Dear Valued Supporters,

Despite giving numerous chances to Ms Holgate to respond to my letters she has failed to even acknowledge my letters and this is why today I would like to share with you one letter from the former Legal Officer/National FOI Officer of Australia Post Mr Andy Caprackas. If any part of the letter does not appear in the displayed image, I will include that missing part under “Discussion”.

The letter attached here is with my comments. The three lawyers of Australia Post that I am aware of that know this matter and failed to act in a proper way are Mr Andy Caprackas, Mr Steve Brother son and Mr Oliver Cousland.

The time frame of the decision making within 30 days was breached by Mr Caprackas. The alleged corruption and cover ups continued. This review decision was flawed and this is why the matter was taken to Administrative Appeals Tribunal by me to get the documents that Australia Post was and still is hiding from my family.

Ms Holgate in my view is taking the wrong path of not meeting me and not answering my questions. When numerous people in Australia Post-past and present, have shown the signs of unacceptable conduct, engaged in hiding the truth, failed to respond to my letters. failed to accept the wrongdoings, failed to follow their own Code of Conduct, failed to show any honesty, integrity, values and fairness then it becomes necessary for the leader to act and restore the confidence that is getting eroded for all these years.

Not responding to my letters is the sign of Ms Holgate’s weakness is my view. If she is not ready to address the alleged corruption and cover ups that are very clear and documented then she needs to provide reasons and find out from me if her reasons stack up in any way.

I have also not received any communication from the Minister for Communications Senator the Hon Mitch Fifield and my local federal Member of Parliament the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP.

The conduct of numerous people that are involved in keeping the truth covered up from my family is a matter of serious concerns and when the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post Ms Holgate fails to respond it only raises the question about what is her benefit in keeping the alleged corruption and crimes covered up after taking up this highest position to run Australia Post.

This matter is expected to get worse for Ms Holgate if she ignores me and my family is my view. The longer the delay to get a resolution, the intensity to fight for justice will only increase.

My supporter number will soon reach a substantial 9000 mark and I hope Ms Holgate will take notice because it is her responsibility to resolve this matter.

I thank all my supporters and wish that this petition is read and responded to and supported by many more as there is a need to send a strong message to Ms Holgate that her silence is not acceptable at all.
