Dear Valued Supporters,

I have been fighting to get a resolution to my identity theft where Indonesian Passport on my name was accepted by Australia Post, as a Photo ID, and allowed someone to redirect my entire family’s mail to a fraudulently opened PO Box on my name at Haymarket Post office in Sydney. To cover up this matter numerous Australia Post officials continue to engage in alleged corrupt conduct by breaching numerous of their own rules while working for Australia Post. This matter involves past and present employees of Australia Post.

Today I am posting a letter that was received by me from Mr Paul Burke who was the Corporate Secretary at the time. He was very close to the former MD and Group CEO of Australia Post Mr Ahmed Fahour. At one stage his position was General Manager-Office of the Managing Director when Mr Fahour was the Managing Director.

Currently Mr Burke is Group Executive, Shareholder & Regulatory Affairs at Australia Post.

Mr Burke is aware of the truth and why this matter was covered up is my view. The letter posted here is the second letter from Mr Burke to me. The first was dated 29 June 2010. In both these letters he mentioned the name of Mr Bob Croxford as my contact person.

Exactly nine years ago Mr Croxford passed away and everyone involved in these unresolved matters hide this death from me despite he was my contact person. No one was appointed in his place. He was Sixty years old and the cause of death is suicide. There are people out there that want to know more about this death. I was not given a voice at that time despite the death was reported to Coroners Court of Victoria. Why did Mr Fahour and his team hide this death from my family? What is the responsibility of Ms Holgate to investigate what happened at Australia Post Headquarters under the leadership of Mr Fahour while Mr Croxford was working under his leadership from February 2010 when Mr Fahour joined Australia Post?

My comprehensive letter to Mr Fahour dated 18 September 2010 in response to the Review conducted of this unresolved matter, four years after it remained unresolved, has been marked NFA (No Further Action) by the person named Mr Geoff Williams. He was and probably still is Board & Shareholder Liaison. There is no explanation about how my letter to Mr Fahour ended up with Mr Williams and who authorised him to write NFA on it and then file it without a response.     18 September 2010 was the date of the funeral of Mr Croxford.

The cover ups have continued and now Ms Holgate is the MD & Group CEO and is failing to address this unresolved matter. My numerous requests for a meeting with her have been ignored by her so far.

To cheat me and to hide the REAL documents, few fabricated documents were created and supplied to me under the FOI Act. For a Government Business Enterprise that the Australians own, it is unacceptable to engage in cover ups of this nature and for this long. These cover ups started from 15-16 June 2006 and have never ended.

Our country is in the mood of exposing corruption and after Banks, Churches for Child abuse, Aged Care and illegal political donations under the spotlight Australia Post’s turn will also come is my view. My fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups will not stop.

Protecting the wrongdoers has taken a priority instead of holding the people to account. Ms Holgate must act and understand that the buck stops with her after the dismal failure of her predecessor Mr. Fahour to resolve this matter. There is another person that Mr Fahour brought in and created a new position of Corporate Secretary, Office of the Managing Director. That person was Ms Erin Kelly who was formerly Head of Board & Shareholder Liaison. She is still the Corporate Secretary under Ms Holgate’s leadership and allegedly involved in keeping this matter covered up. She is failing to respond to my many letters to her. One of my supporters received a baseless letter from Ms Kelly on behalf of Ms Holgate.

Part of Ms Kelly’s letter provided to me will be shared with my supporters at some stage because she had an excellent opportunity to respond to my letters but she failed to act. She is expected to know the truth but is not ready to tell that to us is my view.

This matter has exposed highest-level systemic corruption and cover ups. I hope one day Ms Holgate will realise that her failure to act and provide the real documents and information to me and my family will compromise her credibility to an extent that there will be no chance for her to salvage the damage she is inflicting to her own position is my view.

If she is relying on the outsiders to protect her reputation and job, she could soon realise that it was not worth hiding the truth and follow the wrong path taken by Mr Fahour and his team. The outsiders she may be relying on could be part of the cover ups.

My family has suffered and continues to suffer because we have been kept in the dark about the truth by Ms Holgate and her team and there are others as well that are part of the cover ups.

My current and future supporters must realise that when big names join hands to cover up corruption and alleged criminal activities it becomes hard for the ordinary people to get justice but the longer the cover ups continue those big names become weak and, in this case, many have left their jobs.

The fight for justice and for the release of the REAL documents by Ms Holgate will not stop.
