Dear Valued Supporters,

Please note that once again Ms Christine Holgate has failed to respond to my recent letters as well. I also sent her my many updates via email so that she cannot give any excuse that she did not see my updates on Change.org.

Recently I have received letters from the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department saying my matter falls within the portfolio responsibility of Minister for Communications and that Minister is Senator the Hon Mitch Fifield. I am now awaiting a response from the Minister for Communications to see if he takes Australia Post's ongoing unacceptable conduct very seriously.

It is worth mentioning that Senator Fifield succeeded Mr Turnbull after he became the Prime Minster. Mr Turnbull was the Minister for Communications under the Leadership of Mr Abbott. Senator Fifield was contacted by me many times after he was chosen by Mr Turnbull and was made Minister for Communications. Senator Fifield never responded to my letters and followed what Mr Turnbull did and that is "Complete Silence". I want to see if the Honorable Minister Fifield now respects the Attorney-General the Hon Christian Porter MP and responds to my concerns and what is he going to do about Australia Post's failures to act and resolve this matter. Numerous employees of Australia Post have breached the community expectations for number of years.

Attached to this update are the Diary entries of Constable Peter Buckley with my comments. This document is with numerous politicians including my Federal Local Member the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP. He has consistently failed to raise this matter in the Parliament. If any part of my comments on this document does not appear on posted part on Change.org I will make sure that it is provided to you in the text form under "Discussion"

These entries are very important. The "Error" written next to the entries is false. There was no error and that was accepted by Constable Buckley in the witness box before the Tribunal Member Ms Linda Pearson in the Administrative Decisions Tribunal-ADT. My FOI Applications were not responded to by NSW Police Force. This is why I took the matters to the Tribunal-ADT to get the documents. The following Diary notes were released to me in the Tribunal under the FOI Act. This means they are released to the world at large.

What went on between Australia Post officials and NSW Police Force was never disclosed to me and the corruption has continued to date to hide the truth from us.

What has my family done to deserve this? Fighting against the systemic corruption is the key to keep our democracy alive.

If any supporters have any questions please feel free to ask. The diary entries posted here were made by constable Buckley only after I realised that my initial reporting of my ID theft to my Local Police Station was falsified where it was mentioned that I went there to report my own lost/stolen passport. This means that the alleged corrupt conduct of police started at my Local Police Station. What did we do wrong in reporting crimes is the question that the whole nation must ask to the NSW Police Commissioner is my view.

This ongoing unresolved matter is an all-time National Disgrace is my view. For Ms Holgate to remain silent and ignoring my numerous requests for a meeting, not responding to my letters, emails, documents and this petition and the many updates with the documents only raises serious concerns about her own honesty, integrity and values. After the unwarranted and sudden resignation of Mr Ahmed Fahour, who was the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post, it was her responsibility to show honesty, transparency, values, moral and ethical conduct and good corporate governance but she is failing to act on the wrongdoings is my view.

The longer she ignores me and my family the worse will it get for her is my view. She needs to learn from the Banking Royal Commission so that one day she will not be in the similar situation as the Bank CEO's. It is not her job to protect the wrongdoers in Australia Post.

I hope Ms Holgate will avoid taking any risk of trashing her name and reputation by neglecting her duties any more.

I hope to get support from the people that are already the victims of ID Thefts and all those that could easily see that they are the potential victims any time if the corruption is allowed to take roots. To eradicate corruption will be very difficult in the future if nothing is done to stop it now.

I thank all my current and future supporters. My supporter number is fast reaching the 9000 mark and I hope Ms Holgate will take notice of that supporter number and act fast to resolve this matter.

Vasant Wagh
