Dear Valued Supporters,

The following letter was provided to Ms Holgate and the two Executive General Managers of Australia Post and many other Members of Parliament, Ministers and Senators. It was also passed on to many media outlets and others as well. I have decided to share this with you and the future supporters because the former Minister for Justice the Hon Michael Keenan MP who is currently the Minister for Human Services and Digital Transformation has decided to quit politics at the next election. He was the Minister for Justice until that position was quietly abolished when the former Prime Minister the Hon Malcolm Turnbull created the Mega Ministry of Home Affairs and made the Hon Peter Dutton MP the Minister for Home Affairs. He was handed out so much power that he later challenged Mr Turnbull to become the Prime Minister himself. Mr Keenan was on the side of Mr Dutton to remove Mr Turnbull from office.

Ms Holgate and many others in very high positions in Australia Post have failed to respond to my letters and documents and also to this petition and the updates including the documents posted with my updates for anyone to see. 

Just like Mr Turnbull failed to respond to my letters since he was the Shadow Minister for Communications and then as the Minister for Communications and then as the Prime Minister, Mr Keenan also failed to respond to my letters as the Shadow Minister for Justice Customs and Border Protection and then as the Minister for Justice. The indirect help and willful blindness shown by the successive governments to resolve this matter gave Australia Post an opportunity to keep the truth covered up for all these years from June 2006 is my view.

One by one the people are leaving and those that have already left and decided to leave have failed to act and resolve the matter. Mr Keenan is the latest one.

If my supporters find it hard to link these matters, they are free to ask me questions to get clarification as this matter that is ongoing for the past 12 and a half years has spread like a cancer in many directions. The simplest thing for Ms Holgate is to listen to me and not ignore me is my message to her. 

Many of you may even be unaware that the position of Minister for Justice was abolished very quietly by Mr Turnbull.

I hope my supporters will spread the word to as many people as possible because Ms Holgate is not expected to keep this matter unresolved for ever. She is the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post and the corruption and cover ups started from Australia Post's Corporate Security Group officials and she is responsible to address this and tell me the truth. Disclosing truth after all these years will not be easy for her but that is what happens when the matters are covered up for that long.

I may support Ms Holgate if she is ready to accept the wrongdoing and tell me the truth and give me the REAL DOCUMENTS involved in this matter.

The following is my letter as mentioned above. The Six signatures on six separate documents cannot be displayed here in full but I will try to do my best so that you can at least see the genuine signature and the forged signature of Mr Keenan.

To whom it may concern

Today there is a news that the Hon Michael Keenan MP has announced that he will not be contesting his seat of Sterling in Western Australia, that he is holding from 2004, at the next Federal elections.

The reasons given by him are not uncommon. He wants to spend more time with his family. He is a absent father. Travelling from Western Australia to Canberra all the time is not easy.

Those in the Media, Civil Societies, Corruption fighting agencies, Transparency International, ordinary people around the country and the world and the Watchdogs, other Ministers, Senators and Members of Parliament and the Prime Minister and the Leader of the Opposition are expected to note what he said about his decision to quit politics.

"Whilst politics is a proud vocation, it is also difficult and exhausting business".

"The pressures on family life are formidable, as are the constant rigours of being an effective Member of Parliament, as well as a Minister in the Government."

"I have always worked hard as a Member of Parliament and as a Minister, but after doing this for 15 years, I cannot commit to another term.

Now please look at the six signatures of Mr Keenan on the various documents attached here. The one signature that stands out is the FORGED one on his letterhead where that letter is addressed to me. My numerous letters to Mr Keenan over number of years have gone unanswered. When I received a letter with this forged signature, I was completely unaware that this was a forged signature. The person that needed to be the most concerned about this fraudulent activity was in my view Mr Keenan himself but he allegedly engaged in unacceptable conduct of not responding to my letters and not helping me in the serious matters that were put before him.

Mr Keenan was the Shadow Minister for Justice, Customs and Border Protection at the time. After the Coalition won the elections in 2013, he was made Minister for Justice but he did not help my family at all to see that we are helped to get justice.

Numerous documents are available for the right people that want to investigate this matter with independence and impartiality. Mr Keenan has still some time left before he quits politics to show his honesty, integrity and values.

It took great effort for me to get the two documents, where Mr Keenan has signed Oath of Office and Executive Councillor’s Oath, under the Freedom of Information act. Lot of communication is available for the right people to see how I was denied these two documents despite the Oath of Office of even the Prime Minister is telecast and broadcast.

I have been fighting for justice for my family from June 2006. Mr Keenan knows this for number of years but allegedly failed to act is my view.

Mr Keenan had the oversight for the AFP as well. After all the available democratic processes to get justice failed, I started a Petition on Change.org platform to Ms Christine Holgate MD & Group CEO of Australia Post. She failed to respond to my petition so far and numerous letters that I wrote to her. My petition is available just by typing in Google “Petition Vasant Wagh”. The title is “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS” 

The Customs Reform Board, as mentioned in the letter to me on Mr Keenan’s letterhead with his forged signature had a relevance to what I am fighting for. This three-member Board was appointed to address corruption in customs. Two of the three members on this Customs Reform Board that were appointed by the then Home Affairs Minister the Hon Jason Clare MP were aware of my fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and crimes cover ups in their previous positions of Chairman of Australia Post and Police Commissioner of NSW. Both of them failed to act and address corruption in Australia Post and in NSW Police Force and resolve the matter. Labor was in the government at the time. When Mr Clare failed to act on my concerns about these two members I wrote to Mr Keenan for help and assistance as the Coalition was in the Opposition at that time. This matter is worthy of investigations as my identity is stolen and Indonesian Passport on my name was fraudulently obtained and then successfully used as a Photo ID to commit crimes using Australia Post’s services. Please read my petition and all the updates and my supporters’ comments and my responses to my supporters. That supporter number is now heading to a massive 9000.

Please support my petition and write a comment if you can. Please help us to make this fight for justice a success as one day anyone of you could become a victim and if this case is allowed to swept under the carpet the corrupt people will win. Over a million people in our country alone become victims of ID Theft every year. My family has suffered because the highest-level alleged systemic corruption is not ending.

There are other two resignations that need investigations as well and they are of Mr Ahmed Fahour and Mr Malcolm Turnbull. When Mr Turnbull created a Mega Home Affairs Ministry the position of Minister for Justice was abolished without any publicity and that department was merged with this Home Affairs under the Hon Peter Dutton MP. Please correct me if I am wrong. Mr Keenan was then made Minister for Social Services. This abolition of the position of Justice Minister was not warranted. Who will investigate why this position of Minister for Justice was abolished? 

Please spread the message because I will not be surprised if more MP’s, Ministers and Senators in the Coalition decide to quit politics at the next election or even earlier in few months’ time. Numerous politicians from all sides of politics are aware of my family’s fight for justice and against the systemic alleged corruption and cover ups that are ongoing from June 2006.

In my view Mr Keenan has breached his Oath of Office time and again and no matter how hard he worked he did not care for my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture and to see that we get justice is my view.

In my view if he was honest, moral, ethical and a Justice Minister with great values he would have at least told me that he is very concerned about his letterhead being used with his forged signature and this alleged criminal activity is going to be reported to Australian Federal Police. He just kept silent and this conduct for a Member of Parliament and a Shadow Minister for Justice Customs and Border protection and then as Minister for Justice is very much unacceptable.

His reasons for quitting politics in my view do not hold any water. His failure to respond to my numerous letters has resulted in corruption and crimes remaining unresolved.

The injustice experienced by my family was ignored by Mr Keenan for all these years is my view.

I hope his resignation is investigated as there could be many others that may have similar experiences like me when it came to seeking help from Mr Keenan.

My fight for justice has never stopped and there is no chance that it will stop.

This letter will be sent to many and hopefully the matter will be raised in the Parliament by someone. I will also send this letter to Ms Christine Holgate and it will be shared with my supporters on Change.org platform as well.

I hope Ms Holgate will adhere to her own Code of Conduct and lead by example.
