There is an absolute silence from Ms Christine Holgate and her team in Headquarters of Australia Post about the systemic documented corruption and cover ups that started from June 2006.

I have been fighting for justice and for getting a resolution where Indonesian Passport on my name was accepted by Australia Post as a Photo ID to allow alleged criminals to Redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box opened on my name at Haymarket Post office in Sydney city. The Indonesian Passport was also used to open this PO Box. It is highly likely that the people involved were identified by Australia Post in as little as 48 hours and the cover ups started. It is highly likely that numerous people in Australia Post know the people involved in these activities. They are not telling me the truth and hiding the REAL documents involved in these activities from my family.

The initial honesty shown by Australia Post’s two employees located at their Alexandria Delivery Facility in Sydney quickly evaporated when the matter was handed over to their Corporate Security Group official in Sydney. The cover ups started about these activities immediately and many Australia Post officials are now allegedly involved in the cover ups.

Ms Holgate is the third Managing Director that was made aware of this matter but she is failing to act like her two predecessors. They are Mr Graeme T. John and after him Mr Ahmed Fahour. This matter is ongoing and unresolved from June 2006.

Numerous Australia Post officials are involved and have failed in their duties is my view. Today I am posting the part of documentary evidence of how Australia Post’s long-term employee that made one flawed Freedom of Information-FOI Decision on my matters and failed to provide documents to me and failed to act in his every other position he held with Australia Post with honesty, integrity and values. He was no different to all those Corporate Lawyers of Australia Post involved in the alleged cover ups.

The name of this person is Mr Scott J. Staunton. The initial decision maker was the National FOI Officer/Legal Officer Mr Andy Caprackas. The rules about FOI decisions require a more senior person than the initial decision maker to review the decisions of the initial decision maker. In this instance the highest-ranking National FOI Officer was the initial decision maker. Mr Staunton at the time was Deputy General Counsel when he reviewed the flawed decision of Mr Caprackas. His decision was also flawed.   

Mr Staunton of Australia Post was later made Head of Legal and then suddenly in 2010 his position was completely changed to General Manager Security and Investigations under the leadership of Mr. Ahmed Fahour. This change in my view was very abnormal. Mr Fahour also made Mr Staunton “Authorised Officer” for the Public Interest Disclosure Act that came into effect in 2013 to allow whistle-blowers to raise the concerns. This means Mr Staunton had the authority to look at what people may say about him anytime exposing the whistle-blowers straight away. Ms Holgate has failed to provide me with the current names of all the Authorised Officers despite asking her in writing.

There is no openness, transparency, honesty, integrity and values seen at all. We all own Australia Post and it is operated for all of us.

Recently two of my emails to Ms Holgate on her publicly available email address christine.holgate@auspost.com.au ended up with other people. One of them had left Australia Post. His name is Mr Evan Henley. He was the Authorised Officer for the PID Act 2013. He is allegedly involved in my matters and cover ups. 

Another person with whom my email ended up is not known to me. No one has come up with answering my questions about the emails to Ms Holgate ending up with other people. The second person, I am told is the most senior person for dispute resolution. I told the people that took my call that I am prepared to talk with this senior person who responded to my email to Ms Holgate. It was just an automated response that my email is received. I was never contacted by this person at all.

My answering machine messages left on Ms Holgate’s publicly available landline number (03) 91067139 have never been responded to where I requested to call me back.

The cover ups have continued and it is time for Ms Holgate to come clean about the REAL DOCUMENTS involved in the crimes and why I was provided with the Fabricated documents in the first place.

Ms Holgate, Mr Paul Gardner, Ms Erin Kelly, Mr Paul Burke, Ms Nicole Sheffield, Mr Gary Starr, Mr Scott Staunton, Mr Don Kane, Mr Alan Barwick, Mr Steve Gabell, Mr Rod Lemish and Mr Steve Brotherson have not responded if the signature of Mr Paul Gardner on the letter to my then solicitor Mr Vincent Pelosi  is genuine or a forgery for months now. Please refer to my previous update about this signature of Mr Gardner issue.

We, the people, of this nation must stop the declining standards of democracy in our country.

Our Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP says “Nobody is above the law” He wants zero suicides in our country. If that is the case then we must have ZERO CORRUPTION in our country.

This is why we all must start the corruption eradication in our country and the correct place to start is AUSTRALIA POST because we all own Australia Post.

I also wrote to PwC and requested Ms Christine Corbett to contact me after her failure to address this matter. Ms Corbett was the Chief Customer Officer at Australia Post and now taken a job with PwC as their Special Advisor. PwC is appointed by Australia Post to receive information from Whistle-blowers. No transparency in that as well. No response is received from either Ms Corbett or anyone else at PwC.

Please support all those that are fighting in the Public Interest to make our country corruption free and free society. The silence of Ms Holgate needs to be questioned as to why she is failing to act and see me personally to hear first-hand about our fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups.

Please do not forget that what has happened to us could happen to anyone else at any time. The people power can make a change is my confidence and this is why I have used Change.org after the big names in our country have failed to act.

My petition is now signed and supported by 11 874 people as on 17 August 2019 at 3:30 pm from all the corners of Australia and I thank each one of them. Please spread the word to as many others as possible.

This fight for justice and the truth has the potential to make a real change for the good of our country, and our people. Please help to spread the word. The fight for justice will not stop until Australia Post comes clean. Ms Holgate has all the power, resources, money and manpower to make Australia Post corruption free is my view. She is not expected to hide the truth for protecting the wrongdoers within and also outside of Australia Post.
