On 15 June 2019 this unresolved matter will be 13 years old. Ms Christine Holgate is the third Managing Director of Australia Post who is failing to address the documented systemic corruption and cover ups involving number of past and present employees of Australia Post is my allegation.
The previous two Managing Directors that failed to address it were Mr Graeme T. John AO and then Mr Ahmed Fahour AO. For those who do not know what AO is, it a great honour awarded by the Governor-General of Australia for the achievements of the selected few people every year that get nominated and stands for Officer of the Order of Australia.
This fight to get the truth out started from 15 June 2006. I was and my family members were told by Australia Post employee that worked at their Alexandria Delivery Facility that someone used Indonesian Passport on my name to Redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket, Sydney. That PO Box was also fraudulently opened on my name using Indonesian Passport as a Photo ID. This matter came to light quickly only because there was an envelope addressed to me with an incorrect house number 38 that does not exist in the street we live. The postman took this envelope back to his supervisor despite it had my name and other address correct because he could not find house number 38 in the street. The houses end at No.21 in the street.
The cover ups started and have never ended after the REAL documents involved in this matter were passed onto the Investigator of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW/ACT for investigation.
My numerous letters to this investigator, his then Manager, numerous Australia Post officials and successive Managing Directors have been ignored and the truth is hidden from my family for all these years. I did not give up because I decided to use the democratic processes available to get the matter resolved. Each and every process failed and one agency helping another by covering up the matter more and more became evident.
Systemic documented corruption and cover ups have continued to this day. There is not a single Prime Minister, Attorney-General, Police Commissioner, Commonwealth Ombudsman, Minister for Communications, Senator for NSW, my Local Federal Members of Parliament, Information Commissioner, FOI Commissioner, NSW Premier left that do not know this matter.
Documented dishonesty, unethical and unfair activities, breaches of the rules, Code of Conducts, delaying tactics, failure to respond to FOI applications, delaying responses and flawed responses, if received, is all documented. Added to this is Judicial dishonesty that includes manipulation and fabrication of decisions by Administrative Appeals Tribunal’s Senior Member Ms Geri Ettinger. Unfair dismissal of my case in the former Administrative Decisions Tribunal-ADT by the Member of ADT after one and a half years by calling it “Out of the Jurisdiction of Tribunal” is all documented. This was in relation to NSW Police Force not responding to my FOI applications. The documents requested were deemed refused.
All this effort has exposed that the democracy has derailed. Many politicians cannot be trusted, police officers involved cannot be trusted, watchdogs involved cannot be trusted and the cover ups have continued.
Why there is a need to fight for this long when each and every democratic process has failed is very simple. If everyone gives up then the corruption will never get curbed. The big giants like Australia Post, that the people of this nation own, can not and should not be allowed to get away from their documented cover ups, breaches of their own moral and ethical standards, corporate governance, Code of Conduct and responsibility towards the victims identified by them as the victims where their services were allowed to be used successfully to commit crimes and fraud.
If it was a mistake then then why they engaged in systemic cover up for the past THIRTEEN years and keep the TRUTH covered up?
When Mr Graeme T. John AO-former MD of Australia Post retired I had a hope that the newly appointed Mr Ahmed Fahour AO will do something. He failed and failed and failed to resolve this matter despite he was given numerous opportunities and evidence of documented cover ups during his tenure of seven years. He was the highest paid Post CEO in the world but could not justify why he failed to tell my family the truth.
Now we have Ms Christine Holgate as the MD & Group CEO. After the dismal failure of Mr Fahour to resolve this matter this matter is before her. She continues to fail in addressing this and has failed to accept my request to give me a meeting.
I have written to her, outside of this petition, numerous times, suggested names of numerous other officials to join her in the meeting that are involved in these matters, suggested even a venue in Sydney which is Australia Post’s facility but she did not respond at all.
Today I have posted one important document that was given to me by Australia Post. This document is the documentary evidence that my Freedom of Information-FOI application fee Money Order No.91446188 for $30.00 was cashed by someone and then this amount is clearly recorded as the Compensation paid for the Uninsured Postal Articles.
The Money Order was sent to the Corporate Lawyer of Australia Post along with my first FOI application to get the documents involved in this matter. This was the procedure of Australia Post at the time where the Corporate Lawyer got to see your FOI request first.
The Corporate Lawyer in Strawberry Hills, Sydney office at that time was Mr Steve Brotherson. He was attending all the Administrative Appeals Tribunal-AAT hearings in this matter but by taking a back seat. He is expected to be aware of who took $30.00 cash against my money order and who showed that amount as the “Compensation Uninsured Postal Article” is my view.
My letters written recently to Mr. Brotherson have not received any response. Mr Brotherson is a long-term employee of Australia Post is my view.
The response to my FOI application was flawed. No documents involved in the Real matter were released but instead two fabricated documents were supplied to me. These were the Application to Redirect Mail form and PO Box Application form. Both these documents have been proven as Fabricated documents.
This alleged dishonesty, unacceptable conduct, unfair, unjust and unlawful activities have continued and Ms Holgate has engaged in absolute silence over the documents provided to her separately and also that are posted in my many updates on Change.org.
Today’s document posted here is the clear indication that even my Application fee for processing my FOI application was stopped from going into the Revenue Account as it was supposed to go into and the receipt generated for that payment.
The Transaction Receipt generated at Strawberry Hills BC (Business Centre) of Australia Post for the person that received the $30.00 cash was provided to me as my receipt for my FOI application fee. The name of this person receiving cash in this way is never disclosed to me despite numerous requests. Any amount on the Money Order over $20.00, where the cash is taken, requires a person to show his/her ID and signature on the back of the Money Order. Despite this, no one in Australia Post that was asked this name is ready to disclose that name to me. Where is the honesty, integrity and values of the Corporate Lawyers, General Managers, Corporate Secretaries, CSG Managers and Managing Directors has gone?
The cover ups and silence has continued. To stop that, the people of this nation and around the world are requested to stand up against this culture. Just supporting this petition in large numbers will be the beginning to denounce this unacceptable conduct as one day it could happen to you, your family members or friends. We do not want anyone to suffer like my family. Around one million people in Australia alone suffer from their identities compromised each and every year.
This matter has proved that there could be millions in our country alone that could be either silenced or suffering in silence. This unacceptable conduct must stop and to stop it, we all need to put our hands together to start from somewhere and the right place is AUSTRALIA POST because we all own it and it is operated for all of us and they are allegedly engaged in unprecedented cover ups for the past thirteen years and supported by others as well is the cover ups.
My petition is signed and supported by 10924 people from all the corners of Australia and some from outside of Australia as well as on 12 June 2019 at 3:20 pm. After looking at all my updates and documents posted so far, I am confident that there is hardly any doubt left that this matter is covered up and I have been denied the voice that I deserve.
