Dear Valued Supporters,

This is the matter of unprecedented Identity Theft cover ups where numerous people are involved in allegedly helping each other to protect themselves and others after their documented wrongdoings to cover up this matter have been identified.  

Ms Christine Holgate has not responded to my numerous letters including emails and documents that were delivered to her. Australia Post’s many Senior Officials have also failed to do their jobs by remaining silent and not responding to my many letters.

This fight for justice started from 15-16 June 2006 where Australia Post accepted fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID and allowed my and my family’s mail to be Redirected into a fraudulently opened PO Box on my name in Haymarket, Sydney using this false passport.

The many high-ranking people that are expected to do their jobs with honesty, integrity and values have all failed to maintain the integrity of their offices while holding those positions.

The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner-OAIC was established on 1 November 2010 and Prof McMillan was the inaugural Information Commissioner. This office had the golden opportunity to see that both AFP and Australia Post do their jobs properly while responding to my FOI Applications.

Prof McMillan was the Commonwealth Ombudsman before he was appointed as the Information Commissioner. He was given opportunity to get the truth out from Australia Post while he was the Commonwealth Ombudsman as well. He allegedly failed to do his job, as required, with independence and impartiality while holding that office as well.

Prof. McMillan was later appointed as the Acting NSW Ombudsman by the former Premier of NSW the Hon Mike Baird to mainly finalise the NSW Police phone bugging matter that was never finalised by his predecessor. This appointment was for two years where the normal rules were watered down for such appointments and therefore the role was made as Acting position by the then Premier Mike Baird.

My serious concerns raised with Mr Baird to stand down Prof McMillan as the Acting NSW Ombudsman due to his alleged documented dishonesty and unacceptable conduct in his previous role as the Information Commissioner were responded by the General Counsel of the Premier at the time. I was directed to raise my concerns with the Commonwealth Attorney-General Senator George Brandis at the time. This directive was seriously flawed is my view. Later Premier Baird abruptly decided to quit politics.

I requested Prof McMillan to stand down as well as the Acting NSW Ombudsman. He did not respond to my letters but when I insisted that he has no credibility left to hold such positions a letter from an official of the NSW Ombudsman’s office was received. It said that Prof. McMillan has read my letters but he will not respond. All this is very well documented. The reasons given by the former Premier Baird for quitting politics abruptly did not hold any water is my view. He later took job with NAB on reported two million remuneration.

I have added this information for my supporters to highlight that the people with alleged lost values get new highly paid jobs in the governments despite numerous others including many politicians are made aware of the concerns that I have with Prof. McMillan and also Dr. James Popple who was the FOI Commissioner. Please refer to my previous update for my concerns about Dr James Popple.

For Ms Holgate to remain silent, despite her own Senior Officials are aware of the corruption and cover ups for many years is a matter of serious concerns. If she is receiving advise from others to remain silent and she is accepting it then this update will probably alert her that she cannot, in the future, come out and say she got a wrong advice.

This one matter alone has made me very much determined to make our country corruption free and free society. This is why I am trying to reach people around the country and the world to help me and my family by signing and commenting on my updates and the petition. The current supporter number stands at 11336 as on 29 June 2019 at 9:45 pm. People from every corner of Australia have signed my petition and I thank each one of them. There are many others from outside of Australia as well and I thank them all for their support. Numerous people have also made comments and I appreciate their support as well. I am ready to answer any questions that my supporters may have if they are to the point and reasonable.

After the failure of all the democratic processes to get a resolution, what else could be done to get heard? If my Local Federal Member of Parliament is not helping what could be done? If Police fabricate evidence what could be done? If the Senators for NSW remain silent on documented wrongdoings and not raise the matter in the Parliament what could be done?

The only option is to use people power and it is expected that this matter of immense public interest eventually gets a Royal Commission with the help of ordinary people that do not want Australia to keep sliding down on the corruption perception index on the world stage every year.

When the honesty of people in the positions of power is compromised, the ordinary people are expected to stand up and say a big NO to that dishonesty, lost values and a monumental waste of tax payers money that is going into the pockets of these people is my view.

I would like to start from the documented corruption and cover ups started by Australia Post officials because we, the Citizens of Australia, own Australia Post.

Thanks for your support and I hope to increase it rapidly in coming days to wake-up Ms Christine Holgate and her highly paid team in Melbourne Headquarters of Australia Post to do the right thing and that is to tell us the TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH immediately. The REAL hidden documents must be provided to me by Ms Holgate to begin the process of resolution. The power of truth is unlimited and the longer it takes for Ms Holgate to come with the truth the fight for justice will only intensify. People of Australia are fed up that no matter who is in the government the corruption is not curbed. This fight therefore is for making our country the best in the world and free of any corruption. It is a must that my family gets the voice and justice that has been denied for over THIRTEEN long years.

Please spread the word to as many people as possible to make a real change. Every single signature and every single comment gives us that extra strength to fight for justice. The people must never suffer in silence and therefore this matter may bring out millions of others if it gets the publicity it deserves.
