After months of trying to get answers, no one has responded to my simple question about the authenticity of the signature of Mr Paul Gardner who is in my view currently working as Senior Manager Integrity & Risk Analytics at Australia Post’s Headquarters in Melbourne.
I wrote many letters to him and made a request to tell me if the signature appearing on this letter in the document posted today with this update is his signature or is a forgery. He and many others did not respond at all. Then the same question was put to Ms Holgate but she did not respond as well.
For those that are not aware of this matter please read my petition and updates so far to get an idea of how my identity theft cover up has gone out of control. Many big names in our country are trying to cover up this matter for years and this is affecting my family. The more we try to fight for justice the more people join hands to cover up these matters.
This issue was raised about this letter and signature in my update dated 25 November 2018 with the heading:
“Ms Holgate, what should happen if the signature in the photo is a forgery?”
No response was ever received from anyone for all these months. Today, copy of the letter to my then solicitor is posted with my comments. My solicitor Mr Pelosi wrote to Mr Don Kane who was the investigator. He requested various documents involved that included the cheque on my name that was in the envelope addressed to me that was planned to end up in a PO Box opened on my name at Haymarket PostShop in Sydney. Our mail redirection and PO Box opening on my name was done using fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID.
Australia Post’s numerous employees-past and present are aware of the systemic corruption and cover ups that are not ending. I need the copies of the original documents involved to move forward in these matters but every effort is made by numerous employees of Australia Post to hide the truth from us from June 2006.
I may post the names of all those in my next update, if necessary, that are involved in these unresolved matters. In my view they all have the responsibility to tell us the truth, adhere to the Corporate Governance, moral and ethical responsibilities, Code of Conduct, corruption and crimes reporting and addressing when identified and brought to their attention and help the victims. Each one of them has failed to respond to my many letters. What is the point having all the rules and then allowing all these senior people to breach them years after years?
The following are the names of Australia Post employees that have left Australia Post. They have dismally failed to address this matter while in their positions. There could be more that have left that I am not aware of but eventually some others may disclose those names is a possibility if the blame game starts in the future.
1. Mr. Ahmed Fahour: former MD & Group CEO
2. Ms. Christine Corbett: Former Chief Customer Officer
3. Mr Oliver Cousland: former Corporate Lawyer
4. Mr Andy Caprackas: former National FOI Officer/Legal Officer.
5. Mr. Alan Barwick JP: Former State Manager NSW/ACT Australia Post Corporate Security Group.
6. Mr. Graeme T. John: former Managing Director before Mr Ahmed Fahour’s appointment.
It is with great sadness that I have to include one more name here of Mr Bob Croxford. He passed away on 11 September 2010. In my view he was involved in these matters. His cause of death is suicide. He worked under Mr Fahour is my view. Mr Fahour and many others in Mr. Fahour’s team hide this death from me despite he was named as my contact person by Mr Paul Burke, on behalf of Mr Fahour. Mr Burke was the Corporate Secretary at the time. No other person was then appointed as my Contact Person. My very important letter to Mr Fahour dated 18 September 2010 is marked NFA by Mr Geoff Williams-Board & Shareholder Liaison. This NFA means No Further Action. This date, 18 September 2010, was the date of the funeral of Mr Croxford. There are people interested in finding out more about this death is mt view. I believe there was no inquest into this death by Coroners Court of Victoria where the death was reported. How my confidential letter to Mr Fahour ended up with Mr Geoff Williams is never explained to me by anyone.
This matter is important to be made public by the media is my view but no one has shown any courage so far. I hope that will change after the attack on the freedom of journalists is now under the spotlight.
We hear a lot about “Nobody is above the law” these days. Well let us see if this is taken seriously by those responsible to act on alleged unlawful conduct of their employees starting from Australia Post.
Numerous politicians, watchdogs, many Police Commissioners and Attorney-Generals- past and present are aware of this matter but the corruption and cover ups have continued.
This is a golden opportunity for Ms Holgate to clean up Australia Post’s headquarters where many are still employed that are involved in the cover ups is my view. Her total reluctance to respond to my letters, documents and emails has now become a matter of serious concerns.
Please do not forget that we, the citizens of Australia, are the Owners of Australia Post. No one should allow and tolerate this type of conduct of the people on high remunerations and positions in Australia Post to behave like this is my view.
My supporters are free to ask me questions if they need any clarifications via this petition in joining the conversation and discussion.
The highest-level systemic corruption has no place in our country and this ongoing unresolved matter has the potential to start making a real change. Corruption eradication is possible if people join hands and denounce this documented corruption and cover ups is my view.
Signing this petition in large numbers and commenting and asking questions and getting answers is the way to get the people in power to start talking, listening and giving me voice is my view.
When the people like Ms Holgate show the signs of weakness in addressing the alleged corruption and cover ups where she is now the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post makes me wonder what is she afraid of?
What is her problem in telling me the truth and if the signature here of Mr Gardner is a forgery or it is his genuine signature?
I request my current and future supporters to unite and denounce this documented cover ups with one voice because if the criminals are allowed to get off after thirteen years of fight for justice they will be encouraged to continue with their criminal activities as they will start to believe that they are above the law.
Your support and help so far has given us all the strength to fight for justice. The current supporter number stands at 11545 and I hope that will rapidly increase after this update.
My solicitor Mr Pelosi stopped acting for me in few months’ time in 2006 by telling me that the matter is not in his line of work.
I am not aware if he was intimidated by the people in power. Both NSW Police at my Local police station and Australia Post’s investigator Mr Don Kane failed to respond to his letters and provide the information he sought when it was their responsibility to provide that to him.
The democracy failed and continues to fail after all these years. The fight for justice has never stopped and will not stop. This is a PUBLIC INTEREST matter as in my view millions of victims could be suffering in silence and they all need to be given the voice is my view.
I thank all my supporters and hope more supporters will join as this type of corruption could affect anyone at anytime and anywhere in our country and the world.
