Dear Valued Supporters,
This is to bring to your attention that there is a complete silence from number of Australia Post officials including Ms Christine Holgate on this matter. This fight for justice is ongoing from June 2006 and it is documented that number of past and present Australia Post officials are engaged in a conduct that is allegedly dishonest, unethical, immoral, unjust, unfair and corrupt.
My identity was fraudulently used on Indonesian Passport that Australia Post accepted as a Photo ID to provide their services to my imposter without my knowledge and without asking me any questions before allowing the Redirection of my entire family’s mail to proceed. The passport was also used to open a PO Box in Haymarket in heart of the City of Sydney on my name. This activity was exposed only because there was an Envelope with my name and address on it with the incorrect house number. That number was 38 which does not exist in our street as the houses end at No.21.
The postman took this envelope back to his supervisor and told him there is no 38-number house in the street. It was then discovered that there was an active mail redirection from my address with the same incorrect house number used and also a PO Box on my name at Haymarket Post Office in operation.
Numerous Australia Post officials have allegedly engaged in the cover ups. This includes big names as well. Today to prove this further I am posting an Affidavit of the person who knows this matter from November 2006. He is Mr Andrius (Andy) Caprackas. He left Australia Post around the end of 2010 is my view.
He was attending all the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Hearings in Sydney and that required coming here from Melbourne with the external solicitor Mr Mick Batskos, also from Melbourne. Mr. Mick Batskos runs the business called FOI Solutions.
The matter went on and on in AAT and the decision is proven as corrupt and manipulated by the Senior Member of the AAT Ms Geri Ettinger. She has left AAT after working there for many years. She was the Postal Commissioner many years ago.
Why is this fight for justice very important to continue? This ongoing fight that is fought with great passion and without much help at all has proven how our democratic processes could get corrupted when big names are involved in the cover ups. It has proven the unacceptable conduct of numerous people, not only in Australia Post but many others that are outside of Australia Post as well. Fortunately, that misconduct is documented and many people know about that for a long time and that includes numerous politicians as well.
Identity thefts are affecting millions of people around the world and in Australia alone that number is close to a million every year. The cover ups therefore need to denounced with one voice. This one case is the documentary evidence about how ordinary people could be treated badly that want to know the truth when the truth is hidden by the very people that are required to tell the truth.
Mr Caprackas who signed an affidavit was mainly describing what happened at the telephone conference about the matter before AAT with my solicitor and AAT Registrar and Mr Batskos who was engaged by him to represent Australia Post in this matter.
The extensive experience of Mr Caprackas fell short to resolve this matter because Australia Post provided falsified documents to me. No one has come forward to deny that fact for all these years.
The false story built by Australia Post has collapsed time and again and what is left for Ms Holgate and her team is just to ignore my letters, this petition, documents and emails with the hope that I will give up one day as I am unlikely to get any help from others outside of Australia Post.
Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour and their past and present teams may be relying on Ministers, police, watchdogs, Prime Ministers, Communications Ministers and Attorney-Generals helping them to ignore me but they have forgotten that many Prime Ministers, Attorney-Generals, Communications Ministers, Information Commissioners and Commonwealth Ombudsman have come and gone over all these almost thirteen years but the matter is still ongoing and unresolved.
Ms Holgate may not be taking into account the People Power in our country. My petition has now been signed and supported by over 10753 people around the country and some from outside of Australia as well as on 26 May 2019 at 5:00 pm.
The recent election results have proved that our country is almost divided in half when it comes to trusting people that we elect. I hope Australia Post’s reliance and expectations of getting help from people outside of Australia Post has gone on for too long and that will come to an abrupt halt anytime is my view.
This unprecedented corruptions and cover ups have to end. The truth must be told and the REAL Documents involved must be released to me and my family immediately by Ms Holgate using her authority. This is my request to her to stop this matter from being covered up anymore.
The Affidavit attached here is just the first page and the last page with the signature of Mr Caprackas. He allegedly knows the truth and the whole truth is my view. His leaving Australia Post has not resolved the matter. He had many opportunities to resolve the matter but, in my view, he took the wrong path of sticking to the false story for whatever reasons.
My current and future supporters are requested to spread the word in large numbers so that we all can demand a Royal Commission to get to the bottom of Identity thefts getting covered up in our country. I am confident that it will help to protect future victims and help the current victims that are suffering in silence.
