Dear Valued Supporters,

I have been fighting to get justice for my family from June 2006. This matter involves my identity theft cover ups where Indonesian passport was used as a photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney. Whatever has happened from June 2006 to get a resolution to this matter has exposed highest-level systemic documented corruption to cover up this matter. To understand the basics please read my petition and all the updates and documents posted so far to get some idea of how Australia Post is avoiding to tell me the truth. To brush the truth under the carpet Australia Post officials-past and present are allegedly going to extra-ordinary lengths. The due processes used to get a resolution have all failed and that failure is intentional and calculated to keep the matters covered up.  

There is a complete silence from numerous Australia Post officials on what is posted by me on this petition including Ms Christine Holgate. Most of these high-ranking officials are based in Melbourne Headquarters of Australia Post is my view. Not a single official involved in these matters for number of years, either directly or indirectly, has shown even a simple courtesy of responding to my letters sent to them directly. There are number of officials involved.  They are responsible in addressing my concerns. Some have left Australia Post. I have noticed that Australia Post officials, after leaving and taking up new jobs on senior positions, do not even want to mention in their profiles in their new jobs that they ever worked for Australia Post. These are the people that have spent numerous years working for Australia Post.

The use of Change.org by me appears to have silenced the arrogance, legal approach threats, rough letters to me, baseless repetitions that matter was addressed previously and the baseless denials that there was no corruption, cover ups and criminal misbehaviour. There is also a complete silence on the death of the former Melbourne based State Manager-Australia Post Corporate Security Group where the cause of death is suicide. There is a complete silence on a questionable and abrupt resignation of the former MD & Group CEO on 5.6 Million dollars remuneration, complete silence on the questionable conduct and the resignation of the former Chief Customer Officer on 1.5 Million dollars remuneration, complete silence on the suspected forged signature of the senior official on a letter to my then solicitor and the complete silence on the name of the person that wrote NFA (No Further Action) on my letter to Mr Ahmed Fahour. There is no indication of accepting any wrongdoings despite some of those are now available for anyone to see and read on Change.org platform.

Today, to justify this fight even further and getting the truth out from Australia Post I am posting part of a letter from Australia Post’s hired solicitor Mr Mick Batskos. He runs the business called “FOI Solutions” from his office in Melbourne. I sat next to him at the hearings at the Sydney registry of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. I saw firsthand his breaching of the tribunal rules, the royal treatment he received from the tribunal, his baseless argument that my application to the tribunal to review Australia Posts flawed FOI decision is frivolous and vexatious, his failure to get any affidavits that he himself wanted to get from Australia Post officials involved in these matters and his failure to present documents that Australia Post was hiding and is still hiding. His over-rated status as “FOI Guru” when it comes to FOI Act. in government circles did not hold any water. He failed dismally to prove that my application was frivolous and vexatious despite referring to past numerous cases that were basically irrelevant.

When he was ashamedly helped and assisted by the Tribunal’s Senior Member Ms Geri Ettinger, who was the former Postal Commissioner, it was clear to me that no matter what I present and no mater how much dishonesty is exposed in hiding the documents by Australia Post I was not going to get chance to present my side fully and I was not going to get any chance to cross refer any Australia Post officials. I wanted to change her as per the rules of the tribunal because of her documented bias, dishonesty, unacceptable conduct, breaches of the tribunal rules and so on. I wanted Audio recordings of the hearings that I did not attend to make that application to remove Ms Ettinger from hearing this matter. AAT declined to give me those recordings despite I was party to the hearings and the hearings were public hearings. AAT was further assisted by the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman when I tried to get those Audio recordings to make my submissions to remove Ms Geri Ettinger from hearing my matters. The corruption continued to hide the truth.

Sometime ago I ordered the Transcripts of the hearing that I did not attend only to discover the alleged monumental misbehaviour of Ms Geri Ettinger of fabricating part of the decision to protect Australia Post.

The matter remained unresolved. All the in-house Corporate Lawyers of Australia Post knew the injustice, dishonesty, corrupt conducts, breaches of their own rules and that of the AAT but they remained silent and violated every basic rule of their own Code of Conduct. The cover ups continued.

On 15 June 2019 this ongoing corruption and crimes cover ups will be THIRTEEN YEARS old if the cover ups continue.

Australia Post’s former MD & Group CEO was Mr Ahmed Fahour. Under his watch there is a suicide of the person that was my contact person. That name was provided to me on behalf of Mr Fahour by his right and man Mr Paul Burke twice. The gap between the time It was provided to me for the second time and this unnatural death was just nineteen (19) days. One of my documents posted earlier in my updates is the part of the first page of my letter to Mr Fahour. It is marked NFA. I can now confirm, after going through my past records again, that the person that wrote NFA is Mr Geoff Williams-Board & Shareholder Liaison. He did not even care that he was cheating Senator the Hon John Williams in his brief to him on this matter. Senator Williams was trying to help me.

This NFA (No Further Action) on my letter to Mr Fahour dated 18 September 2010 helped Mr Fahour and his team to allegedly cover up the death of Mr Bob Croxford where the cause is suicide. The date of my letter (18 September 2010) was the date of the funeral of Late Mr Bob Croxford. There are people out there in Australia that want to know more about this unnatural death after all these years and that is hardly surprising.

For Ms Holgate to remain silent, not responding to my letters, emails, documents and this petition and updates that were passed onto her by emails is now becoming very serious. The people involved in the alleged cover ups and unacceptable conduct still surround her in the Melbourne Headquarters of Australia Post is my view and that is very much concerning.

It is important for every user of Australia Post to denounce this conduct of Australia Post with one voice is my view. I have not stopped fighting to get the TRUTH out and there is no chance that I will stop because Australia Post is owned by and operated for us-the people of this nation. This is well and truly a public interest matter.

Keeping Australia Post honest, moral, ethical, law abiding, corruption free, open and transparent is everyone’s responsibility. Leading Australia Post with all these basic values is the job of Ms Christine Holgate.

I once again request her to see me to start the process of resolving this matter immediately before it is too late for her.
