Dear Valued Supporters,

I have been fighting for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups from June 2006. This is in relation to getting the truth out about the facts and documents that Australia Post is hiding from my family from 15-16 June 2006. Australia Post identified the fraud/crimes and my family as the victim on 15 June 2006. Indonesian Passport on my name was fraudulently obtained and then successfully used at Australia Post outlets as a Photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail and to open a PO Box on my name at Haymarket in Sydney. This was a 6 months free Redirection of mail service that was successfully used by the people involved in these premeditated activities. Australia Post is hiding the truth that they allegedly know in these activities.

The REAL documents involved in these activities are hidden from me by Australia Post despite I am entitled to have them to get resolution to this matter. In this process systemic corruption to cover up this matter is identified. That corruption is fortunately documented in many ways.

The documented fabrication evidence was shared with you in my last update, where AAT’s Senior Member Ms Geri Ettinger was the decision maker. Today I am sharing a part of the letter received by me from the former Freedom of Information Commissioner Dr. James Popple.

Dr. Popple’s conduct in reviewing the flawed FOI Review decisions made by Australia Post’s Corporate Lawyer Mr Oliver Cousland was not only unfair, unjust, unethical, immoral and baseless but it was also outright allegedly corrupt, dishonest and the display of lack of values, abuse of power and his disregard to his position as the inaugural FOI Commissioner in the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner-OAIC. This is my view. Comprehensive letter written to Dr. Popple to reconsider his baseless “Lacking in Substance” decision was ignored by him. It was, in his authority to demand from Australia Post the REAL documents involved in these activities but he failed to do his job for which he was appointed for is my view. Ms Holgate has to know that the documentary evidence to prove what I am saying is overflowing and available with facts.  

My many letters written to Dr Popple, after he left OAIC, to come clean about his conduct were never responded by him. He walked out of OAIC and straight into Administrative Appeals Tribunal- AAT as the full time Senior Member.

This new appointment at AAT of Dr. Popple was announced by the then Attorney-General George Brandis QC who was also aware of my fight for justice and concerns about OAIC.

As you may be aware Mr Brandis is now Australia’s Ambassador to UK after he quit politics.  

Mr Cousland also left Australia Post. I contacted his possible new employer via online contact to see if the person appointed by them with this Oliver Cousland name as their General Counsel is the one that worked for Australia Post. They wrote to me that for “Privacy Reasons” they cannot tell me. If this is the same Oliver Cousland then it will be interesting to find out why he left Australia Post. Was he asked to leave politely? Was he sacked? Did he make a run?

Ms Holgate has every power to investigate Mr Oliver Cousland no matter if he has left Australia Post for engaging in alleged corrupt conduct and ruining the lives of my family members.

The initial FOI decision maker in this instance was Mr Romain Vula of Australia Post. He did not respond to my many letters as well after he made the flawed FOI decision.

The corruption and cover ups have continued. This is the time where ordinary Australians are expected to denounce this conduct with one voice is my view.

This matter will continue until the TRUTH is revealed by Ms Holgate and her team.

Thirteen years of systemic corruption and cover ups must end immediately.

Ms Holgate and many others in Australia Post HQ have failed to respond to my letters and that includes Ms Nicole Sheffield who replaced Ms Christine Corbett who was Australia Post’s Chief Customer Officer. That position was later modified as the Executive General Manager-Community & Consumer.

Ms Sheffield can not ignore me at all. After all she took this job at Australia Post to show her qualities and expertise after leaving her media job. Why is she failing to respond to my letters?

I request all my current and future supporters to help us because we can demand a decent democracy in Australia for the benefit of the whole nation.

We can not allow the systemic corruption to continue as it affects us all.
