Today I am sharing my email to Ms Holgate and the email to Mr Gardner for the first time. I hope both of them will realise that covering up this matter is not in their interest or the interest of Australia Post. The following are the positions held by Mr Gardner at Australia Post.

SUBJECT: Official complaint against Mr Paul Gardner

Dear Ms Holgate,

This is to bring to your attention that I have tried my best to give numerous chances to Mr Paul Gardner to tell me about the authenticity of his signature on a letter that was received by my solicitor at the time Mr Vincent Pelosi of Pelosi and Associates. Mr Gardner has not responded to my single letter so far and for a person that has risen to his current Senior Managerial position it makes it hard to believe what is the problem of Mr Gardner to respond.

This letter is my official complaint against Mr Paul Gardner. This complaint could be easily resolved if Mr Gardner responds to the following letter and all the other letters, I sent to him. The copies of my previous letters to Mr Gardner were also provided to you but no response was ever received from anyone. They were also provided to Ms Christine Corbett who was the Chief Customer Officer but she also failed to respond.

If my solicitor has received a letter as appearing below where the signature of Mr Gardner is a forgery please let me know where I stand with this matter as far as you as the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post to get a resolution.

If this signature is not a forgery then Mr Gardner or you as a MD & Group CEO must tell me why this letter did not answer any of my solicitors’ questions and why the Investigator Mr Don Kane, to whom my solicitor wrote, did not respond at all.

Please acknowledge this complaint and I expect your prompt response to my complaint.

Dear Mr Gardner,

I sent many emails to you and none of them has rebounded back. I sent my emails to you on paul.gardner@auspost.com.au. You did not respond to anyone of them and therefore this matter has become very serious. Your name was also provided to me by the external people as the Australia Post’s Contact Person to look into my identity theft but I did not contact you because your name and signature was on the letter to my solicitor back in 2006. Your signature was not suspected as a possible forgery for all these years by me but that situation is now changed after your silence on this matter for all these months.

I sent you the following signature for verification if this is your signature or a forgery but you did not respond. This raises serious questions about your credibility and in my view, you could pay a very heavy price sometime in the future for allegedly hiding the truth is the view I have formed especially when you deal with the issues of fraud control and security risks.

I cannot force you to respond but I will try my best to make you accountable for ignoring me where there is a question of possible fraud and that is with your signature. (Forged or genuine).

The following is the image in blue colour now available on Google with my Petition to Ms Holgate on Chnge.org platform. This means this signature is now available for anyone to see. I believe when the time is right for the whistle-blowers they will come out. They can now see all my updates, fabricated documents, Mr Alan Barwick’s genuine signature, your signature as above which could be a job of someone that you may have worked with while working at your CSG Strawberry Hills office in Sydney cannot be ruled out. If you know who is a suspect if this is a forgery and you are hiding it then it will be considered as unacceptable conduct of serious proportions.

My complaint against you has not been responded to and those people that had the responsibility to ask you questions and then report to me have also failed to respond. This means they are now part of the team that is covering up the truth is my view.

As you have not responded to my many letters copy of this letter will be provided to few others so that in the future I can claim that the others also failed to act and do their jobs to uphold the rules and the Code of Conduct applicable to their employments with Australia Post if they fail to act. Even if they leave their jobs the allegations are expected to be valid is my view.

If my solicitor Mr Vincent Pelosi was sent the letter with your forged signature, as it is now suspected and your silence on the authenticity of your own signature is put before the people that have powers to investigate you then you may put yourself in a very difficult position to justify your silence is my view.

This matter will now escalate as this is ongoing for the past 12 and a half years but the authenticity of your signature was never raised in the past. This means this is a brand-new development.

Australia Post’s two highest paid employees have resigned and left. They are Mr Ahmed Fahour and Ms Christine Corbett. These resignations in my view were unwarranted and many people in your HQ will know the truth behind these two resignations is a possibility. Ms Corbett categorically denied any corruption and crimes cover ups in writing to me. If she ends up before some enquiry her baseless statements will fall apart in pieces in minutes of my questioning is my view. What was 1.5 Million for if she could not handle this matter? And what was 5.6 Million for if Mr Fahour sat on this unresolved matter for 7 years?

The money is not everything in life. If I had enough money, I would have forced Mr Fahour and his team in the witness boxes to allow them to justify this corruption and crimes cover ups long ago. I got that opportunity to question the NSW Police officers in ADT because that fee was affordable. I could see them lying in witness boxes wearing Blue uniforms and also failing to answer my questions. That case was dismissed after one and a half years as “OUT OF THE JURISDICTION OF TRIBUNAL” This means it is not over yet. That was back in 2008.

The Australia Post case in AAT at the same time was dismissed for non-attendance and I was not given any chance to cross refer any Australia Post employee from the long list provided by me to AAT. The criminal misbehaviour of the Senior Member of AAT who made the corrupt and fabricated decision is publicly available. She is Ms Geri Ettinger-A former Postal Commissioner. Her corrupt decision is stuck to her name for the rest of her life. When my communications with AAT went on and on whenever I wanted to, she left.  The fee at AAT was around $700 to lodge the application at that time to review the corrupt FOI decision of Australia Post. Those fabricated documents and the letter with your possible forged signature were before Ms Ettinger.

This dismissal of matter was baseless because I wanted to continue but AAT refused to give me the Audio recordings of the hearing that I did not attend to make my further submissions but they never gave them to me because all those morally bankrupt people in AAT knew that Ms Ettinger’s decision was not going to add up with the audio recordings.

The corrupt conduct and the moral bankruptcy displayed by your hired solicitor Mr Mick Batskos of FOI Solutions and your National FOI officer and Legal office Mr Andy Caprackas is all very well documented. This Hired solicitor with the so-called encyclopaedic knowledge of FOI Act could not convince the AAT that my application was frivolous and vexatious. What a disgrace that was and Mr Steve Brotherson was witnessing all this taking a back seat in AAT. Where is Australia Post’s honesty, integrity and values gone Mr Gardner? Your career at Australia Post may come to an abrupt halt if you do not respond to my letters. Your silence will destroy your credibility very fast and then it will not matter what money you get.

It is not worth risking your name, your standing in the society, your reputation, your long-term job with Australia Post for protecting criminals is my view. My path is very clear and morally bankrupt Geri Ettinger, criminally misbehaving former FOI Commissioner Dr James Popple and Prof John McMillan-former Information Commissioner, many corrupt people in OCO, NSW IPC, NSW Police force, AFP, General Counsel of former NSW Premier Mike Baird Mr Paul Millar were unable to stop me in my path and the only option I have left is to put you on notice that I will wait for the next five days for you to respond to all my letters honestly, morally and ethically.

Your failure to act will result in official complaint against you and those outsiders will also be informed that you have not been seen by me as the proper, fit and right person to deal with Identity theft matters at Australia Post.

As I requested you before I need a letter from you on Australia Post letterhead complete with your address, contact phone and fax number with your usual full signature (NOT JUST INITIALS) with the response indicating if the signature here is your signature or is a forgery. It is that simple.

Then you please send it as PDF document to my email at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and then also mail the original at my postal address which is xxxxxxxxxx Rosebery, NSW 2018 by Express Post or Registered Post. This may save all your possible trouble in the future is my view.

We need a corruption free Australia Post and we need corruption free Australia as well. My petition is now signed and supported by 11664 people from every corner of Australia as on 21 July 2019 at 2:50 pm and I request all the current and future supporters to increase that support so that Ms Holgate will stop ignoring the people power to resolve this matter.

Please help to spread the word. If Nobody is above the law then why the alleged unlawful documented conduct of so many gets covered up is the question that Ms Holgate needs to answer.
