton, who was Deputy General Counsel at the time, writing on 14 July 2008 in his flawed FOI Review decision that “documents cannot be found or do not exist”.
Why the same thing was not said back in June 2006 then to my solicitor and me? Where is the honesty of Mr Staunton?
Ms Holgate has to understand that her position could be compromised if she tries to protect her own people that have been identified as wrongdoers on the documents.
The pain and suffering and psychological torture these people are inflicting on us is a National disgrace and they keep hiding the truth to protect people that have engaged in premeditated corrupt and criminal activities.
I also would like to repeat from my previous update that my question about the authenticity of a letter and the signature of Mr Paul Gardner on the letter to my solicitor Mr Pelosi is genuine or it is a forgery has not been answered. No one including Mr Gardner, Ms Erin Kelly, Ms Nicole Sheffield, Mr Gary Starr and Ms Holgate and many others failed to respond. Where is Australia Post heading?
We, the people of Australia, OWN Australia Post. The politicians responsible to hold Australia Post to account have remained silent. More about the names of the politicians will come later.
Please help and support me and my family to make our country corruption free and free society. We could easily start from Australia Post to get that process started.
