I have not received any response to my letters, emails and documents provided to Ms Holgate.

Today I am posting a document image to show you how my family was cheated by Australia Post officials to cover up the truth and cover up the REAL DOCUMENTS involved in the criminal activities.

A very brief note about what this fight for justice is all about is as follows.

In June 2006 I was informed by the employee of Australia Post Mr Steve Gabell that someone used Indonesian passport on my name as a photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket Post Office in Sydney by using a free six months mail redirection service when people change their homes.

This fraudulent and criminal activity was identified only after the postman could not deliver the envelope addressed to me because it had a house number 38 which does not exist in the street we live. The return of this envelope by this postman to Mr Gabell discovered that there was an active mail redirection from my name already up and running. It was with the same incorrect house number on the applications forms filled by the fraudster.

What followed, after the initial honesty shown by Mr Gabell and one more employee of Australia Post with the name Roslyn, was cover up of the truth. This happened only after the people from Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG got involved. One such person is Mr Don Kane. He was the investigator and all the documentation that was gathered about this mail redirection and PO Box opening was handed over to him by Mr Steve Gabell in June 2006.  This matter went out of the jurisdiction of Mr Steve Gabell to handle because he was in the Delivery Facility in Sydney and not in CSG. This is what was conveyed to me and my family members.

When the mail redirection is applied for and PO Box opened lot of documents get created. That will include Mail Redirection Action sheets, Keys handover of PO Box, PO Box allocation documents, Identity verification documents apart from Photo ID such as gas bill, water bill, council rates etc. This is in addition to the actual forms for the Redirection Application and PO Box Application that will include the phone number of the applicant. Names of the officials of Australia Post activating the Mail redirection and PO Box opening will also be documented. Here we are talking of year 2006. Online facilities were Not available at the time.

Now please look the image of the Field Receipt (Property).  The Field Receipt is the document where the person handing over the documents is expected to list all the documents generated in the suspected activity to the person with the authority to accept them and sign for the receipt of all those documents.

The two signatories on this Field Receipt are Mr Steve Gabell and Mr Don Kane. Mr Gabell was the one who identified the irregular activities, had conversations with us, had meeting with us and he worked at the Delivery Facility of Australia Post in Sydney. Mr. Kane was the investigator and he signed for only the two documents as appearing on the Field Receipt.

One of these documents listed is the Application to Redirect my mail and the other one is PO Box Application form to open PO Box on my name. These are the FABRICATED documents and proven as such because nothing on these documents is adding up. That is known to numerous employees of Australia Post for number of years now.

The REAL documents are hidden from us by Australia Post officials and providing these Fabricated documents to cheat us is a separate corrupt activity.

My supporters are reminded that the part of the actual Fabricated documents listed on this Field Receipt here are already posted in my previous updates and you all can refer to those as well.

It is important for me to inform you that apart from Ms Holgate, who is the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post, many other Senior officials were contacted by me in recent months but no one responded to my letters. I contacted Mr Done Kane, Mr. Steve Gabell and also Mr. Alan Barwick JP on their mobiles via SMS. No one responded. I brought to their attention about this petition where they can see the documents as well but no response is received. This was brought to the attention of Ms Holgate but no response from her is received about the lack of response from Mr Gabell, Mr. Kane and Mr Barwick as well. Mr Barwick was the boss of Mr Kane and these two fabricated documents listed on this Field Receipt were certified by Mr Barwick in his capacity of a JP as the True Copies of the Original sighted by him.

It was unfair, dishonest and allegedly corrupt conduct of Mr Barwick to cheat us this way because we did not know that he was the boss of Mr Don Kane. In the flawed decision of my Freedom of Information Application Review done by Mr Andy Caprackas, who was the Legal Office and National FOI Officer in the Melbourne Headquarters of Australia Post, he Redacted Mr Alan Barwick’s name numerous times in his decision to cheat us that the JP that certified the Fabricated documents was in fact the one that was handling the real documents involved in the crimes.

The corruption and cover ups have continued and Ms Holgate is not responding and not giving me a meeting.

To all my current and future supporters I request you to share this update and my petition to as many others as possible because next time it could be you and no one will help you if we allow Ms Holgate and her team to push this documented corruption and crimes cover ups under the carpet.

In just next 40 days this unresolved matter will be THIRTEEN YEARS old and UNRESOLVED. This is a NATIONAL DISGRACE by any standards and it does not matter how many employees of Australia Post make a run from their jobs or are terminated, their departure does not resolve the matter.

The one question that never gets answered is “Where are the REAL DOCUMENTS”?

It is time that Ms Holgate breaks her silence and tell me the truth.
