After the continuous failure of Ms Holgate to respond to my letters, documents and emails it is important for you all to take time to see where she may be getting her strength from to keep this matter unresolved.
The following is my letter to the former Prime Minister the Hon Malcolm Turnbull. He was made aware of this matter from August 2011 since he was the Shadow Minister for Communications. Australia Post was under his direct portfolio responsibility all along but he failed to respond to my letters. The one below has the details of this unresolved matter. Included in this letter is also my letter to the Hon Peter Dutton MP when he was the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection. He failed to respond as well.
In the latest 2018 survey of the Transparency International Corruption Perception Index Australia has not made any improvements from the last year ranking of 13/180 in the world and its score of 77/100. The corruption is not taken seriously enough and the following letter is a documentary evidence that even the Prime Minister failed to respond and the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection failed to respond as well.
No one has come forward to answer the question “Why Mr Turnbull had to go?”
The below is the acknowledgement of my letter to the former Prime Minister the Hon Malcolm Turnbull followed by my letter to him. In my view he quit politics by showing complete disregard to his Liberal party and the nation with the full knowledge that the government could most likely lose its ONE SEAT majority if he quits. His long ambition to become the PM was fulfilled but his departure will go in the history as his lack of respect for the people of this nation is my view.
What was Mr Turnbull’s, Mr Dutton’s, Mr. Keenan’s and Mr Fahour’s benefit in not resolving this IDENTITY THEFT?
Why is Ms Christine Holgate, who took over from Mr Ahmed Fahour, is avoiding to meet me and listen to my story especially when there are numerous Australia Post employees involved in these unresolved matters?
The following material is lengthy but it could be a history making letter is my view. Please read it, comment on it and please help me and my family to get justice. People Power has no limits. Our nation is perceived as getting more and more corrupt and the only way to stop it is to expose the corruption no matter who is involved, no matter how rich the people are and no matter how long it takes.
I request people of this nation and the world to support this petition to send a strong message to the people in power starting with Ms Holgate that she must not engage in any activity to cover up this matter any further by remaining silent.
The Delivery Confirmation-Advice Receipt of Australia Post attached to this update is for my letter dated 10 December 2011 to Mr Turnbull where my request to him was to return all my sensitive documents if he did not want to help. My letter was a three-page letter which in part read as follows:
“I showed enormous faith and trust in you but in my view that trust has now been breached. As my letter and documents are extremely sensitive and you have not sent any written acknowledgement of the receipt of them to me, I have no options left than to ask you to return my letter and all the attached documents in the enclosed self-addressed Registered Post envelope with AP Article Id: 51173658014”
Mr Turnbull did not return my documents despite the provision of Self-addressed envelope to him. Mr Turnbull failed to act after becoming the Minister for Communications and then as the Prime Minister as well.

This is to bring to your attention that I wrote the following letter on 11
July 2015 to the Hon Peter Dutton MP but he did not respond to my letter. This was long time before you became the Prime Minister. I wrote many subsequent letters to him which will be provided to you in the future as he failed to respond to any of them. You consider Mr Dutton as part of the 21st Century government and you did not accept his resignation that he offered after you defeated the former Prime Minister the Hon Tony Abbott MP in the leadership ballot.
You have mentioned that the Hon John Key Prime Minister of New Zealand is your role model. Please note that he has greatly contributed to keep New Zealand as the least corrupt country on No.1 in the world although it has slipped to No.2 in 2014. Australia in contrast is slipping down and down and perceived as becoming more and more corrupt every year for the past many years. I request you to find out from Mr Key what you will have to do to make Australia corruption free and rise from No.11 to No.1 in the time frame of say four years.
Ordinary people like me could see the corruption and in my matters I have seen the highest level corruption in our country to cover up crimes that were brought to your attention in August 2011. I am seriously concerned that many members of your 21st Century government are aware of my fight for justice and fight against the corruption for many years but failed to resolve the matter. They have engaged in wilful blindness after looking at the depth of the corruption is my view.
My family's normal life has been destroyed beyond repair and the corruption has not stopped. Numerous people in this country are aware of my family's pain and suffering and psychological torture is my view. I hope you will give me a VOICE after failing to give it while you were the Minister for Communications and before that Shadow Minister for Communications. If you continue to treat my family unfairly, unjustly, poorly and unreasonably despite numerous Members of Parliament and all the Senators are aware of the highest-level corruption that is documented it may make you very unsuitable to continue as the Prime Minister of this country is my view. Our fight for justice has continued from June 2006 and WILL NOT STOP which please note.
The cancer of corruption on the highest levels in this country must be
addressed and if you fail to give me a VOICE, I will continue to provide you with the letters that the members of your 21st century government have not responded to or responded to baselessly and unsatisfactorily. There is no shortage of people with lost values in your 21st Century government is my view. Their lost values will be provided to you on an ongoing basis until such time that my family’s psychological torture is stopped. The letter below is just one example of the Minister who has failed to respond to my many letters.
My family has done nothing wrong and it will be your responsibility to
address our concerns as you have been given numerous opportunities already in the past to address corruption in Australia Post. Mr Dutton was provided numerous names of the people in Australia Post but he failed to respond. Please feel free to ask Mr Dutton to provide all the letters that I wrote to him to you if you want to see firsthand what is his problem in not responding to the serious matters that are brought to his attention.
I have been using all the democratic processes to get justice but they have all failed and that is all documented.

A. CUSTOMS REFORM BOARD
When Labor was in the government the Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Justice, Customs and Border Protection at the time was Hon Jason Clare MP. He announced the Customs Reform Board establishment using his Executive powers with great enthusiasm to address Corruption in the Australian Customs. What is easily available is the First Report prepared by this Board. There is no much information available after this first report was released.
Can you please inform me if this Customs Reform Board is still in operation with all the original members Mr Ken Moroney AO, Mr David Mortimer AO and Justice James Wood or it is now dismantled/abolished?
If it is in not in operation what was the date on which it was abolished? Was there any media release in that regard? If yes who provided the media release and can you please provide me with the details of that media release or any other official information and announcement for the public on this matter?
I was asked by your office to write to you to obtain this information when I
called. I have decided to use your aph email address due to seriousness of the matters raised instead of your departmental email address where the material could be possibly accessed by others without your knowledge.
B. AUSTRALIA POST JURISDICTION AND MY ID THEFT
I also would like to request you to provide me with the information about the jurisdiction of Australia Post and its Corporate Security Group (CSG) when criminal activities are identified by Australia Post employees in the course of their normal daily activities.
In my case I was informed by Mr Steve Gabell of Australia Post who worked at the Alexandria Delivery Facility (ADF) located in Sydney that someone has used Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID to Redirect my and my family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney. That PO Box was also opened using Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID. I was also informed that there was an envelope addressed to me with my correct name and address except that the house number was incorrect. Instead of 18 the number of the house on that envelope was 38. As there was no 38-number house in the street I live the Postman took this envelope back to Mr Steve Gabell and told
him “no such address”. It was discovered that there was a CHEQUE
involved and Mr Gabell asked me if I was expecting any money. I told him
“NO”. The matter with all the documents was then given to Mr Don Kane who was Australia Post Corporate Security Group (CSG NSW) investigator into this matter. This all happened in June 2006 and the corruption that continued to cover it up is a NATIONAL DISGRACE is my view. At what point this matter was out of the jurisdiction of Australia Post and its Corporate Security Group? What happens to the REAL documents or what should happen to the REAL documents involved in the crimes? I understand that they are microfilmed.
With your Police background you are expected to know this.
You were a Police Officer for nearly a decade and I hope you have great
morals and ethics because of that Police career and now as the Member of Parliament and the Minister. My family is a VICTIM OF CRIMES and I believe the Systemic Corruption in our country is expected to make you very angry and frustrated as to why my family has to be put in pain and suffering and psychological torture to protect criminals is my view. The corruption to cover up my identity theft from us has continued for the past over NINE YEARS and is not stopping. There was a news that around 800 000 people’s identity in our country has been compromised this year alone. Why has my ID theft become a matter of nonstop cover up? Is it because of the use of the false INDONESIAN PASSPORT on my name or something else?
As the Minister for Border Protection any crime involving a PASSPORT of
another country on Australian Soil must ring alarm bells in your office is my view. Australia Post has provided Fabricated JP certified documents to me to cover up the crimes and that fact has been proved. That provision of fabricated documents is a separate crime. This JP in my view was none other than Australia Post’s State Manger CSG NSW/ACT at the time. His name is Mr Alan Barwick JP. His NSW JP number is 175733. He failed to indicate his conflict of interest that he was State Manger CSG NSW/ACT and fully involved in my matters on the Australia Post documents he certified as true copies.
This was very must against the rules applicable to JP’s. He was a very
senior police officer for twenty years in NSW Police Force before joining
Australia Post was the information previously available. He was also
instrumental in CCTV technology in Australia Post outlets was also the
information. This means all the CCTV footage of my imposter/s was expected to be available to CSG as the matter was identified as criminal very quickly due to the envelope addressed to me that the Postman could not delver because of the incorrect house number on it.
Our country is on No.11 now on the Transparency International Corruption Perception Index. We were No. 1 in 2002. What is going wrong? What are you going to do about stopping this slide? If you want to show your values to my family it will be very easy for you to show them to us by starting investigating Australia Post’s corruption as a starting point. What will you tell to our future generations if our country becomes an officially declared FLAWED DEMOCRACY in the very near future?
My serious concerns were brought to the attention of Hon Malcolm Turnbull MP when he was the Shadow Minister for Communications and now as the Minister for Communications. He has not cared to respond to my comprehensive letter with documented Australia Post corruption provided to him when he was the Shadow Minister for Communications after the failure of the Labor to address this matter.
If you want this country to move towards becoming the most transparent in the world then let us take few lessons from our neighbours New Zealand who are on number 2.
What I need from Australia Post is very simple. I need all the documents that are REAL and involved in the REAL matter. I need the Mobile number and its subscriber’s name that was on the REAL documents involved. That will be on the REAL Application to Redirect my mail. The fabricated documents provided to me by Australia Post is the knowledge of numerous Australia Post Employees-Past and Present is my view. This includes Mr Andy Caprackas who was Australia Post’s National FOI Officer and Legal Officer based in Melbourne, Mr Steve Brotherson who was based in Sydney and is Legal Officer of Australia Post and the person named Mr Mick Batskos who is the director of the business called FOI Solutions based in Melbourne. Australia Post used his services despite their two own lawyers were available. It is a long story of corruption that is not ending.
In your Police Academy Training I hope you got all the lessons of the
ramifications of engaging in any activities that are dishonest and corrupt
and also the importance of honesty, integrity and values. If you see that
numerous people in this country who are paid from the Tax Payer’s money and drawing big salaries are proven as the people with lost values, morally bankrupt and corrupt what will you do to address those lost values?
I have to believe that you will not compromise the integrity of your office
to protect corrupt people in any government agency and also the Government Business Enterprise (GBE) Australia Post. The person who heads Australia Post as their MD and CEO is Mr Ahmed Fahour. He must be made accountable for his failures to address this matter is my view.
As the years passed more and more corruption of Australia Post came to light. The latest example is the blatant corrupt conduct of Mr Geoff Williams who is their Board and Shareholder Liaison. He provided false information to Senator John Williams who tried to help me and then after looking at the massive corruption backed off in helping me and my family is my view. Ordinary Australian people like us deserve to be treated fairly, equally, and honestly no matter who is involved in the crimes. Criminal activities have NO EXPIRY DATE to get resolved which you very well know. If we cannot live in our own home with happiness due to unresolved crimes as far as we are concerned then Australian people from all walks of life are expected to be OUTRAGED if they realise that the corruption on the highest levels in this country does not get addressed no matter who is in the government. The criminals know all about us. If they walk next to us, we will not know. If they visit our home as salesman, church people, charity donation collectors we will not know. In our view all the criminals were identified very quickly and there was no need to get any information from us apart from the fact that the mail redirection was not applied for by us.
Minister, it is time that you take interest in the identity thefts in this
country before it is too late for you to address them. Please do not leave
this matter to the people in your Department as numerous people in many Departments are already aware of this matter. What has happened is many Ministers, Senators and Prime Ministers have gone but those in the Departments are still there enjoying their big salaries and probably aware of the REAL Crimes and the REAL STORY of nonstop corruption.
We need a ROYAL Commission to address the Identity Thefts going uncontrolled in Australia. We need people in your position to stand up and say no to the corruption no matter who is involved. This is the only way to make our country corruption free FREE SOCIETY is my view.
I have never written to you in the past therefore I will wait and see if you
are ready to take our pain and suffering and psychological torture seriously or engage in wilful blindness like many others. Please note that the corrupt watchdogs in this country are ruining the DEMOCRACY and they are paid by the people of this country who go to them to get resolutions when the agencies show the signs of lack of transparency.
It is very important for me to bring to your attention that the appointment
of Dr James Popple who was the FOI Commissioner as the Senior Member of the AAT in my view is very wrong. This is also the case with the former Federal Attorney General Mr Robert McClelland and the former NSW Attorney General Mr John Hatzistergos who were appointed as judges.
All three of them in my view are fully aware of my family’s fight for
justice and the SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION that followed to cover up my ID THEFT. The current Information Commissioner Prof John McMillan who was the former Commonwealth Ombudsman is also aware since the time he was the Commonwealth Ombudsman about this matter and there are many others as well. The corruption that went on in the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner is a national disgrace is my view. Fortunately, that is very well documented. Coalition government wants to abolish this OAIC altogether. They are not yet successful. The information Commissioner Prof John McMillan works from his
home. The former inaugural NSW Information Commissioner Ms Deirdre
O’Donnell was also allowed to work from her home in Melbourne after she left Sydney and prior to her leaving her office as another Information
Commissioner was not found by NSW government. This arrangement maker was the former NSW Attorney General Mr Greg Smith. He decided to quit politics. All these people are aware of my fight for justice and they have seen firsthand all the NSW Police Corruption in my matters as well. Mr Allan Asher left his job as the Commonwealth Ombudsman to protect the integrity of his office. That was the time when Labor was in the power. The true reasons of his leaving could be the fact that his hypocrisy was exposed while handling my matters. Why do the Tax Payers have to pay these people with lost values?
Minister, What will you do if Australia Post informs you that someone has
obtained Indonesian Passport on your name and used it as a photo ID to
Redirect your and your family’s mail to a PO Box that was also fraudulently opened on your name and then there was a CHEQUE on your name that was going to end up in the PO Box on your name and when the matter went to their Corporate Security Group they decided to cover it up WHAT WILL YOU DO? Fight against the corruption with your POLICE training or give up and allow this corruption to be swept under the carpet? Please let me know what will you tell to the children of this NATION if they are engulfed in corruption from every angle and you have lost control to address it? It is never too late Minister. Just show to the nation that you will fight against the corruption no matter if it is a FOI COMMISSIONER, AFP COMMISSIONER or COMMONWEALTH
OMBUDSMAN or NSW POLICE COMMISSIONER. NOBODY SHOULD BE ABOVE THE LAW Minister. N O B O D Y.
The latest premature departure as the Senator of NSW is that of the former Father of the Senate Senator John Faulkner. He brought forward his retirement from 30 June 2017 to 6 February 2015. All the corruption that was put before him became too much for him is my view. No more comments on this Minister. He was the recipient of the John Button Integrity award.
I hope you will try your best to make people of this country proud by your
actions to make us the best in the world and not slip to number 12, 13, 14 or even 15 on the Transparency International Corruption Perception Index next time the survey comes out.
Numerous elected representatives including all the 76 Senators are aware of my fight for justice which please note. You now have the opportunity to show to the nation that your CRIME FIGHTING ETHICS and MORALS are still truly alive and well even if you are no longer a POLICE OFFICER. With all the resources at your disposal it need not take more than a day or two for you to get hold of the REAL DOCUMENTS brought before you by the very people who are
hiding them for the past over NINE YEARS. At least the TRUE COPIES OF THE ORIGINAL that are not the FABRICATED ones could be demanded by you from the right sources immediately is my view.
Two of the three people on the Customs Reform Board were aware of my identity theft and all the cover ups is my view. They are Mr. Ken Moroney AO while he was the NSW Police Commissioner and Mr David Mortimer AO who was the Chairman of Australia Post. During the entire period Mr. Mortimer was the Chairman of Australia Post he was kept informed by me about this matter which is important for you to know.
I hope you will do justice to your Ministerial responsibilities and honour
the Oath of your Office that you took. Hon. Michael Keenan MP who is the Minister for justice in my view has breached the Oath of Office he took before the former Governor General Dame Quentin Bryce AD, CVO is my view. He has not cared to respond to my letters where his signature was highly likely forged on his Shadow Ministerial Letterhead when he was the Shadow Minister for Justice, Customs and Border Protection where that letter was addressed to me. Copy of that letter was provided to all the Senators and Mr Keenan. You can obtain it from any one. I can give that you any time.
There is no need to emphasis the seriousness of this matter anymore at least at this point in time.
