My family is fighting for justice from June 2006. This matter, where Australia Post has engaged in documented cover ups from June 2006, deserves full scale investigations. Ms Holgate herself must start to investigate first.  All the democratic processes available for the ordinary people have been used by us to get the truth out but there are still ongoing efforts to hide the truth from my family.

This matter involves the use of Indonesian Passport on my name, as a Photo ID, at Australia Post to Redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney. This PO Box was also fraudulently opened on my name using this Indonesian Passport.  

Australia Post identified the fraud and crimes and then decided to cover up this from my family from 15-16 June 2006. Identity thefts is an international “Public Interest” issue that affects millions of people around the world.

We, the citizens of Australia, own Australia Post. We have the responsibility to keep it corruption free at all times because we rely on the honesty, integrity and values of Australia Post.

Today I have posted here a letter from my then solicitor Mr Vincent Pelosi of Pelosi & Associates to the Investigator of Australia Post Mr Don Kane. This letter is the indication that Mr Kane was avoiding to answer questions from my solicitor.

Mr. Kane was handed over all the documents involved in the fraudulent activities by Mr. Steve Gabell of Alexandria Delivery Facility in Sydney of Australia Post on 16 June 2006. The cover ups started after this hand over is my allegation. The numerous people involved in the cover ups or helping the people that were engaged in the cover ups is unprecedented in the history of Australia is my view.

Ms Christine Holgate, who is now the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post, has the responsibility to address these allegations and not remain silent with the hope that I will give up at some stage if she fails to respond. My fight to get the truth out has not stopped from June 2006 under two of her predecessors. They are Mr Ahmed Fahour and Mr Graeme T. John.

Mr Fahour sat on the documented cover ups for the almost entire seven years he was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post. The baseless reasons he gave for leaving his 5.6 Million dollars a year job need thorough investigations is my view.

He was followed by Ms Christine Corbett in leaving her 1.5 Million dollars a year job with Australia Post as their Chief Customer Officer. She allegedly failed to address the documented corruption and cover ups as well. She has now taken up new job with PwC as their Special Advisor. PwC is appointed by Australia Post to take information from the Whistle-blowers. Can you see the alleged Conflict of Interest here where the person engaged in the alleged cover ups and not responding to my many letters to her could advise PwC on this matter?

Mr. Kane did not respond to my solicitor’s letter to him. It is now suspected that a fraudulent letter was created and then sent to my solicitor. This suspected fraudulent letter, with Mr. Paul Gardner shown as the writer, was posted by me with my update on Change.org on July 14, 2019 with my comments. No one, including Ms Holgate has responded to my question if the signature of Mr Gardner on that letter is a forgery or it is his genuine signature. Where is the honesty and integrity of Ms Holgate, Mr Gardner and many others has gone?

The same question of the authenticity of Mr Gardner’s signature was put before the following high-ranking officials of Australia Post but no one responded.

1.       Ms Erin Kelly-Corporate Secretary (Former Corporate Secretary Office of the Managing Director Mr Ahmed Fahour and former Head of Board & Shareholder Liaison)

2.       Mr. Scott Staunton: General Manager Security & Investigations. (Former Head of Legal)

3.       Mr. Don Kane-former Investigator in this matter. He worked from the same Sydney office at Strawberry Hills where Mr Gardner worked in the past is my view.

4.       Mr Steve Gabell: He was the one who told us about the Indonesian Passport on my name used to commit fraud/crimes using Australia Post’s services.

5.       Mr Paul Burke: Group Executive, Shareholder & Regulatory Affairs. (Former Corporate Secretary and former General Manager Office of the Managing Director Mr Ahmed Fahour)

6.       Mr Gary Starr: Executive General Manager Business & Government.

7.       Ms Nicole Sheffield: Executive General Manager Community & Consumer.

8.       Alan Barwick JP: Former State Manager NSW/ACT (Mr Don Kane’s former boss) He certified fabricated Australia Post documents while holding that position and without showing his conflict of interest on the documents he certified breaching the rules applicable to JP’s.

9.       Mr Geoff Williams: Board & Shareholder Liaison.

10.   Mr Rod Lemish: “Authorised Officer” for the whistle-blowers. Senior Workplace Relations Advisor.

Except Mr Don Kane all others work from Melbourne Headquarters of Australia Post is my view. These officials are obviously expected to be highly paid but they all have failed to address this matter that is their knowledge for a long time now. Ms Sheffield replaced Ms Corbett but has failed to respond to my single letter so far despite being the EGM Community and Consumer.

It is very important for all my current and future supporters to note that this fight for justice has the potential to eradicate corruption at a fast rate if the supporters continue to raise their concerns with Ms Holgate, Minister for Communications, their own Local Federal Members of Parliament and their Senators. Mr Local Federal Member of Parliament is the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP. He is dismally failing to give me and my family a voice and represent us in the Parliament. He has not responded to my numerous letters to him and to this petition as well.

Please help to spread the word as we need to put our hands together to stop our country from going down the path of being perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year on the world stage. This is happening right now and we must stop that and to stop this please help the whistle-blowers and corruption fighters is my request to the entire nation and the world.

This unresolved simple matter has exposed deep rooted corruption culture in our country and I am trying my best to bring it to the attention of the people around Australia and the world because this unprecedented matter involves many big names in our country that have failed to act while in their positions.

My petition is now signed and supported by 11737 people from all the comers of Australia and some from outside of Australia as well. Numerous people have made excellent comments as well. I have tried to respond to many comments.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask. If the questions are appropriate, they will be responded to as soon as possible to throw more light on this unresolved matter and the cover ups that involves people outside of Australia Post as well.

I thank all my current and future supporters for helping me to make a change. The fight for justice will continue until Ms Holgate opens up to tell me the truth. The power of truth is unlimited and I hope Ms Holgate does not show any weakness by remaining silent. She is allegedly surrounded by many in the Headquarters of Australia Post in Melbourne that are allegedly involved in the cover ups for many years. This is where her leadership will be tested is my view.

If our democratic processes had worked as designed, there was no need for me to use Change.org platform. We are now in a position where our democratic rights are getting eroded all the time and unless this type of systemic failure of democracy is made public the people will remain in the dark about the declining standards unless they experience it firsthand is my view.

Ms Holgate is requested to maintain the highest standards of her office at all times and not become part of the systemic corruption to cover up this matter. If she continues to ignore the documented wrongdoings of her people in Australia Post-past and present to protect them then she may lose her credibility to remain in office is my view.

I have given her numerous opportunities and chances to see me but she has ignored me so far. This may be a serious breach of her own Code of Conduct is a possibility.

Please help to keep Australia Post corruption free Government Business Enterprise. Signing my petition is the first step in the right direction and then asking questions to Ms Holgate will be the next step in the right direction is my view.

Please continue to support by spreading the word, sharing this petition, asking questions to get answers and the truth will come out is my view. I do not want anyone else to suffer like us. The pain and suffering and psychological torture inflicted on us to shut us up has failed and will continue to fail is my view.
